Abstract

Sistema terapéutico (1) en forma de película, constituido al menos por dos capas unidas entre si, para la administración de principios activos a través de las mucosas, especialmente bucal, el cual presenta una capa mucoadhesiva (2) en un medio acuoso y una capa superior (3) con una o varias capas, conteniendo al menos una de dichas capas principio activo, y siendo la mencionada capa mucoadhesiva (2) hinchable, pero insoluble o muy poco soluble en medios acuosos. Procedimiento para el tratamiento médico o la profilaxis según el cual se aplica sobre la cavidad bucal el sistema terapéutico, liberando el principio activo durante un período de hasta 24 hs.
