Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na uredjaj sa optičkim vlaknom za merenje jačine električne struje, korišćenjem faradejevog efekta, pri čemu magnetno polje koje se nalazi oko provodnika (1) kroz koji teče struja, utiče na stanje polarizacije svetla. Optičko vlakno (2) je oko svoje podužne ose usukano i izloženo je crikularnom dvostrukom razdvajanju, dok je jedan kraj (4) optičkog vlakna (2) snabdeven sa reflektujućom površinom (5) tako postavljen u blizinu drugog kraja (6), da celo optičko vlakno (2) predstavlja potpuno u sebe zatvoreni put.
