技术领域
本申请涉及清洁设备技术领域,具体涉及一种地刷、清洁设备及清洁系统。
背景技术
家用洗地机主要用于清理和洗涤家庭地板表面。洗地机通常可以自动喷水和洗刷地面,然后将污水和残留的污垢吸入机器的污水箱中,以实现快速清洁以及收集污渍的功能。
洗地机在洗刷喷水区域后,地面上容易残留较多水渍,尤其是用户后拉洗地机进行清洁时地面上残留水渍的情况更加严重。残留水渍的水分蒸发后,容易在清洁表面留下较为明显的污痕,影响洗地机的实际清洁效果。
为了减少水渍问题,目前,市面上的洗地机会在滚刷前端加装刮条以及驱动件,通过驱动件驱动刮条运动,在洗地机后拉过程中使刮条与地面接触,从而实现同步刮除地面残留的水渍等杂质。然而,设置在洗地机前端的刮条及驱动件容易造成洗地机前端的体积过大,不仅影响洗地机进入如床榻下方、沙发下方等低矮区域清洁的能力,还容易对整体外观造成不利影响。
发明内容
本申请提供一种地刷、清洁设备及清洁系统,能够减少待清洁面上残留的脏污,减少刮条及其驱动结构对地刷前端体积的占用。
本申请提供一种地刷,包括:
地刷主体,能够在待清洁面上沿预设行进方向移动;
清洁件,设于所述地刷主体,所述清洁件用于清刷所述待清洁面,所述清洁件具有中心轴线以及中心截面,所述中心轴线位于所述中心截面上,且所述中心截面垂直于所述预设行进方向;
刮条组件,设于所述清洁件在所述预设行进方向上的前侧,所述刮条组件用于刮除所述待清洁面上的脏污;
驱动件,设于所述地刷主体内,所述驱动件的至少部分位于所述中心截面在所述预设行进方向上的后侧;其中,
所述驱动件与所述刮条组件传动连接,所述驱动件至少用于驱动所述刮条组件沿预设移动方向朝向或背离所述待清洁面移动,所述预设移动方向与所述待清洁面相交。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷还包括:第一传动组件,可活动设于所述地刷主体内,且所述第一传动组件传动连接所述刮条组件和所述驱动件;
其中,所述驱动件用于驱动所述第一传动组件沿所述清洁件的长度方向移动,以使所述第一传动组件驱动所述刮条组件沿预设移动方向朝向或背离所述待清洁面移动。
通过采用上述技术方案,地刷主体沿预设行进方向移动过程中,清洁件能够沿预设行进方向清刷待清洁面,在前推地刷主体的过程中,刮条组件升起,不仅能防止刮条组件阻碍前方地面上的脏污被吸走,还能够防止刮条组件受向后摩擦力的作用朝着靠近滚刷的方向偏转,不但能避免偏转变形后的刮条组件阻挡滚刷与滚刷盖之间的吸污间隙,也能避免偏转变形后的刮条组件卷入滚刷与滚刷盖之间的吸污间隙中;在后拉地刷主体时,通过驱动件驱动第一传动组件沿清洁件的长度方向移动,从而带动刮条组件朝向待清洁面运动并贴合清洁面。后拉地刷主体的过程中,刮条组件即刮除清洁面上的脏污,从而有利于减少清洁面上残留的水渍,提高地刷清洁效果,同时,虽然在后拉地刷主体过程中,刮条组件与待清洁面持续接触,但是由于此时刮条组件受向前摩擦力的作用会轻微朝着远离滚刷的方向偏转,避免了偏转后的刮条组件阻挡滚刷与滚刷盖之间的吸污间隙,同时也相当于地刷主体牵引着偏转后的刮条组件共同向后运动,用户在做后拉牵引动作时也比较省力。
现有前刮条结构常为摆动式或者旋转式,在清洁过程中,由于刮条摆动或者转动需要一定的角度,在清洁正前方边角处的脏污时,刮条、墙面以及地面之间仍然会形成三角形的脏污区;而本技术方案中的刮条组件为上下运动式,相对于刮条摆动式或者转动式,在遇到地刷主体正前方“贴边污渍”时,刮条可以直接紧贴墙边下降进行清洁,清洁更加干净和彻底。
此外,由于现有滚刷式清洁设备,由于滚刷需要设计到地刷的最前方,因此,为了保证对现有结构最少的变动,便于节约开发成本,本技术方案中刮条组件设置于清洁件在预设行进方向的前侧,而驱动件的至少部分设于中心截面在预设行进方向的后侧,从而避免刮条组件及驱动其运动的驱动件同时布置在清洁件在预设行进方向的前侧,以减少对地刷前侧体积的影响;同时第一传动组件沿清洁件的长度方向移动以向刮条组件传递驱动件的动力,无需地刷主体额外为第一传动组件提供高度方向的运动空间,减少对地刷体积的影响。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动件位于所述清洁件在预设行进方向上背离所述刮条组件的一侧。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件和刮条组件分别布置于清洁件在预设行进方向的两侧,以进一步减少向清洁件的后侧布置驱动件,减少驱动件对地刷前侧的空间占用,有利于降低驱动件对地刷前侧体积的影响。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条组件沿所述预设移动方向滑动连接所述地刷主体,所述第一传动组件沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动连接所述地刷主体。
通过采用上述技术方案,刮条组件和第一传动组件分别滑动连接地刷主体,有利于降低刮条组件和第一传动组件移动过程中受到的阻滞,提高第一传动组件的移动及传动的及时性,同时提高调节刮条组件接触或远离待清洁面的效率。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第一传动组件在第一状态和第二状态之间滑动切换;
所述第一传动组件处于所述第一状态时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面接触;
所述第一传动组件处于所述第二状态时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件能够驱动第一传动组件在第一状态和第二状态之间滑动切换,第一状态对应刮条组件接触待清洁面,第二状态对应刮条组件脱离待清洁面,有利于简化驱动件的驱动行程,提高驱动件及第一传动组件传递动力至刮条组件的及时性。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条组件包括:
基体,沿所述预设移动方向滑动连接所述地刷主体;
刮条,设于所述基体,且所述刮条位于所述清洁件在所述预设行进方向上的前侧,所述刮条用于接触所述待清洁面;
所述第一传动组件包括:
移动部,沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动连接所述地刷主体;
第一传动部,连接所述移动部并传动连接所述驱动件;
