Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para preparar cereales hidrolizados con frutas o miel anadidas, en donde se prepara una mezcla que comprende una harina decereal, frutas enteras y/o piezas de fruta y una alfa-amilasa, o una mezcla que comprende unaharin a de cereal, miel, agua y una alfa-amilasa, la mezcla setrata mediante la inyección de vapor en varias etapas sucesivas, en varias zonas de tratamiento sucesivas, después la mezcla se seca. La invención tambiénse refiere a un aparato parallevar a cabo el procedimiento de la presente invención, así como a los cereales hidrolizados con frutas o miel anadidosobtenidos mediante este procedimiento.
