Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para preparar cereales hidrolizados con frutas o miel añadidas, en donde se prepara una mezcla que comprende una harina de cereal, frutas enteras y/o piezas de fruta y una alfa-amilasa, o una mezcla que comprende una harina de cereal, miel, aguay una alfa-amilasa, la mezcla se trata mediante la inyeccion de vapor en varias etapas sucesivas, en varias zonas de tratamiento sucesivas, después la mezcla se seca.