其中,所述基体和所述移动部中的一者设有第一导槽,另一者设有第一导块,所述第一导块可滑动设于所述第一导槽,所述第一导槽的至少部分的延伸方向和所述清洁件的长度方向形成有夹角,以使所述移动部能够通过所述第一导块和所述第一导槽驱动所述基体沿所述预设移动方向滑动。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一传动部将驱动件的动力传递至移动部,使第一传动部及移动部沿清洁件的长度方向滑动。基体和移动部之间配合设置的第一导槽和第一导块中,由于第一导槽的至少部分延伸方向与清洁件的长度方向形成夹角,即第一导块在第一导槽内运动时,能够沿相交于清洁件的长度方向的方向运动,即能够将移动部沿清洁件的长度方向的运动的动力传递至基体时,基体能够带动刮条在预设移动方向滑动,实现刮条快速接触或脱离待清洁面。第一导块和第一导槽的传动结构有利于快速将移动部的横移运动转化为基体的升降运动,提高刮条升降运动的响应速度。
在一些实施例中,所述第一导槽在自身延伸方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端;
所述第一导块位于所述第一端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面接触;
所述第一导块位于所述第二端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一导槽自身延伸方向的第一端和第二端形成对第一导块的限位作用,即进一步形成对刮条组件升降位置的限位作用。第一端对应刮条组件接触待清洁面,第二端对应刮条组件脱离待清洁面,根据需要调整第一导槽的延伸距离,即改变第一端和第二端的间距,能够调整刮条组件接触清洁面的变形量及抵接作用力,以及调整刮条组件脱离待清洁面后能够抬升形成的间隙,提高对刮条组件位置调节的控制精度。
在一些实施例中,所述第一导槽和所述第一导块分别设有多个,多个所述第一导块沿所述清洁件的长度方向分布,且所述第一导槽和所述第一导块一一对应。
通过采用上述技术方案,沿清洁件的长度方向设置多个第一导槽及第一导块,即移动部和基体之间形成多组第一导槽和第一导块的传动结构,提高移动部和基体之间的传动稳定性,相较于单个第一导块和第一导槽的传动结构,降低每个第一导块和第一导槽传动过程中相互承受的作用力,从而降低基体和移动部之间的传动磨损,有利于延长基体和移动部的使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷还包括:
第二传动组件,设于所述地刷主体,且所述第二传动组件传动连接所述驱动件和所述第一传动组件;
所述驱动件用于驱动所述第二传动组件绕相交于所述待清洁面的轴线转动,以使所述第二传动组件驱动所述第一传动组件在所述第一状态和所述第二状态之间滑动切换。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件驱动第二传动组件转动,即在第一传动组件和驱动件之间设置了能够转动的第二传动组件,第二传动组件能够将转动产生的沿清洁件长度方向的分力传递至第一传动组件处,从而实现驱动件和第一传动组件之间的动力传递,故驱动件可以设置为如电机等能够实现第二传动组件快速转动的驱动设备,无需地刷主体为驱动件提供移动空间,减少驱动件对地刷主体的空间占用。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第二传动组件以第一转动方向或第二转动方向转动,所述第一转动方向与所述第二转动方向相反;
所述第一传动组件由所述第一状态切换至所述第二状态过程中,所述第二传动组件以所述第一转动方向转动。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件驱动第二传动组件以相反的第一转动方向和第二转动方向运动,即带动第二传动组件在相反方向摆动,实现第一传动组件切换第一状态或第二状态,相较于驱动件由单一方向带动第二传动组件转动,提高驱动件及第二传动组件驱动第一传动组件运动的效率,同时减少第二传动组件转动所需要占用的地刷主体的空间。
在一些实施例中,所述第二传动组件可拆卸连接所述第一传动组件;
和/或,所述第二传动组件可拆卸连接所述驱动件。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二传动组件和第一传动组件可拆卸连接,从而便于快速更换、拆装第一传动组件或第二传动组件,提高第一传动组件和第二传动组件的拆装便捷性。同样的,第二传动组件和驱动件可拆卸连接,便于快速更换、拆装驱动件或第二传动组件,提高驱动件和第二传动组件的拆装便捷性。
在一些实施例中,所述第一传动组件包括:
移动部,沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动连接所述地刷主体,且所述移动部传动连接所述刮条组件;
第一传动部,连接所述移动部并朝向所述驱动件的一侧延伸;
所述第二传动组件包括:
第二传动部,连接所述驱动件的驱动端并朝向所述第一传动部的一侧延伸;
第二导块,连接所述第二传动部;
其中,所述第一传动部开设有对接孔,所述第二导块的至少部分嵌设于所述对接孔,所述对接孔被配置为供所述第二导块沿所述清洁件的长度方向推抵自身孔壁,以驱动所述移动部沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件驱动第二传动部摆动过程中,第二导块的至少部分能够抵接对接孔的孔壁,从而推动移动部沿清洁件的长度方向滑动。第二导块的至少部分嵌设于对接孔,一方面保证第一传动部和第二传动部传动连接的稳定性,另一方面采用第二导块和对接孔的对接结构便于实现第一传动部和第二传动部之间快速拆装,提高第一传动组件和第二传动组件拆装便捷性。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷还包括:
导向壳,连接所述地刷主体,所述导向壳设于所述第二传动部和所述第一传动部之间,所述导向壳开设有第二导槽,所述第二导槽绕所述第二传动部的转动中心延伸,且所述第二导块由所述第二导槽贯穿所述导向壳并连接所述第一传动部。
通过采用上述技术方案,导向壳及其第二导槽进一步形成对第二导块运动路径的限位作用,即第二导槽能够引导第二导块绕第二传动部的转动中心移动,提高第二导块的运动稳定性,降低第二导块传动过程中脱离对接孔的风险。
在一些实施例中,所述第二导槽在自身延伸方向具有相对设置的第三端和第四端;
所述第二导块位于所述第三端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面接触;
所述第二导块位于所述第四端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
通过采用上述技术方案,第二导槽自身延伸方向的第三端和第四端形成对第二导块的限位作用,即进一步形成对第二导块运动位置的限位作用。第三端对应刮条组件接触待清洁面,第四端对应刮条组件脱离待清洁面,提高第一传动部和第二传动部之间动力传递的稳定性及精度。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条包括:
