Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo para enjuagar una carga, y su utilizacion, en una unidad de adsorcion en lecho movil simulado, el cual dispositivo comprendeuna pluralidad de lechos (32) de un adsorbente, estando cada uno de ellos, empalmadosmedia nte un organo distribuidor de fluidos (34), que comprende unatuberia (35) para la distribucion de los fluidos a por lo menos una entrada(38) para la carga, por lo menos una entrada (37) para un desorbente (o solvente),por lo menos unaextraccion (36) de un extracto, y por lo menos una extraccion (39) de un refinado, comprendiendo cada entrada y cada extraccion, una válvulade tipo todo o nada (36a, 37a, 38a, 39a), caracterizándose el dispositivo porque cada tubería (35) dedistribucion en cada uno de los lechos, comprendepor lo menos una válvula de enjuague (41a), estando el conjunto de las válvulas de enjuague, conectado a una tubería (100) para la circulacion de un fluidodesplazado, tubería ésta que comprende unabomba para la circulac ion del fluido (102), y un regulador (103, 104) del caudal del fluido entregado por la bomba,estando cada una de las válvulas de enjuague (41a), conectada a un organo para el comando (50), de abertura o de cierre de estasválvulas. Aplicacion a lase paracion de hidrocarburos aromáticos de 8 átomos de carbono, en especial para la obtencion de paraxileno de muy alta pureza.
