Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo para el tendido de al menos una línea conductora de motor lineal en ranuras (14) de un inductor (15) ubicado por debajo de una placa de cubierta (10), con un vehículo (31), con un dispositivo alimentador (34) de línea conductora (16), con un dispositivo (36, 40) para conformar meandros en la línea (16), con un dispositivo (35) para desbobinar la línea (16) de un dispositivo alimentador (34) y alimentar dicha línea (16) al dispositivo (35), y con una herramienta (42) para insertar a la línea (16) en las ranuras (14), siendo el problema técnico del tendido automático resuelto mediante la provision de un carro de instalacion (46) que puede desplazarse con relacion al vehículo (31), y que está dispuesto por debajo de la placa de cubierta (10), y sobre el cual están dispuestos el dispositivo conformador (36, 40) y la herramienta (42), siendo provisto un dispositivo de medicion (52) para medir la posicion y separaciones de intervalo (A) de las ranuras (14), y una computadora para procesar los datos medidos y controlar la posicion del carro de instalacion (46), el dispositivo conformador (36, 40) y la herramienta (42). Otro objeto de la presente es un procedimiento para el tendido de al menos una línea conductora de motor lineal.
