Abstract
El método para análisis automático de una muestra de sangre en el cual: un análisis solucion conteniendo dicha muestra de sangre, un diluyente; y por lo menos un compuesto para lisar los eritrocitos; por lo menos un compuesto para estabilizar la hemoglobina en forma de un complejo cromogénico, es formado en una sola dilucion y tanque de análisis; el nivel de hemoglobina es medido en esta solucion de análisis por espectrofotometría en dicho tanque después de la lisis de los eritrocitos; y una cantidad apropiada de esta solucion de análisis se toma de dicho tanque en el cual es realizada una diferenciacion de leucocitos por un medio optico caracterizado porque la solucion de análisis también contiene por lo menos un compuesto para proteger los leucocitos, permitiendo distinguir por lo menos cuatro subpoblaciones de leucocito principales. El aparato de análisis hematologico para la aplicacion de tal método.