第一连接部,连接于所述基体;
清洁部,连接于所述第一连接部,所述清洁部相对所述第一连接部靠近所述待清洁面,且所述清洁部朝向所述地刷主体的前侧且朝向所述待清洁面延伸。
通过采用上述技术方案,清洁部朝向地刷主体的前侧设置并朝向待清洁面延伸,有利于在地刷主体贴靠如墙边等位置时,清洁部能够贴合墙边并刮除待清洁面的污渍,从而有利于减少地刷主体贴边、使用刮条时存在清洁死角,提高刮条的清洁效果。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条组件包括:
基体,用以安装于所述地刷主体的前端;
刮条,设置于所述基体,且所述刮条位于所述清洁件在所述预设行进方向上的前侧;
所述驱动件,设置于所述基体,且所述驱动件与所述刮条传动配合,所述驱动件用于驱动所述刮条沿预设移动方向朝向所述待清洁面移动。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条组件还包括:
弹性复位件,设置于所述基体,且所述弹性复位件与所述刮条传动配合,所述弹性复位件用于驱使所述刮条朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动;
当所述弹性复位件驱使所述刮条朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动时所述驱动件与所述刮条之间取消传动配合。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷包括:第三传动组件,与所述驱动件传动连接,所述驱动件通过驱动所述第三传动组件转动以与所述刮条传动配合。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件通过驱动第三传动组件转动,使得第三传动组件与刮条传动配合,实现驱动刮条朝向待清洁面移动。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第三传动组件在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换;在所述第三传动组件处于所述第三状态下,所述刮条与所述待清洁面接触;在所述第三传动组件处于所述第四状态下,所述刮条与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件提供动力以驱动第三传动组件转动切换至第三状态,第三传动组件与刮条传动配合,驱动刮条朝向待清洁面移动,使得刮条与待清洁面接触。驱动件提供动力以驱动第三传动组件转动切换至第四状态,第三传动组件与刮条之间取消传动配合,允许弹性复位件提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条朝远离待清洁面的方向移动,使得刮条与待清洁面之间存在间隙。
在一些实施例中,所述第三传动组件包括第二连接部以及传动部,所述第二连接部与所述驱动件传动连接,所述传动部凸设于所述第二连接部的外周侧;在所述第三传动组件处于所述第三状态下,所述传动部的至少部分相对所述第二连接部靠近所述待清洁面;所述第四状态下所述第三传动组件的所述传动部与所述待清洁面之间的距离大于所述第三状态下所述第三传动组件的所述传动部与所述待清洁面之间的距离。
通过采用上述技术方案,在第三传动组件处于第三状态下,传动部的至少部分相对第二连接部靠近待清洁面,此时传动部驱动刮条朝向待清洁面移动,使得刮条与待清洁面接触。在第三传动组件处于第四状态下,第四状态下传动部与待清洁面之间的距离大于第三状态下传动部与待清洁面之间的距离,以允许弹性复位件提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条朝远离待清洁面的方向移动,使得刮条与待清洁面之间存在间隙。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第三传动组件以第三转动方向或第四转动方向转动,以驱动所述第三传动组件在所述第三状态和所述第四状态之间转动切换,其中所述第三转动方向与所述第四转动方向相反。
通过采用上述技术方案,一方面有利于减小驱动件整体在高度方向上所占据的空间,使得驱动件的结构紧凑;另一方面第三传动组件仅需转动较小角度,即可在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换,进一步有利于驱使刮条快速移动,进一步有利于提高刮条动作的响应速度。
在一些实施例中,所述弹性复位件为弹簧。
在一些实施例中,所述弹性复位件为拉簧;所述弹性复位件的一端连接于所述基体,另一端连接于所述刮条。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条包括:第一连接部,与所述驱动件以及所述弹性复位件传动配合,所述第一连接部为硬质连接部;以及清洁部,连接于所述第一连接部,所述清洁部用于接触所述待清洁面以刮除所述待清洁面上的脏污,所述清洁部为柔性清洁部。
通过采用上述技术方案,刮条能够响应于驱动件以及弹性复位件提供的驱动力而快速地执行相应动作,进一步有利于提高刮条动作的响应速度,并且还有利于保证刮条与驱动件以及弹性复位件传动配合过程的稳定性及可靠性;刮条通过清洁部刮除待清洁面上的脏污,清洁部与待清洁面接触且二者之间保持一定的过盈量,使得清洁部能够高效地刮除待清洁面上的脏污,同时能够降低清洁部以及待清洁面磨损的风险。
在一些实施例中,所述清洁部包括:连接子部,连接于所述第一连接部;以及清洁子部,连接于所述连接子部,且所述清洁子部相对所述连接子部靠近所述待清洁面,其中所述清洁子部朝向所述基体的前侧且朝向所述待清洁面延伸。
通过采用上述技术方案,待清洁装置贴近墙壁后,驱动件驱动刮条朝向待清洁面移动,清洁子部进一步贴近墙壁,并由清洁子部刮除墙边的脏污,进一步能够提升边缘区域的清洁效果。
在一些实施例中,所述基体具有朝向其前侧的第一前端面,所述清洁部具有朝向所述基体前侧的第二前端面,所述第一前端面的至少部分与所述第二前端面的至少部分平齐。
通过采用上述技术方案,清洁部尽可能地靠近基体前侧设置,以在清洁装置贴近墙壁后使得清洁部尽可能贴近墙壁,能够改善清洁部的贴边效果,有利于进一步提升边缘区域的清洁效果。并且,还可以避免清洁部过分朝前超出基体而影响地刷整体的体积。
在一些实施例中,所述基体设置有沿所述预设移动方向延伸的导向槽,所述第一连接部可移动地嵌设于所述导向槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,导向槽通过第一连接部引导刮条沿预设移动方向移动,保证刮条按照预定的路径进行移动,使得刮条的移动过程更加可控、稳定,并且有利于保证导向槽引导刮条移动过程的稳定性及可靠性。
