Abstract

Se refiere a un polipéptido de la familia de las lectina proteín-quinasas, que intervienen en la resistencia a Sclerotinia, así como a un polinucleotido que codifica para este polipéptido, y sus utilizaciones para obtener y/o seleccionar plantas resistentes a Sclerotinia. Se refiere también a un vector recombinante que incluye dicho polinucleotido, a célula huésped transformada así como a planta transgénica. Reivindicacion 1: Polinucleotido aislado, denominado PK-P, que interviene en la resistencia de una planta a Sclerotinia, caracterizado en cuanto a que presenta al menos un 40 % de identidad con el polipéptido SEQ ID NO: 2.
