Abstract

Se describe una cinta bimetálica de sierra constituida de una cinta de soporte de elevada estabilidad microestructural y elevada resistencia a la fatiga por flexiones alternadas, con 0,25 a 0,35% de carbono, 0,3 a 0,5% de silicio, 0,8 a 1,5% de manganeso, 1,0 a 2,0% molibdeno, 1,5 a 3,5% de cromo, 0,5 a 1,5% de niquel, 0,5 a 2,5% de wolframio, 0,15 a 0,30% de vanadio, 0,05 a 0,10% de niobio, 0,05 a 1,0% de cobre, hasta 0,2% de aluminio y hasta 1% de cobalto, siendo el resto de hierro e impurezas relacionadas con la fusión, como también puntas de dientes constituidas de un acero de elevada resistencia al desgaste con 1,0 a 2,0% de carbono, 3 a 6% de cromo, 1 a 5% de vanadio, 3 a 10% de molibdeno, 4 a 10% de wolframio, 4 a 10% de cobalto, hasta 1% de silicio, hasta 1% de manganeso, hasta 0,5% de niobio, y hasta 0,5% de nitrógeno, siendo el resto de hierro e impurezas relacionadas con la fusión.
