Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE ETARSKOG POLICIKLIČNOG ANTIBIOTIKA, naznačen time što se u prvoj fazi vrši mutacija soja mikroorganizama Actinomadura roseorufa, identifikujućih karakteristika ATCC 53,665 sa N-metil-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidino, pri čemu se dobija soj Actinomadura roseorufa ATCC 53,664, što se zatim vrši fermentacija tog soja u vodenoj hranljivoj podlozi koja sadrži asimilira juće izvore ugljenika, azota i neorganskih soli pri uronjenim uslovima aerobne fermentacije sve dok se suštinska količina jedinjenja ne akumulira u celoj čorbi, i što se zatim jedinjenje regeneriše.
