Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na uredjaj za nanosenje dekoracije na posude, kao sto su nas primer, gajbe, boce ili konzerve. Dekoracija se sastoji od etikete za preslikavanje koja se dovodi do posuda na nosecoj traci. Noseca traka se pritiska lateralno, pomocu pritisnog valjka, prema posudama, koje se transportuju pored pritisnog valjka. Uredjaj za zagrevanje, kao sto je prvenstveno, kompresor vruceg vazduha, zagreva etiketu za preslikavanje na aplikacionoj strani nosece trake. Prvenstveno, ravna struja vazduha se izduvava, pomocu kompresora vruceg vazduha, naspram linije kontakta izmedju etikete za preslikavanje i posuda. Kao rezultat toga sto se primenjuje vrlo lokalizovano zagrevanje aplikacione strane nosece trake, prema predlozenom pronalasku, aktivacija etikete za preslikavanje se postize bez znacajnijeg zagrevanja nosece trake ili povrsine posude. Kao rezultat toga, sprecava se nezeljeno rastezanje nosece trake, a temperatura etikete za preslikavanje moze ostati relativno niska, tako da se zadrzava kvalitet boja i omogucava se kompletan transfer na posude. Pritisni valjak moze takodje raditi pri relativno niskim temperaturama, cime se omogucava dugotrajan vek istog. Kao posledica vrlo ogranicenog zagrevanja na aplikacionoj strani, vreme kontakta potrebno za transfer etikete za preslikavanje znacajno se smanjuje, cime je omogucena visoka propusna moc.
