Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la galvanizacion de una banda o tira metálica (3) en una línea industrial (1) de galvanizacioncontínua, comprendiendo la línea de galvanizacion (1) una vaina o tubo continuo (23) para lacircul acion de una atmosfera reductora que comprende un gas inertee hidrogeno, en el cual procedimientos, antes de sumergir la banda metálica (3) en un bano (13) de cinc líquido o de una aleacion líquida de cinc, se la exponea dicha atmosferareductora a e fectos de eliminar los oxidos presentes sobre la superficie de la banda metálica (3) , caracetrizándose dicho procedimientoporque para renovar la atmosfera reductora en dicha vaina (23), se inyecta en la misma el gas inerte y elhidrogeno, regulándos e el caudal del hidrogeno enfuncion de la cantidad de superficie de la banda metálica a ser tratada por unidad de tiempo. El caudal de hidrogeno o de la mezcla gas inerte/hidrogenoinyectada al nivel de emplazamiento en funcionde un valor teorico par a el tenor del vapor de agua al nivel de un punto del horno de recocido.
