Abstract

Se refiere a ADN que codifica proteínas involucradas en el silenciamiento genético. Se pueden aislar genes relacionados que codifiquen proteínascaracterizadas por una secuencia de aminoácidos que comprenda una secuencia componente de cuando menos 150residuos de aminoácidos que tenga el 40 por ciento omás identidad con una secuencia componente alineada de la SEQ ID NO:3, a partir de diferentes fuentes, tales como células de mamíferos o de plantas. Además seda a conocer un método para aislar ADNde acuerdo con la invencion.
