Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU KATALIZATORA ZA DEHIDROGENOVANJE KOJI JE NANESEN NA NOSAČ naznačen time, što se postupak sastoji od sledećih stupnjeva koji se izvode u izloženom nizu: a) impregnisanje poraznog nosača katalizatora koji sadrži cink aluminat, od 0.01 do 5 mas.% kalajnog oksida, i po slobodnom izboru, kalcijum aluminat, pomoću rastvora koji sadrži platinu u hlorid, tako da se obrazuje smeša nosača katalizatora koja sadrži platinu i hloridne jone; b) sušenje smeše nosača katalizatora; c) kalcinisanje osušene smeše nosača katalizatora pod (b); i d) ispiranje smeše nosača katalizatora pod (c) pomoću vrele vode dok se ne dobije željeni katalizator za dehidrogenovanje iz koga su odstranjeni hloridni joni i zadržana platina, u kome isprani katalizator za dehidrogenovanje stupnja (d) sadrži od 0.01 do 5 mas.% platine i do 0.05 mas.% hlorida, pri čemu je ostatak cink aluminat, kalajni oksid i, po slobodnom izboru, kalcijum aluminat, ako je prisutan. Prijava sadrži još 1 nezavisan i 11 zavisnih zahteva.
