Abstract

Un aparato segmentado en forma modular para el control preciso de la presion en la perforacion, que separa los residuos del fluido de la perforacion y recircula el fluido limpio de la perforacion incluye una seccion de control de la presion, una seccion de separacion del gas y una seccion de manejo de residuos. En la seccion de control de la presion hay un multiple de presion que interconecta una pluralidad de estranguladores. Se usan multiples válvula parea dirigir el fluido contaminado a través de uno de los estranguladores, que mantiene una presion precisa y predeterminada en el sistema. Para facilitar su transporte, multiple, estranguladores y válvulas están montados en patines. En la seccion de manejo de residuos, un separador vibrador separa los contaminantes solidos de gran tamano del fluido desgasificado. Los solidos son dirigidos a un recipiente colector de solidos para su ulterior tratamiento o disposicion. El fluido es dirigido a una primera pileta, que puede ser una particion de un tanque colector de mayor tamano. El fluido de la primera pileta es dirigido a un desgasificador que remueve gases adicionales en el fluido y dirige el fluido a una segunda pileta. El fluido de la segunda pileta es dirigido a un decantador, que remueve solidos adicionales y dirige el fluido a una tercera pileta. Los solidos del decantador son dirigidos a un recipiente de recoleccion de solidos. El fluido de la tercera pileta es dirigido a bombas activas del equipo de perforacion para su recirculacion en la perforacion.
