Abstract

Una correa dentada (1) en la cual la parte dentada (4) está cubierta por una tela (5) que consiste de una urdimbre (7) y una trama (6) compuesta por hilosde trama formados por un hilo elástico (3) preferentemente hecho de poliuretano, que funcionaco mo nucleo, y al menos por un par de hilos compuestos (9)bobinados sobre el hilo elástico (8). Cada hilo compuesto (9) comprende un hilo altamente resistente y con gran resistencia al calor (10), hechopreferentemente de poliamida para aromática, yun hilo de cobertura (11), hecho preferentemente en nylon, bobinado sobre el hilo altamente resistente y congran resistencia al calor. La estructura de la trama (6) de la correa dentada (1) es de tal modo que cada hilo altamente resistente y congran r esistencia alcalor (10) puede ser aislado completamente de manera tal que no se dane por la friccion de la correa contra los dientes de la polea, lo que asegura una mayordurabilidad de la correa. La estructura con un par de hilos compuestostambién p ermite aumentar la carga en el momento de la rotura de la tela (5).
