Abstract

Se forma por lo menos una capa de carcasa (3) depositando un elemento en forma de tira (13) que comprende elementos longitudinales en forma de hilo (13a) incorporados en una capa de material elastómero (13b), sobre un soporte toroidal (11). La deposición del elemento en forma de tira (13) tiene lugar en secciones de deposición alternadas (23,24) comprendiendo cada una dos partes laterales que se extienden radialmente (23a,24a,23c,24c) y una parte corona (23b,24b) que se extiende en una posición radialmente externa. Las partes laterales de cada sección de deposición (23,24) están por lo menos solapadas parcialmente con partes laterales pertenecientes a una sección de deposición adyacente. Asociadas a la capa de carcasa (3)se encuentran estructuras anulares (4) que comprenden un inserto anular circunferencialmente inextensible (32) axialmente externo a un elemento de anclaje (31). Una estructura de cinta (5), una banda de rodamiento (8) y flancos (9) son combinados con la estructura de carcasa (2) así formada para definir un neumático (1) a ser sometido a un paso de vulcanización.