在一些实施例中,所述刮条还包括:凸条,凸设于所述第一连接部的表面,所述凸条沿所述预设移动方向延伸,且所述凸条接触所述导向槽的内侧壁。
通过采用上述技术方案,第一连接部通过凸条接触导向槽的内侧壁,能够减小刮条与导向槽的内侧壁之间的接触面积,减小刮条在移动过程中受到的摩擦阻力,因而能够降低刮条和基体磨损的风险,并且还能够降低对驱动件的要求,有利于降低驱动件的成本。

通过采用上述技术方案,设置预设移动方向与待清洁面大致相互垂直,即对应刮条能够实现大致垂直升降并抵接待清洁面,保证刮条的清洁效果,当预设移动方向与待清洁面的法向的夹角大于10°时,刮条移动过程中容易发生相对待清洁面的较大偏移,造成刮条刮除待清洁面存在清洁死角,影响刮条的清洁效果。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷主体包括:
主体部,具有容纳腔,所述驱动件设于所述容纳腔,且所述清洁件转动连接在所述主体部的前端;
第一盖部,可拆卸连接所述主体部,所述第一盖部的至少部分盖设于所述清洁件背离所述待清洁面的一侧,所述第一盖部开设有供所述刮条组件沿所述预设移动方向滑动的第一滑槽,且所述第一盖部开设有供所述第一传动组件沿所述清洁件的长度方向移动的第二滑槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,驱动件设置在主体部内,而刮条组件和第一传动组件分别设置在第一盖部,对应第一盖部上设置供刮条组件滑动的第一滑槽以及供第一传动组件滑动的第二滑槽,减少刮条组件和第一传动组件对地刷主体的空间占用,第一盖部能够单独拆卸下主体部,对应刮条组件和第一传动组件能够随第一盖部与主体部分离,提高拆装便捷性。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷还包括:
第一传感器,设于所述地刷主体,所述第一传感器用于感测所述地刷主体是否向所述预设行进方向的后方移动;

通过采用上述技术方案,第一传感器能够快速感测地刷主体发生后拉运动,从而有利于驱动件及时驱动刮条组件抵接待清洁面,实现刮除待清洁面上残留的水渍,当地刷主体无后拉运动时,驱动件能够使刮条组件脱离待清洁面,避免刮条组件在地刷主体沿预设行进方向清洗地面影响清洁效果,有利于提高驱动刮条组件使用或收起的及时性。
在一些实施例中,所述地刷还包括:第二传感器,设置于所述地刷主体和/或所述基体,所述第二传感器用于感测所述地刷是否向所述预设行进方向的后方移动;当所述第二传感器感测到所述地刷向所述预设行进方向的后方移动时,所述驱动件驱动所述刮条朝向所述待清洁面移动;当所述第二传感器未感测到所述地刷向所述预设行进方向的后方移动时,所述弹性复位件驱使所述刮条朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动。

通过采用上述技术方案,使用者能够手持主机带动地刷在待清洁面进行清洁作业,实现待清洁面的快速清洁,同时通过地刷上设置的刮条组件,在后拉主机及地刷过程中,通过驱动件降下刮条组件抵接待清洁面,从而实现刮除待清洁面上残留的污渍问题,提高清洁设备的清洁效果。
本申请提供一种清洁系统,包括上述的清洁设备,还包括与所述清洁设备相适配的基站。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用与清洁设备相适配的基站时,基站能够为清洁设备提供如供液、排液、自清洁、烘干以及充电等功能。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请地刷使用过程中,地刷主体沿预设行进方向移动,清洁件能够沿预设行进方向清刷待清洁面,在后拉地刷主体前,通过驱动件驱动第一传动组件沿清洁件的长度方向移动,从而带动刮条组件朝向待清洁面运动并贴合清洁面。后拉地刷主体的过程中,刮条组件即刮除清洁面上的脏污,从而有利于减少清洁面上残留的水渍,提高地刷清洁效果。此外,刮条组件设置于清洁件在预设行进方向的前侧,驱动件的至少部分设于中心截面在预设行进方向的后侧,从而避免刮条组件及驱动其运动的驱动件同时布置在清洁件在预设行进方向的前侧,以减少对地刷前侧体积的影响,同时第一传动组件沿清洁件的长度方向移动以向刮条组件传递驱动件的动力,无需地刷主体额外为第一传动组件提供高度方向的运动空间,减少对地刷体积的影响。

本申请提供一种地刷、清洁设备及清洁系统,以下分别进行详细说明。需要说明的是,以下实施例的描述顺序不作为对本申请实施例优选顺序的限定。且在以下实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。
目前,为了减少洗地机清洁使用过程中,后拉洗地机在地面产生的残留水渍问题,通常会在洗地机的前端加装刮条及驱动件,在后拉洗地机前通过驱动件驱动刮条抵接地面,随着后拉洗地机时,刮条能够刮除地面残留的水渍,以提高洗地机的清洁效果。
而刮条及驱动件容易造成洗地机前端的体积过大,影响洗地机进入如床榻下方、沙发下方等低矮区域清洁的能力,还影响洗地机整体外观的设计。
有鉴于此,结合图1至图25,本申请实施例提供一种地刷、清洁设备及清洁系统,旨在克服上述技术问题的至少一者。
下述各实施例中,引入有两两相交的预设行进方向X、预设移动方向Y以及长度方向Z。以大致平整的地面为待清洁面9的参照物,其中,预设行进方向X大致平行于待清洁面9,即地刷大致水平运动的方向,预设移动方向Y大致垂直于待清洁面9,也即大致平行于地刷的高度方向,长度方向Z大致平行于地刷整体的长度方向,该长度方向Z同样大致平行于待清洁面9。
参照图1至图4,一种地刷包括地刷主体1、清洁件2、刮条组件3、驱动件4和第一传动组件5。
可以理解的是,该地刷主体1能够在待清洁面9沿预定路径移动清洁,待清洁面9可以是地板等。
本实施例中清洁件2采用滚刷,清洁件2转动连接在地刷主体1的前端。在其他实施例中,清洁件2也可以是清洁刷、毛刷、刷盘等。刮条组件3设于清洁件2在预设行进方向X上的前侧,驱动件4和第一传动组件5分别设于地刷主体1内,通过第一传动组件5传动连接驱动件4和刮条组件3。其中,驱动件4能够驱动第一传动组件5沿长度方向Z移动,在第一传动组件5的移动过程中,能够同步带动刮条组件3沿预设移动方向Y朝向或背离待清洁面9移动。
本实施例的地刷至少能够满足:
其一、在需要后拉地刷主体1时,驱动件4及第一传动组件5能够带动刮条组件3朝向待清洁面9移动,以实现刮条组件3抵接待清洁面9,便于后续刮条组件3在后拉地刷主体1过程中刮除待清洁面9上的脏污。
其二、地刷主体1沿预设行进方向X清洁待清洁面9前,驱动件4及第一传动组件5带动刮条组件3背离待清洁面9移动,避免刮条组件3阻碍清洁件2的清洁作业。
