Abstract

Un proceso y un dispositivo para producir acero inoxidable, especialmente acero refinado al cromo o cromo-níquel directamente a partir de arrabio líquido rico en fósforo prevé los intervalos de tiempo necesarios para el aprovisionamiento de material fundido en un dispositivo de colada continua y ahorra un proceso en un dispositivo de varios recipientes, porque se lleva a cabo, en un único recipiente (1,2), un tratamiento previo para desfosforar, en un paso de inyección de oxígeno, con simultanea escorificación del hierro, descarbonización y eliminación del silicio, mientras se agregan escorificantes y/o materiales refrigerantes sólidos, porque la escoria rica en fósforo (19) se descarga y porque luego se carga cromo y/o chatarra y otros elementos de aleación. Reivindicación 9: Dispositivo para producir acero inoxidable, especialmente acero al cromo o cromo-niquel directamente a partir de arrabio líquido que contiene fósforo en un dispositivo de fundición de uno, dos o varios crisoles que funcionan alteradamente con lanzas de oxígeno caracterizado porque se prevé una abertura obturable (21S) para una lanza de inyección lateral (B) en la pared del crisol, así como una lanza superior (15) y un mecanismo elevador y basculante (11) en la zona de un crisol (1,2), destinado a un conjunto de electrodos girables (14) y/o la lanza superior (15).
