Abstract

Uso de una composicion que comprende un vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable y una cantidad farmacéuticamente aceptable de uno o más derivados de HETE de acuerdo con las formulas (1), (2) o (3), donde: X es OR o NHR'; R es H, una porcion de sal cationica farmacéuticamente aceptable, alquilo, cicloalquilo, (cicloalquil)alquilo, arilo, arilalquilo sustituidos o insustituidos, donde la sustitucion se hace con una porcion seleccionada del grupo que consiste en: alquilo, halogeno, hidroxi e hidroxi funcionalmente modificado; R' es H, alquilo, cicloalquilo, (cicloalquil)alquilo, arilo, arilalquilo sustituidos o insustituidos, donde la sustitucion se hace con una porcion seleccionada del grupo que consiste en: alquilo, halogeno, hidroxi e hidroxi funcionalmente modificado; e Y es un compuesto de formula (4) o (5), donde R'' es H o C(O)R'; para la fabricacion de un medicamento util para el tratamiento de condiciones de ojo seco transitorias asociadas con cirugía refractiva.
