Abstract
ŽELJEZNIČKI VAGON ZA PREVOZ I TRANSPORT KOMERCIJALNIH DRUMSKIH VOZILA, koji obuhvata dva zakretna postolja (1, 2) za vožnju po šinama (3), sa izmedju njih postavljenom fiksnom okvirnom konstrukcijom (6) koja se sastoji od najmanje para nosača (6a, 6b) postavljenih paralelno i u jednoj ravni i to u glavnom u ravni obeju zakretnih postolja (1, 2), kao i dve ravne vagonske šasije (6c, 6d) postavljene po jedna na svakom kraju a koje su svaka preko pripadajućeg loptastog ležaja (90) spojene sa odgovarajućim zakretnim postoljem (1, 2) čime su ova zakretna postolja (1, 2) medjusobno trajno povezana, i koji obuhvata krutu noseću konstrukciju (4) za stabilno prihvatanje poluprikolice (5) drumskog vozila kao i sredstva (9) za zakretanje postavljena u težištu izmedju fiksne okvirne konstrukcije (6) i krute kolevkaste konstrukcije (4) a koja su medjusobno vertikalno spojena i pomoću kojih je zakrenuta kolevkasta konstrukcija (4) postavljena izmedju najmanje jednog transportnog položaja u kome ova leži potpuno, u odnosu na zakretna postolja (1, 2), unutar profila vagona i jednog položaja za utovar/istovar u kome je kolevkasta konstrukcija (4) zakrenuta oko vertikalne težišne ose (X) u odnosu na zakretna postolja (1, 2), postavljena izvan vagona, kada je poluprikolica (5) drumskog vozila uvezena ili odvezena, a obuhvata i sredstva (60) za zabravljivanje kojima je kolevkasta konstrukcija (4) povezana u odgovarajućem transportnom položaju sa fiksnom okvirnom konstrukcijom (6), na značen time, što su na svakom kraju noseće kolevkaste konstrukcije (4) izvedeni su sredstva (7) za podizanje kolevkaste konstrukcije (4) izvedena povezana sa pripadajućim cilindrima (11, 12) pokretačima, za zakretanje izmedju izmedju najmanje jednog ograničenog položaja mirovanja u kome su sredstva (7) za podizanje rasterećena smeštena u kolevkastoj konstrukciji (4) kada zahtevaju minimum vertikalnog prostora, i za dovodjenje u ograničeni radni položaj, u kome su sredstva (7) za podizanje izvučena i štrče izvan kolevkaste konstrukcije (4) dovedena u dodir sa ispod ležećom donjom površinom (P), i pri čemu su nosači (6a, 6b) elastično savijeni kada su vagonske šasije (6c,
