Abstract
Sistema de generacion de mapas de terrenos para vehículos agrícolas tales como una segadora-trilladora, una sembradora o cosechadora. El sistemaincluye un circuito que determina la posicion relativa del vehículo dentro de un terreno y un sensorp ara detectar una característica (por ejemplo, elcontenido de humedad de los granos, el rendimiento de los granos cosechados, la compactacion del suelo, la altitud, etc.) en distintas ubicaciones delvehículo dentro del campo. El sistema tambiéninc luye una pantalla electronica controlada por un circuito de control acoplado al circuito que determinala posicion y al sensor. El circuito de control envía senales a la pantalla electronica que produce un mapa del terreno en el cual seincluyen indicios delas características en las respectivas ubicaciones en el campo. (Por ejemplo, si la característica es el contenido de humedad de los granos, se pueden usardistintos colores en la pantalla para representar los distintos nivelesde hu medad). Las senales son generadas por el circuito de control de modo que elterreno con respecto al cual se toman muestras de las características se ajusta a escala para su presentacion en substancialmente toda la porcion respectiva delapantalla. Por lo tanto, a medida que aumenta la superficie del terreno que se está analizando, la escala del mapa presentado se reajusta para mostrartodos los datos recogidos.