本实施例的地刷主体1的下端设置有用于感应地刷前后运动方向的传感器,当地刷主体1向前运动时,控制驱动件4以及第一传动组件5带动刮条组件3上升,使其与地面分离;当地刷主体1向后运动或者地刷主体1碰到前方障碍物而停止运动时,控制驱动件4以及第一传动组件5带动刮条组件3下降,使其与地面过盈接触,从而实现清除后拉地刷主体1时地面上残留的水渍。
需要说明的是,参照图3,清洁件2具有中心轴线O以及中心截面α,中心轴线O位于中心截面α上,且中心截面α垂直于预设行进方向X。可以理解的是,本实施例中清洁件2采用圆柱型滚刷,所述中心轴线O即对应圆柱型滚刷的中心轴线O,驱动件4的至少部分位于中心截面α在预设行进方向X上的后侧。
地刷主体1沿预设行进方向X移动过程中,清洁件2能够沿预设行进方向X清刷待清洁面9,在后拉地刷主体1前,通过驱动件4驱动第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z移动,从而带动刮条组件3朝向待清洁面9运动并贴合清洁面。后拉地刷主体1的过程中,刮条组件3即刮除清洁面上的脏污,从而有利于减少清洁面上残留的水渍,提高地刷清洁效果。
此外,刮条组件3设置于清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧,驱动件4的至少部分设于中心截面α在预设行进方向X的后侧,从而避免刮条组件3及驱动其运动的驱动件4同时布置在清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧,以减少对地刷前侧体积的影响,有利于地刷能够顺利进入床榻下方、沙发下方、桌椅下方等低矮区域进行清洁等。此外,驱动件4在地刷主体1中靠后布置,能够降低驱动件4对地刷产品外观的影响。
同时,第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z移动以向刮条组件3传递驱动件4的动力,无需地刷主体1额外为第一传动组件5提供高度方向的运动空间,减少对地刷体积的影响。
具体的,在一些实施例中,参照图3和图4,地刷主体1包括主体部10、盖设于主体部10上方的第一盖部11以及盖设于第一盖部11上方的第二盖部12。清洁件2转动连接在主体部10的沿预设行进方向X上的前侧。主体部10包括底座101和盖设于底座101上方的底盖102,底座101和底盖102之间形成有容纳腔100。第一传动组件5设置在底盖102和第一盖部11之间,刮条组件3设于第一盖部11上并位于清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧。
参照图3,上述驱动件4布置于容纳腔100内,即驱动件4位于清洁件2在预设行进方向X上背离刮条组件3的一侧。将驱动件4和刮条组件3分别布置于清洁件2在预设行进方向X的两侧,通过第一传动组件5进行传动连接,以仅沿长度方向Z运动的第一传动组件5即可带动刮条组件3升降运动,进一步减少驱动件4对地刷前侧的空间占用,有利于降低驱动件4对地刷前侧体积的影响。
在一些实施例中,参照图3、图4和图6,刮条组件3沿预设移动方向Y滑动连接地刷主体1,第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z滑动连接地刷主体1。具体的,第一盖部11开设有供刮条组件3沿预设移动方向Y滑动的第一滑槽110,且第一盖部11开设有供第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z移动的第二滑槽111。
其中,参照图3和图4,清洁件2的上方还盖设有底壳112,底壳112和第一盖部11连接并形成上述供第一传动组件5滑动的第二滑槽111。
刮条组件3和第一传动组件5分别滑动连接地刷主体1,有利于降低刮条组件3和第一传动组件5移动过程中受到的阻滞,提高第一传动组件5的移动及传动的及时性,同时提高调节刮条组件3接触或远离待清洁面9的效率。
参照图3和图4,本实施例中驱动件4可采用电机,驱动件4的驱动端朝向第一盖部11设置。为了将驱动件4输出的扭矩转化为直接驱动第一传动组件5沿长度方向Z运动,在一些实施例中,地刷还包括第二传动组件6。第二传动组件6设于底盖102和第一盖部11之间,且第二传动组件6传动连接驱动件4和第一传动组件5。
参照图3和图4,第二传动组件6的一端连接驱动件4的驱动端,使驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6绕相交于待清洁面9的轴线转动,第二传动组件6的另一端连接第一传动组件5。驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6转动,即在第一传动组件5和驱动件4之间设置了能够转动的第二传动组件6,第二传动组件6能够将转动产生的沿清洁件2长度方向Z的分力传递至第一传动组件5处,从而实现驱动件4和第一传动组件5之间的动力传递,故驱动件4可以设置为如电机等能够实现第二传动组件6快速转动的驱动设备,无需地刷主体1为驱动件4提供移动空间,减少驱动件4对地刷主体1的空间占用。
此外,在一些实施例中,也可以不设置第二传动组件6,对应的驱动件4可采用如电动推杆等直接能够驱动第一传动组件5沿长度方向Z运动的驱动设备,在此不再赘述。
以下,参照图7至图12,详细介绍驱动件4如何经由第二传动组件6和第一传动组件5驱动刮条组件3运动。
参照图7至图10,第一传动组件5至少包括第一状态和第二状态,驱动件4驱动第二传动组件6带动第一传动组件5在第一状态和第二状态之间滑动切换。其中,第一传动组件5处于第一状态时,刮条组件3与待清洁面9接触。第一传动组件5处于第二状态时,刮条组件3与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。尤其参考图8和图10的状态图,图8示意刮条31与待清洁面9具有间隙,而图10示意刮条31与待清洁面9接触。
对应的,参照图7、图9及图12,驱动件4被配置为驱动第二传动组件6以第一转动方向W1或第二转动方向W2转动,第一转动方向W1与第二转动方向W2相反。第一传动组件5由第一状态切换至第二状态过程中,第二传动组件6以第一转动方向W1转动。第一传动组件5由第二状态切换至第一状态过程中,第二传动组件6以第二转动方向W2转动。
驱动件4驱动第二传动组件6以相反的第一转动方向W1和第二转动方向W2运动,即带动第二传动组件6在相反方向摆动,实现第一传动组件5切换第一状态或第二状态,相较于驱动件4由单一方向带动第二传动组件6转动,提高驱动件4及第二传动组件6驱动第一传动组件5运动的效率,同时减少第二传动组件6转动所需要占用的地刷主体1的空间。第一状态对应刮条组件3接触待清洁面9,第二状态对应刮条组件3脱离待清洁面9,有利于简化驱动件4的驱动行程,提高驱动件4及第一传动组件5传递动力至刮条组件3的及时性。
