Procedimientos y productos intermedios para su preparacion, así como el uso de estos compuestos o de productos que contienen estos compuestos para combatir plantas indeseadas y procedimientos para combatirlas. Reivindicacion 1: Serinamidas sustituidas por benzoílo caracterizadas porque la formula (1), en la que las variables tienen los significados siguientes: A es heteroarilo de cinco o seis miembros con uno a cuatro átomos de nitrogeno, o con uno a tres átomos de nitrogeno y un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre, o con un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre, que puede estar parcial o completamente halogenado y/o llevar 1 a 3 radicales del grupo: ciano, C1-6-alquilo, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C1-6-halogenoalquilo, C1-6-alcoxi, C1-6- halogenoalcoxi y C1-6-alcoxi-C1-4-alquilo; Het es heteroarilo mono o bicíclico con 5 a 10 miembros de anillo, que contiene 1 a 4 heteroátomos del grupo: nitrogeno, oxígeno y azufre, que puede estar parcial o completamente halogenado y/o llevar 1 a 3 radicales del grupo: ciano, nitro, C1-6-alquilo, C1-6-halogenoalquilo, hidroxi, C1-6-alcoxi, C1-6-halogenoalcoxi, hidroxicarbonilo, C1-6-alcoxicarbonilo, hidroxicarbonil-C1-6-alcoxi, C1-6-alcoxicarbonil-C1-6-alcoxi, amino, C1-6-alquilamino, di(C1-6- alquil)amino, C1-6-alquil-sulfonilamino, C1-6-halogenoalquilsulfonilamino, aminocarbonilamino, (C1-6-alquilamino)carbonilamino, di-(C1-6-alquil)-aminocarbonilamino, arilo y aril(C1-6-alquilo); R1, R2 es hidrogeno, hidroxi o C1-6-alcoxi; R3 es C1-6- alquilo, C1-4-cianoalquilo o C1-6-halogenoalquilo; R4 es hidrogeno, C1-6-alquilo, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C3-6-alquenilo, C3-6-alquinilo, C3-6-halogenoalquenilo, C3-6-halogenoalquinilo, formilo, C1-6-alquilcarbonilo, C3-6-cicloalquilcarbonilo, C2-6- alquenilcarbonilo, C2-6-alquinilcarbonilo, C1-6-alcoxicarbonilo, C3-6-alqueniloxicarbonilo, C3-6-alquiniloxicarbonilo, C1-6-alquilaminocarbonilo, C3-6-alquenilaminocarbonilo, C3-6-alquinilaminocarbonilo, C1-6-alquilsulfonilaminocarbonilo, di-(C1-6- alquil)-aminocarbonilo, N-(C3-6-alquenil)-N-(C1-6-alquil)-aminocarbonilo, N-(C3-6-alquinil)-N-(C1-6-alquil)-aminocarbonilo, N-(C1-6-alcoxi)-N-(C1-6-alquil)-aminocarbonilo, N-(C3-6-alquenil)-N-(C1-6-alcoxi)-aminocarbonilo, N-(C3-6-alquinil)-N-(C1-6- alcoxi)-aminocarbonilo, di-(C1-6-alquil)-aminotiocarbonilo, C1-6-alquilcarbonil-C1-6-alquilo, N-(C3-6-alquenil)-N-(C1-6-alquil)-aminocarbonilo, C1-6-alcoxiimino-C1-6-alquilo, N-(C1-6-alquilamino)-imino-C1-6-alquilo, N-(di-C1-6-alquilamino)-imino-C1- 6-alquilo o tri-C1-4-alquilsililo, pudiendo los radicales alquilo, cicloalquilo y alcoxi estar parcial o completamente halogenados y/o llevar uno a tres de los grupos siguientes: ciano, hidroxi, C3-6-cicloalquilo, C1-6-alcoxi-C1-4-alquilo, C1-4- alcoxi-C1-4-alcoxi-C1-4-alquilo, C1-4-alcoxi, C1-4-alquiltio, di-(C1-4-alquil)-amino, C1-4-alquil-C1-4-alcoxicarbonilamino, C1-4-alquilcarbonilo, hidroxicarbonilo, C1-4-alcoxicarbonilo, aminocarbonilo, C1-4-alquilamino-carbonilo, di-(C1-4-alquil)- aminocarbonilo o C1-4-alquilcarboniloxi; fenilo, fenil-C1-6-alquilo, fenilcarbonilo, fenilcarbonil-C1-6-alquilo, fenoxicarbonilo, fenilaminocarbonilo, fenilsulfonilaminocarbonilo, N-(C1-6-alquil)-N-(fenil)-aminocarbonilo, fenil-C1-6-alquilcarbonilo, heterociclo, heterocicil-C1-6-alquilo, heterociclilcarbonilo, heterociclilcarbonil-C1-6-alquilo, heterocicliloxicarbonilo, heterociclilaminocarbonilo, heterociclilsulfonil-aminocarbonilo, N-(C1-6-alquil)-N-(heterociclil)-aminocarbonilo, o heterociclil-C1-6-alquilcarbonilo, pudiendo el radical fenilo y el radical heterociclilo de los 17 ultimos sustituyentes mencionados estar parcial o completamente halogenado y/o llevar uno a tres de los grupos siguientes: nitro, ciano, C1-4-alquilo, C1-4-halogenoalquilo, C1-4-alcoxi o C1-4-halogenoalcoxi; o SO2R6; R5 es hidrogeno o C1-6-alquilo; R6 es C1-6-alquilo, C1-6-halogenoalquilo o fenilo, pudiendo el radical fenilo estar parcial o completamente halogenado y/o llevar uno a tres de los grupos siguientes: C1-6-alquilo, C1-6-halogenoalquilo o C1-6-alcoxi; así como sus sales utiles en la agricultura. Reivindicacion 6: Procedimiento para la preparacion de serinamidas sustituidas por benzoílo de la formula (1) segun la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado segun se transforman derivados de serina de la formula (2), donde Het y R6, R9 y R10 tienen los significados indicados en la reivindicacion 1 y L1 representa un grupo disociable nucleofilo, con (derivados de)ácido benzoico de la formula (3), donde R1 a R5 tienen los significados indicados en la reivindicacion 1 y L2 representa un grupo disociable nucleofilo, en los correspondientes derivados de benzoílo de la formula (4), donde Het, R1 a R6, R9 y R10 tienen los significados indicados en la reivindicacion 1 y L1 representa un grupo disociable nucleofilo; y luego se transforman los derivados de benzoílo obtenidos de la formula (4) con una amina de la formula: HNR7R8, donde R7 y R8 tienen los significados indicados en la reivindicacion 1. Reivindicacion 8: Intermediarios derivados de benzoílo caracterizados porque tienen la formula (4), donde Het, R1 a R6, R9 y R10 tienen los significados indicados en la reivindicacion 1 y L1 representa un grupo disociable nucleofilo.
