Abstract

" POLIPEPTìDEOS E POLINUCLEOTìDEOS ISOLADOS CODIFICADOS PARA GERAR PLANTAS COM AUMENTO DE PERMEAMBILIDADE CUTICULAR DE áGUA", prevendo Polipeptídeos e Polinucleotídeos isolados codificados para gerar plantas com maumento de permeabilidade cuticular de água; um polinucleotídeo isolado é produzido; os plinucleotideos isolados comprendendo uma sequência de ácido nucléico codificando um polipeptideo tendo uma sequência de aminoácido pelo menos 88% homóloga para SEQ ID n0 22, o polipeptideo sendo capaz de aumentar a permeabilidade cuticular de água de uma planta exprimindo mesma; também são produzidos métodos de gerar plantas exprimindo tais polipeptideos que podem ser usados para produzir plantas desidratadas ou porções com proteções cuticulares destas.
