ENOSALNI IMPLANTAT ZA CVRSTO SKLOPLJENI PROTETICKI ZUB, ciji uredjaji za pricvrscivanje imaju glavu 26 za pricvrscenje i metalni implatantni podupirac 12, koji je spojiv s osnovnim elementom 10 spojem preko navoja, u datom slucaju uz medjuspoj distancionog dela narocito metalnog i koji je isturen iz otvorenog distalnog kraja osnovnog elementa 10, pricemu je implantatni podupirac 12 blizu distalne ivice osnovnog elementa 10 podrucno koncentrisano obuhvacen medjuelementom od (visko-) elasticnog materijala, kao vestackog materijala, narocito polioksimetilena, na znacen time, sto se medjuelement sastoji od sigurnosnog prstena (18) s uglavnom ravnim i glatkim distancioni deo ima/imaju blizu svoje distalne periferne ivice prstenasto udubljenje (14) opremljeno naslonom (16) za naleganje proksimalne ceone povrsine sigurnostnog prstena, za uglavnom periferno zbijeno prihvatanje u najmanju ruku blizu celog udzduznog prostiranja sigurnosnog prstena (18); sto implantatni podupirac (12) i/ili distancioni deo ima/imaju prstenasti naslon (22) za naleganje na distalnoj ceonoj povrsini sigurnosnog prstena (18); i sto je najmanje jedan deo povrsina osnovnog elementa (10), implantatnog podupiraca (12) i/ili distancionog dela, koje dolaze u zahvat pod pritiskom sa sigurnosnim prstenom (18) kod uvrtanja implantatnog podupiraca (12) i/ili distancionog dela u osnovni element (10) odnosno distancioni deo opremljen udubljenjima (20, 24) obezbedjenog odredjenog oblika, u koja se materijal sigurnosnog prstena (18) pod pritiskom uvrtanja deformisanjem utiskuje uz stvaranje obezbedjenog odredjenim oblikom osiguranja protiv obrtanja izmedju implantatnih elemenata (10, 12) koji se granice sa sigurnosnim prstenom (18).
