Abstract

BIS(OKSI) JEDINJENJA I POSTUPAK ZA NJIHOVO DOBIJANJE, pronalazak se odnosi na bis(oksi) jedinjenja formule Ar1-O-M-O-Ar2 (I), u kojoj Ar1 i Ar2 nezavisno predstavljaju supstituisani fenil ili supstituisani piridil, pri čemu su supstituenti nezavisno odabrani od jednog, dva ili tri halogena ili C1-10alkil, C1-10perhaloalkil, C1-10alkoksi, karbamil, di(C1-10)alkilkarbamil, C1-10alkoksikarbonil, oksazolinil grupa, ili C1-10alkil grupa supstituisanih sa C1-10alkoksi, hidroksi ili C1-10alkoksikarbonil; M predstavlja: C4-8alkilen, C4-8alkenilen ili C4-8alkinilen; O je kiseonik; R' je C1-3alkil ili vodonik; A je kiseonik ili sumpor; Q je odabrano od vodonika, halogena i grupa nitro, C1-6alkil, C1-6perhaloalkil, C1-6alkiltio i C1-6alkilsulfonil; isprekidane linije u M-3 i M-4, izmedju ugljenikovih atoma u položaju 2 i 3, 3 i 4 i 4 i 5 označavaju da veze izmedju ugljenikovih atoma u položaju 2 i 3, 3 i 4 ili 5 i 6 mogu da budu proste ili dvogube; n ima vrednost 1 ili 2; m ima vrednost 1 ili 2; p. ima vrednost 0 ili 1; i njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli. Jedinjenja iz sadašnjeg pronalaska su korisna kao sredstva za tretiranje i prevenciju virusnih, a naročito pikornavirusnih infekcija.
