Abstract

ŠTAMPARSKA BOJA I POSTUPAK ŠTAMPANJA, štamparska boja koja obuhvata polivinil hloridni kopolimer, plasticizer, antioksidans, stabilizator i pigment; primenjuje se na prenosni sloj (20) pomoću graviranog valjka (14). Uzastopni slojevi štamparske boje se primenjuju na prenosni sloj (20), i željena šara se prenosi na tekstil (20) korišćenjem zagrejanih valjaka pod pritiskom (30, 32) na kojima primenjena šara biva odvojena od prenosnog sloja (20) i zadržava se pomoću prijanjanja na tekstilnom sloju. Boja može biti u obliku praha na sobnoj temperaturi, topi se i primenjuje se u stopljenom obliku na graviran valjak (14) ili može biti pasta ili tečna na sobnoj temperaturi, greje se pomoću lampe (50) posle primene na prenosni sloj (20) radi odpočinjanja sušenja. Ako se želi, prenosni sloj (20) može biti načupljen, i poslep primene boje na njega, prah lepila se primenjuje na boju, koja izražava npr. dekorativni motiv ili šaru koja se skid sa sa prenosnog sloja (20), za sledeću primenu na substrat korišćenjem toplote i pritiska, pre uklanjanja baznog sloja prenosnog sloja (20) koji izražava dekorativne čupke.
