a naročito kombinovani visokonaponski strujni i naponski transfor-mator stubne konstrukcije, sa jezgrom (15) koje je na visokom naponu, kojeg koaksijalno okružuje visokonaponski namotaj (16) sa metalnim oklopom (20) koji ima proreze, i sa jednim niskonaponskim namotajem (17) koji ga takodje koaksijalno okružuje, kao i sa jednom koaksijalnom oklopnom elektrodom (18) koja je na potencijalu zemlje, naznačen time, što je metalni oklop (20) pomoću izvodnog voda (21) spojen sa priključkom (X) za visokonaponski namotaj (16), što je na malom rastojanju (A) od metalnog oklopa (20), izolovano u odnosu na metalni oklop (20), postavljena odvodna elektroda (22) koja ga koncentrično okružuje, što je odvodna elektroda (22) preko jednog ili više spojnih vodova (27) male induk-tivnosti električno provodljivo povezana sa oklopnom elektrodom (16) i što je niskonaponski namotaj (17) opremljen jednim prorezanim metalnim oklopom (25), koji je takodje vezom (26) male induktiv-nosti električno provodljivo povezan sa oklopnom elektrodom (18).-Prijava sadrži još 1 nezavisan i 7 zavisnih zahteva.
