Abstract
La presente concierne sistemas no invasivos transdérmicos y métodos para la extraccion de analitos de un fluido biologico dentro o debajo de la piel, talcomo el fluido intersticial, y para la deteccion del analito. Más particularmente, la presentese relaciona con sistemas no invasivos transdérmicos quecomprenden un parche no invasivo transdérmico y un reflectometro, y métodos para detectar un analito de interés. Los parches no invasivos transdérmicoscomprenden un componente químico humedo yun componente químico seco. El componente químico humedo es un medio líquido de transferencia bajo la forma de unacapa de gel para la extraccion y la transferencia por puente líquido del analito de interés desde el fluido biologico dentro o debajode la piel hacia elcomponente químico seco. El componente químico seco es una membrana supersensible o condicionada que tiene un sistema de reactivos para interactuar con elanalito de interés y generar una molécula indicadora, por ejemplo, un cambiode co lor, para confirmar la deteccion del analito, y métodos para su uso. Lamolécula indicadora puede observarse a simple vista por el usuario individual u observarse por medio de un componente electronico de interpretacion, tal comounespectrofotometro d e reflectancia para la deteccion. Un analito particular de interés que puede detectarse con precision, de manera confiable y en unacantidad de acuerdo con la presente es la glucosa. Los sistemas no invasivos transdérmicos de lapresente son de bajo c osto y adecuados para el uso convenientepor parte de personal no médico. Los reflectometros incluyen una fuente de luz modulada para emitir luz con el objeto de iluminar la superficie blanco queposee un cierto color y unacierta sombra de color. La l uz que se refleja de la superficie blanco es detectada por un detector optico. La senal de salida deldetector optico es procesada y alimentada nuevamente en el detector optico para compensar cualquier desviacion causadapor la luz ambiental, por la t emperaturao por otros factores externos, y se amplifica en forma diferencial para generar una senal de salida indicativa del color y de la sombra en la superficie blanco
