Abstract
Un dispositivo para soldar canos a tope (99 A-B) que comprende: un elemento de guía (17) que puede rodear o ser fijado a uno de los extremos de los canos,y un carro (1) con capacidad de desplazamiento a lo largo de dicho elemento de guía, en tanto este carro (1) posee un medio de propulsion (25) capaz de moverloa lo largo del mismo (17), un soplete de soldar (90) que puede ser desplazado de modo oscilatorio con referencia al carro en una direccion aproximadamenteparalela al eje de los canos a empalmar, un medio (26) capaz de soportar dicho soplete de soldar (90) y de moverlo vertical y horizontalmente con respecto almencionado carro, un medio (29) para alimentar de modo automático un alambre de soldadura al soplete, un medio de desplazamiento (27) con capacidad paraimpartir dicho movimiento oscilatorio a dicho soplete, un medio (108) que regula la amplitud de oscilacion y/o el tiempo durante el cual el soplete permaneceen una o ambas posiciones límite de oscilacion, caracterizado porun medio (104) capaz de generar una senal relativa al movimiento angular del soplete desoldar (90) durante la oscilacion, porque dicho medio (108) es detipo electronico y comprende un medio de almacenamiento (115) capaz de guardar, durante almenos una de las etapas de la operacion de soldado, una pluralidad de valores referidos, como mínimo, a la frecuencia y amplitud de la oscilacion del soplete(90) deseados para dicha etapa y una posicion de arranque y parada de la oscilacion del mismo, y porun medio de control (114) capaz de controlar en formaautomática el medio (27) que hace oscilar al soplete (90) con referencia a dichos valores almacenados y a las senales generadas por el medio (104) de detecciondel desplazamiento angular del sopletede soldar (90).
