Abstract

Una tapa 10 para envase a rosca tales como envases para bebidas, con una tapa 10 que posee una banda de seguridad 11 unida con una pluralidad de puentesfrangibles 13 b, 13 c, y por lo menos un puente extendido no frangible 13 a, a un bordelibr e del collarín 16 de la tapa 10. La banda de seguridad 11 tieneuna costilla interna segmentada 18 que engancha a una pestana de retención 30 del envase 29 cuando la tapa se coloca al mismo. Una ranura en L 17 se extiendepor el costado de labanda d e seguridad 11, con una pata horizontal 61 que termina directamente adyacente a, o debajo del puente no frangible 13 a. Unárea frangible debilitada 63 de la banda se extiende de la terminación 62 de la pata horizontal 61 axialmentehacia abaj o al fondo de la banda 11. Al quitarla tapa 10 del envase 29, los puentes frangibles 13 b, 13 c, y el área frangible 63 se rompen y la banda 11 permanece cautiva en el puente 13 a alcollarín. Las salientes internas longitudinales25 y 28 rod ean la banda 11, con excepción del área en la ranura en L 17 para permitir el estiramiento de labanda adyacente a la ranura. Hay engrosamientos 26 que rodean la banda excepto en el área de la ranura 17 y de aproximadamente a cuartos devuelta 71, 72 alrededor de la banda desde la ranura para permitir el estiramiento de la banda cuando está ausente para la colocación en el envase.
