Abstract

Predlagamo nov postopek za pripravo 1-(aminometil)cikloheksanocetne kisline, kot antikonvulzivnega sredstva, ki je opisan v zdravilih. Postopek je značilen po tem, da alkilni ester (1-cianocikloheksil) malonove kisline dekarboksiliramo do ustreznega alkilnega estra (1-cianocikloheksil)ocetne kisline, nato preestrimo z benzilnim alkoholom in zatem hidrogeniramo do končnega produkta. Nadalje predlagamo nove estre (1-cianocikloheksil)ocetne kisline s formulo kot vmesne produkte za zgornji postopek.
