Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na poboljsanja kod uredaja za spaljivanje. U sistemu za spaljivanje kabastog smeca i tecnosti sa sadrzajem ugljovodonika koji ima komoru (32) sa vatrootpornim podom za drzanje i sagorevanje materijala na njemu, zatim ulazni otvor za dovod smeca i izlazni otvor (67,68) za gasovite produkte izvedena su sledeca poboljsanja. Umesto jednostrukih izvedeni su dvostruki tuneli (41, 42) za spaljivanje. U tunel za sagorevanje postavljeni su ekscitatori. Prigusivacima (69,70) su zatvoreni delovi tunela (41,42) za sagorevanje. Da bi se ostvarilo kretanje prigusivaca (69,70) sa produzecima (71,72) spojene su kruto poluge (75, 76) koje su preko sipki (77, 78) vezane za klipove (79, 80). Unutar glavne komore (32), neposredno do glavnog otvora i iznad poda, smestena je resetka sa otvorima. Resetka sluzi za drzanje novoubacnog smeca, kao i za omogucavanje propadanja smeca kroz resetku za vreme sagorevanja. Resetka ima uredaj za hladenje. Na resetku je postavljen vatrootporni ozid. Navedena poboljsanja mogu imati razlicite varijante izvodenja. Poboljsanja pojedinacno i zajedno omogucavaju efikasniji rad uredaja za spaljivanja pri razlicitim kolicinama smeca.
