Abstract

Un granulado de material sintetico espumoso preponderantemente esferico, libre de crateres y hebras de corte, y que se puede procesar para obtenerperlas de espuma en particulas esfericas, se puede elaborar mediante un granulado por inmersion, donde la temperatura del agua de granulado es de 20 a45°C. El material de espuma en particulas que se obtiene aqui, mediante un espumado por dispersion, se destaca por su buen comportamiento fluidico durantela etapa de rellenado en la elaboracion de piezas de moldeo.
