Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE ETARSKOG POLICIKLIČNOG ANTIBIOTIKA, formule I: naznačen time, što se u prvoj fazi vrši mutacija mikroorganizma Actinomadura roseorufa ATCC 53,666 sa N-metil-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidinom, što se zatim vrši fermentacija tako dobijenih sojeva Actinomadura roseorufa identifikujućih karakteristika ATCC 53,665, ATCC 53,674 u vodenoj hraniljivoj podlozi koja sadrži asimilirajuće izvore ugljenika, azota i neorganskih soli pri uronjenim uslovima aerobne fermentacije, sve dok se suštinska količina jedinjenja ne akumulira u celoj čorbi i što se zatim dobijeno jedinjenje regeneriše. Prijava sadrži još jedan zavisan patentni zahtev.