具体的,在一些实施例中,参照图7至图12,第一传动组件5包括相连接的移动部50以及第一传动部51。实际移动部50和第一传动部51可一体成型制造。同时参考图3,移动部50滑动设置在第一盖部11和底壳112形成的第二滑槽111内,第一传动部51朝向第二传动部60及驱动件4的一侧延伸。
第二传动组件6包括相连接的第二传动部60和第二导块61。实际第二传动部60和第二导块61可一体成型制造。第二传动部60设置在底盖102上,第二传动部60采用连杆结构,第二传动部60在自身长度方向Z的一端设于驱动件4的上方,底盖102在对应位置开孔以便于第二传动部60连接驱动件4的驱动端。第二导块61设于第二传动部60在自身长度方向Z的另一端。第一传动部51朝向第二导块61开设有对接孔510,以供第二导块61的至少部分嵌设于对接孔510,对接孔510供第二导块61沿清洁件2的长度方向Z推抵自身孔壁,以驱动移动部50沿清洁件2的长度方向Z滑动。
需要说明的是,对接孔510沿预设移动方向Y贯穿第一传动部51,且对接孔510设置为腰型孔结构,第二传动部60转动过程中,第二导块61能够沿对接孔510移动,即对接孔510的设计能够仅将第二导块61在长度方向Z的作用力传递至移动部50,而第二导块61朝向或远离移动部50的运动均不与对接孔510的孔壁接触,以避免了第二导块61在预设行进方向X对第一移动部50产生推拉作用,从而将第二传动部60的转动作用力转化为仅驱动第一传动部51及移动部50沿长度方向Z的滑动。
第二导块61嵌设于对接孔510,一方面保证第一传动部51和第二传动部60传动连接的稳定性,另一方面采用第二导块61和对接孔510的对接结构便于实现第一传动部51和第二传动部60之间快速拆装,提高第一传动组件5和第二传动组件6拆装便捷性。
需要说明的是,本实施例中第一盖部11、第二盖部12、底盖102和底座101均为可拆卸结构,且第一传动组件5实际安装在第一盖部11上。可以理解的是,基于上述第二导块61和第一传动部51的连接形式,在装配过程中,采用对接孔510和第二导块61的对接方式,若拆卸第一盖部11时,第一传动组件5整体可随第一盖部11脱离底盖102,从而实现快速拆卸第一盖部11。
此外,为了便于拆装底盖102,第二传动部60实际也与驱动件4可拆卸连接,其连接方式可以是第二传动部60上设置内齿圈结构,对应驱动件4的驱动端同轴固定齿轮结构,第二传动部60通过内齿圈结构套设于上述齿轮结构,以实现内齿圈结构和齿轮结构相啮合,从而快速传动连接第二传动部60和驱动件4,同时也能够实现二者的快速拆装。
通过上述设计,第二传动组件6和第一传动组件5、第二传动组件6和驱动件4分别实现可拆卸连接,便于快速更换、拆装第一传动组件5和第二传动组件6,对应实现第一盖部11和底盖102能够快速拆装。
在一些实施例中,参照图4、图7和图12,地刷还包括导向壳7,导向壳7安装在底盖102上并罩设在第二传动部60上,同时,导向壳7开设有第二导槽70,第二导槽70绕第二传动部60的转动中心延伸,且第二导块61由第二导槽70贯穿导向壳7并连接第一传动部51。
导向壳7及其第二导槽70进一步形成对第二导块61运动路径的限位作用,即第二导槽70能够引导第二导块61绕第二传动部60的转动中心移动,提高第二导块61的运动稳定性,降低第二导块61传动过程中脱离对接孔510的风险。
此外,需要说明的是,同时参照图7和图9,第二导槽70在自身延伸方向具有相对设置的第三端700和第四端701。第二导块61位于第三端700时,刮条组件3与待清洁面9接触,第二导块61位于第四端701时,刮条组件3与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。第二导槽70自身延伸方向的第三端700和第四端701形成对第二导块61的限位作用,即进一步形成对第二导块61运动位置的限位作用。第三端700对应刮条组件3接触待清洁面9,第四端701对应刮条组件3脱离待清洁面9,提高第一传动部51和第二传动部60之间动力传递的稳定性及精度。
在一些实施例中,参照图7至图12,刮条组件3包括相连接的基体30和刮条31,同时参考图5和6,基体30即沿预设移动方向Y滑动设置在第一滑槽110内。刮条31位于清洁件2在预设行进方向X上的前侧,并用以接触待清洁面9。
为了实现将移动部50沿长度方向Z横移的运动转化为驱动刮条31沿预设移动方向Y升降运动。基体30和移动部50中的一者设有第一导槽52,另一者设有第一导块32。
具体的,本实施例中第一导槽52设于移动部50,对应的,基体30朝向移动部50的一侧设有第一导块32。第一导块32可滑动设于第一导槽52,第一导槽52的至少部分的延伸方向和清洁件2的长度方向Z形成有夹角,即通过倾斜设置的第一导槽52,在移动部50沿长度方向Z横移过程中,第一导槽52的槽壁抵推第一导块32沿第一导槽52升降运动,从而推动整体基体30以及刮条31实现升降运动。第一导块32和第一导槽52的传动结构有利于快速将移动部50的横移运动转化为基体30的升降运动,提高刮条31升降运动的响应速度。
此外,在一些实施例中,参照图7至图12,第一导槽52在自身延伸方向具有相对设置的第一端520和第二端521。第一导块32位于第一端520时,刮条组件3与待清洁面9接触,此时也即上述第一传动组件5处于第一状态。第一导块32位于第二端521时,刮条组件3与待清洁面9之间存在间隙,此时也即上述第一传动组件5处于第二状态。第一导槽52自身延伸方向的第一端520和第二端521形成对第一导块32的限位作用,即进一步形成对刮条组件3升降位置的限位作用。第一端520对应刮条组件3接触待清洁面9,第二端521对应刮条组件3脱离待清洁面9,根据需要调整第一导槽52的延伸距离,即改变第一端520和第二端521的间距,同时调整第一导槽52延伸方向与长度方向Z形成的倾斜角度,能够调整刮条组件3接触清洁面的变形量及抵接作用力,以及调整刮条组件3脱离待清洁面9后能够抬升形成的间隙,提高对刮条组件3位置调节的控制精度。
此外,在一些实施例中,参照图11和图12,第一导槽52和第一导块32分别设有多个,多个第一导块32沿清洁件2的长度方向Z分布,且第一导槽52和第一导块32一一对应。即移动部50和基体30之间形成多组第一导槽52和第一导块32的传动结构,提高移动部50和基体30之间的传动稳定性,相较于单个第一导块32和第一导槽52的传动结构,降低每个第一导块32和第一导槽52传动过程中相互承受的作用力,从而降低基体30和移动部50之间的传动磨损,有利于延长基体30和移动部50的使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,参照图11,刮条31包括第一连接部310以及清洁部311,其中第一连接部310朝向基体30的一侧开设凹槽312,对应基体30朝向第一连接部310的一侧设置凸部300,通过凸部300嵌设于凹槽312实现第一连接部310和基体30的连接,同时便于更换刮条31。清洁部311相对第一连接部310靠近待清洁面9,且清洁部311朝向地刷主体1的前侧且朝向待清洁面9延伸。
