Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricacion de cristales semilla de tamices moleculares, uso de los cristales semilla, procedimiento para la fabricacion de un tamizmolecular cristalino, tamiz molecular cristalino y procedimiento de separacion, absorcion o conversion de hidrocarburos oxigenados. Las partículas de tamizmolecular cristalinas de un tamano adecuado para usar como semillas en el procedimiento de fabricacion del tamiz molecular se obtienen lavando un producto conpartículas de tamano mayor para separar a las partículas más pequenas de las más grandes. El procedimiento para la fabricacion de cristales semilla de un tamizmolecular, comprende sintetizar el tamiz molecular por medio del tratamiento de una mezcla de síntesis adecuada, separando de la mezcla de síntesis tratada untamiz molecular cristalino que comprende partículas de un primer tamano de partícula más grande, mezcladas con las partículas de un segundo tamano más pequeno,para usar como cristales semilla, y tratando al tamiz molecular cristalino para separar las partículas más grandes de las más pequenas. Los cristales semillaobtenibles por, y que preferentemente se obtienen por medio del procedimiento son utiles para acelerar la velocidad de fabricacion de un tamiz molecularcristalino por medio del tratamiento de una mezcla de síntesis. El procedimiento para la fabricacion del tamiz molecular cristalino comprende el tratamiento deuna mezcla de síntesis adecuada para la formacion del tamiz molecular, donde la mezcla contiene como semillas, partículas separadas más pequenas que seobtienen por medio del procedimiento para la fabricacion de cristales semilla de un tamiz molecular. El tamiz molecular es util en procedimientos de separacionabsorcion o conversion de hidrocarburos y oxigenados.
