Abstract
Se divulgan paquetes de intercambiador de calor que presentan un primer juego de pasajes para recibir una corriente de aire ambiental y un segundo juego de pasaje para recibir una corriente de aire abrumado de agua caliente. El primer juego de pasajes y el segundo juego de pasajes están separados y permiten que la corriente de aire abrumada de agua caliente sea enfriada por la corriente de aire ambiental para que el agua pueda condensarse fuera de la corriente de aire abrumado de agua caliente. Las configuraciones de torre de enfriamiento incluyen un paquete intercambiador de calor para alcanzar una disminución de columna de agua efluente, y capturar una porción del efluente para reemplazar nuevamente dentro de la reserva de torre de enfriamiento o como una fuente de agua purificada.
