Abstract
Un aparato segmentado modularmente para el control preciso de presion de pozo de sondeos, eliminar desechos provenientes del pozo de sondeo, y recircular el fluido limpiado de pozo de sondeo incluye una seccion de, control de presion, una seccion de separador de gases, y una seccion de administracion de desechos. En la seccion de control de presion, un distribuidor de presion interconecta una pluralidad de obturadores. Se utiliza una pluralidad de valvulas para dirigir el fluido contaminado mediante uno de los obturadores, lo que mantiene una presion precisa. y predeterminada en el sistema. El distribuidor, los obturadores, y las valvulas se instalan en un patin para el facil transporte. En la seccion de separador de gases, se utiliza un separador de gases para eliminar la mayor parte de los gases presentes en el fluido contaminado del pozo de sondeo. En la seccion de administracion de desechos, un separador vibrador elimina los contaminantes solidos grandes del fluido desgasificado. Los solidos se dirigen a un recipiente de recoleccion de solidos para su tratamiento o eliminacion posterior. El fluido se dirige a un primer pozo, el cual puede ser dividido a partir de un tanque de recoleccion mas grande. El fluido proveniente del primer pozo se dirige a un desgasificador que elimina los gases adicionales en el fluido y dirige el fluido a un segundo pozo. El fluido proveniente del segundo pozo se dirige a un decantador, que elimina solidos adicionales y dirige el fluido a un tercer pozo. Los solidos provenientes del decantador se dirigen al recipiente de recoleccion de solidos.
