Abstract
Una pasta untable de agua en aceite, que incluye fistoestrogenos, con preferencia, isoflavonas. Es de esperar que al ingerir la pasta untable, elconsumidor pueda gozar de los efectos beneficiosos para la salud que, segun se ha divulgado, aportan losfistoestrogenos. Las pastas untables de la presentetienen un buen sabor, independientemente de la presencia de las isoflavonas que a menudo exhiben un sabor amargo. La pasta untable puede ser una emulsion quecomprende fistoestrogenos incorporados yp or lo menos 0,25% en peso de calcio (por ejemplo, una parte de calcio de una sal cálcica), en especial, por lo menos0,5% en peso de calcio. La pasta untable puede ser una emulsion que comprenda fistoestrogenos y una o más, con preferencia, almenos d os, de las siguientesvitaminas: D, E, B6 y B12. Con preferencia, la pasta untable incluye, asimismo, niveles elevados de calcio y/o magnesio. La pasta untable también puedeconstar de un nivel y de un tipo de triglicéridos tal, que comomínimo el 5% e n peso de las partes de ácido graso poli-insaturado estén presentes (sobre labase del peso total de la masa untable), a los efectos de brindar a los consumidores acceso a ambas sustancias en forma de un alimento beneficioso.