刮条31可采用如橡胶等柔性材质,清洁部311朝向地刷主体1的前侧设置并朝向待清洁面9延伸,有利于在地刷主体1贴靠如墙边等位置时,清洁部311能够贴合墙边并刮除待清洁面9的污渍,从而有利于减少地刷主体1贴边、使用刮条31时存在清洁死角,提高刮条31的清洁效果。
此外,在一些实施例中,预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9的法向的夹角为θ,满足:0°≤θ≤10°。例如0°、1°、2°、3°、4°、5°、6°、7°、8°、9°、10°等。可以理解的是,设置预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9大致相互垂直,即对应刮条31能够实现大致垂直升降并抵接待清洁面9,保证刮条31的清洁效果,当预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9的法向的夹角大于10°时,刮条31移动过程中容易发生相对待清洁面9的较大偏移,造成刮条31刮除待清洁面9存在清洁死角,影响刮条31的清洁效果。
针对墙边、家具边缘等边缘区域的清洁场景,以墙边为例,滚刷形式的清洁件2其整体呈现为圆柱状,导致清洁件2贴近墙壁后清洁件2与直角墙边形成难以清洁的三角形死角区域。本实施例在用户前推地刷而靠近墙壁的过程中,刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙的状态;待清洁装置贴近墙壁后,用户后拉清洁装置,此时驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,刮条31能够伸入到上述的三角形死角区域,刮条31刮除墙边的脏污,从而提升了边缘区域的清洁效果。
此外,可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,地刷还包括第一传感器。该第一传感器可以设于地刷主体1任意位置。该第一传感器能够感测地刷主体1是否向预设行进方向X的后方移动,对应需要设置控制器接收该运动信号,并使该控制器控制连接驱动件4。当第一传感器感测到地刷主体1向预设行进方向X的后方移动时,驱动件4驱动刮条组件3朝向待清洁面9移动;当第一传感器未感测到地刷主体1向预设行进方向X的后方移动时,驱动件4驱使刮条组件3朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
上述第一传感器可采用加速度传感器等,对应感测及控制驱动件4工作的原理为现有技术,在此不再赘述。第一传感器能够快速感测地刷主体1发生后拉运动,从而有利于驱动件4及时驱动刮条组件3抵接待清洁面9,实现刮除待清洁面9上残留的水渍,当地刷主体1无后拉运动时,驱动件4能够使刮条组件3脱离待清洁面9,避免刮条组件3在地刷主体1沿预设行进方向X清洗地面影响清洁效果,有利于提高驱动刮条组件3使用或收起的及时性。
此外,需要说明的是,本实施例中的第二盖部12可以是装饰性安装在第一盖部11上的盖结构,可以实现遮盖走线,美化外观等功能,在一些实施例中,第一盖部11和第二盖部12之间也可以形成用于容纳地刷清洁所需的水源的水箱空间的功能,在此不再赘述。
本申请提供一种清洁设备,该清洁设备可以是洗地机。清洁设备包括主机8以及上述地刷,且地刷转动连接主机8。该清洁设备可以具有上述地刷的全部技术特征以及技术效果。
需要说明的是,用户通过手持清洁设备,该主机8结构可以具有供用户手持的握把结构,以便于快速推动整体清洁设备在地面、待清洁物品表面等待清洁面9上移动,使得清洁设备对其经过的区域进行清洁。
使用清洁设备时,使用人员推动清洁设备,使地刷沿待清洁面9移动清洁作业。在后拉清洁设备前,通过驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6摆动,此时第二传动部60能够以第二转动方向W2转动,对应带动第一传动部51及移动部50横移至第一状态,从而带动刮条31下降至抵贴待清洁面9。随着地刷向后运动,刮条31同步刮除待清洁面9的残留污渍。后拉运动结束后,驱动件4再次驱动第二传动部60以第一转动方向W1转动,对应带动第一传动部51及移动部50横移至第二状态,从而带动刮条31脱离待清洁面9,避免对清洁件2清刷地面造成影响。

在一实施例中,清洁设备可以是洗地机等清洁设备。用户通过手持清洁设备,并推动清洁设备在地面、待清洁物品表面等待清洁面9上移动,使得清洁设备对其经过的区域进行清洁。当然,清洁设备也可以是清洁机器人等清洁设备。清洁设备能够自行在待清洁面9上移动,清洁设备能够对其经过的区域进行清洁。本申请实施例以洗地机为例进行阐述,此不作限定。
具体地,清洁设备包括设备主体。设备主体能够在待清洁面9上沿预设行进方向X移动。清洁设备还包括清洁件2,清洁件2设置于设备主体。清洁件2能够随设备主体在待清洁面9上移动而对经过的区域进行清洁。清洁件2可以是滚刷、清洁刷、毛刷、刷盘等,本申请实施例以滚刷为例进行阐述,仅为论述需要,在此不作限定。
对于清洁设备为洗地机的情况而言,设备主体可以包括主机以及地刷。主机与地刷转动连接。地刷也称清洁头或吸头,地刷用于对待清洁面9进行清洁。清洁件2设置于地刷。用户通过手持主机,以带动地刷在待清洁面9上移动,地刷能够对其经过的区域进行清洁。
请一并参阅图16至图18,图16是本申请刮条组件3一实施例的结构示意图,图17是本申请刮条31处于第二位置第一实施例的结构示意图,图18是本申请刮条31处于第一位置第一实施例的结构示意图。
在一实施例中,地刷可以包括地刷主体1,地刷主体1能够在待清洁面9上沿预设行进方向X移动。例如,地刷主体1可以设置有驱动轮、履带轮等移动机构,使得地刷主体1能够在待清洁面9上移动。清洁件2设置于地刷主体1。地刷还包括刮条组件3,刮条组件3安装于设备主体在预设行进方向X上的前端,刮条组件3用于刮除待清洁面9上的脏污。
具体地,刮条组件3可以包括基体30,基体30用以安装于清洁设备的前端,具体是基体30安装于地刷主体1在预设行进方向X上的前端。刮条组件3还包括刮条31,刮条31设置于基体30的前端,以在基体30安装于清洁设备时使得刮条31位于清洁设备的清洁件2的前侧。刮条组件3还包括驱动件4,驱动件4设置于基体30,且驱动件4与刮条31传动配合,驱动件4用于驱动刮条31沿预设移动方向Y朝向待清洁面9移动。其中,预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9相交。刮条组件3还包括弹性复位件33,弹性复位件33设置于基体30,且弹性复位件33与刮条31传动配合,弹性复位件33用于驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
