Abstract

Se trata de composiciones poliméricas de interpolímero homogéneo de etileno/alfa-olefina, una cera y un agente de nucleacion, en donde el agentede nucleacion se proporciona en una cantidad suficiente como para que el porcentaje deelon gacion en ruptura de la composicion de polímero sea al menoscuatro veces mayor que el porcentaje de elongacion en el punto ruptura de una composicion comparativa que exenta agentes de nucleacion. Lascomposiciones de polímero de lainvencion ser án utiles en aplicaciones que requieran de una elevada elongacion en ruptura, en donde se mantiene unaaparicion elevada de temperatura de cristalizacion, tal como ocurre con el revestimiento de telas de alta velocidad, elrefuerzo posterior de lasalfombras, revestimiento y cerámicos para pisos y adhesivos.
