Abstract

Proceso para producir aceros al carbono o aceros inoxidables por descarbonización de arrabio rico en fósforo en un horno eléctrico (1) que tiene un conjunto de electrodos o una lanza de oxígeno que se puede introducir o en un recipiente de un convertidor (17) que tiene una lanza de oxígeno que se puede introducir (15) o un conjunto de electrodos, que se pueden usar para arrabio rico en fósforo y se caracteriza por los siguientes pasos: - colocar el arrabio rico en fósforo y eventualmente otros materiales en bruto sólidos que contengan hierro en un crisol o un horno del que se haya retirado la colada anterior; - retirar la escoria rica en fósforo, resultante de la inyección de oxígeno y la incorporación de escorificantes en un proceso prácticamente continuo, mientras que paralelamente se realiza la escorificación del hierro, la desilicación y la descarbonización. Reivindicación 4: Horno eléctrico volcable para producir aceros al carbono o aceros inoxidables por descarbonización de arrabio fosforoso con una barrera de electrodos aproximadamente horizontal, dispuesta en un lado abierto, que sirve para interrumpir la salida de la escoria y con una abertura de sangrado en el solado situado en el lado abierto opuesto o un pico volcable para el acero fundido, caracterizado porque en la zona del nivel del bano (11) y/o de la capa de escoria (12) se prevé una abertura obturable (13), entre una barra de grafito inferior (7) y la cúpula del horno (2). Reivindicación 10: Recipiente convertidor volcable para producir aceros al carbono o aceros inoxidables por descarbonización de arrabio rico en fósforo, con una abertura de sangrado en la zona de la boca y una lanza de oxígeno que se puede introducir, estando el recipiente en posición aprox. vertical con la boca hacia arriba, y/o un conjunto de electrodos que se puede introducir por la boca caracterizado porque en la zona del nivel del bano (11) y/o de la capa de escoria (12) se prevé una abertura obturable (13) para que escurra la escoria fosforosa (12) del recipiente volcable (17).
