Abstract

Se describe un artículo absorbente que ayuda a mantener el ph de la piel de un usuario en una condicion ácida. El artículo absorbente tiene una superficieen contacto con el cuerpo con una composcicion para el cuidado de la piel que se transfierede sde la superficie en contacto con el cuerpo a la piel delusuario y/o el calor corporal del usuario. La composicion para el cuidado de la piel contiene por lo menos un activo donánte protonico. Los activos donantesprotonicos preferidos incluyenácidos orgánicos monoméricos, ácidos poliméricos, y sales de ácidos inorgánicos. El artículo absorbente también incluye una hojaposterior impermeable al líquido y un nucleo absorbente colocado entre la superficie en contacto con el cuerpo y lahoja p osterior. También se describeun método para mantener el pH de la piel del usuario a un pH ácido utilizando el artículo absorbente antes mencionado.
