Abstract

La presente invencion está dirigida a una nueva composicion farmacéutica topica de agua en aceite en forma de una crema o locion, que comprende (i)2-50%de un anestésico local en forma de aceite en la composicion final, o dos o más anestésicos localesque forman un aceite cuando se mezclan, efectivos paraproducir un efecto anestésico topico con la administracion; (ii)2-50% de un emulsionante de agua en aceite, efectivo para producir una emulsion de laviscosidad deseada; y (iii)2-96% de agua. Opcionalmente la composicion puede contener hasta 20% de mejoradores de la penetracion o estabilizantesfarmacéuticamente aceptables. Esta nueva composicion farmacéutica es util en terapia, en particular para el tratamiento del dolor.