通过上述方式,本实施例驱动件4与刮条31传动配合,驱动件4用于驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,以通过刮条31刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,因而能够减少待清洁面9上残留的脏污。尤其是由于本实施例在基体30安装于清洁设备时刮条31位于清洁设备的清洁件2的前侧,如此当用户后拉清洁设备进行清洁时,即用户拉动清洁设备沿预设行进方向X的后方移动,刮条31能够刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,解决了现有技术中用户后拉洗地机进行清洁时地面上残留水渍的问题。
本实施例通过驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动以及通过弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。在刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动的过程中,驱动件4并未向刮条31提供驱动力以驱动刮条31移动,能够减轻驱动件4的工作负担,因而能够延长驱动件4的使用寿命。
本实施例通过弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。当驱动件4停止向刮条31提供驱动力时,弹性复位件33能够立即驱使刮条31移动,即弹性复位件33驱使刮条31移动的方式具有较快的响应速度,有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度。并且,本实施例通过合理选择弹性复位件33的弹性系数,使得弹性复位件33能够向刮条31提供合适的驱动力,以驱使刮条31快速地朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,进一步有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度。
需要说明的是,预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9大致呈相互垂直的状态,具体是预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9的法向的夹角为θ,满足:0°≤θ≤10°,例如0°、1°、2°、3°、4°、5°、6°、7°、8°、9°、10°等。
在一实施例中,针对用户后拉清洁设备进行清洁时待清洁面9上脏污残留严重的问题,本实施例当用户后拉清洁设备时,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,使得刮条31移动至第一位置S1,此时刮条31与待清洁面9接触,如此随用户后拉清洁设备的动作刮条31能够刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,能够减少待清洁面9上残留的脏污,如图18所示;当用户前推清洁设备时,即用户推动清洁设备沿预设行进方向X向前移动,弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得刮条31移动至第二位置S2,此时刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙,如此能够避免刮条31阻挡清洁设备前方的脏污,使得清洁设备能够高效地清洁前方的脏污,如图17所示。

具体地,地刷还包括第二传感器,第二传感器设置于地刷主体1和/或基体30,第二传感器用于感测地刷是否向预设行进方向X的后方移动。当第二传感器感测到地刷向预设行进方向X的后方移动时,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动。当第二传感器未感测到地刷向预设行进方向X的后方移动时,例如地刷沿预设行进方向X向前移动或地刷静止不动,弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
可选地,第二传感器可以是方向传感器、TOF(Time of flight,飞行时间)传感器等,在此不作限定。前述第二传感器感测地刷移动方向的原理属于本领域技术人员的理解范畴,在此就不再赘述。
需要说明的是,当用户未使用清洁设备时,清洁设备长时间处于静止不动的状态,刮条31需要长时间保持与待清洁面9之间存在间隙的状态。有鉴于此,本实施例设置通过驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动以及通过弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,驱动件4仅需要在用户后拉清洁设备进行清洁时向刮条31提供驱动力,当清洁设备静止不动或是用户前推清洁设备时驱动件4停止向刮条31提供驱动力,而由弹性复位件33保持刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙的状态,有利于降低驱动件4的能耗以及延长驱动件4的使用寿命。
在一实施例中,该地刷还可以包括第三传动组件41。驱动件4设置于基体30。第三传动组件41与驱动件4传动连接,驱动件4通过驱动第三传动组件41转动以与刮条31传动配合。驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动具体表现为:驱动件4提供动力,驱动第三传动组件41转动,第三传动组件41与刮条31传动配合,使得刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动;在弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动的过程中,第三传动组件41与刮条31之间取消传动配合,允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
在一实施例中,驱动件4被配置为驱动第三传动组件41在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换。在第三传动组件41处于第三状态下,刮条31与待清洁面9接触;在第三传动组件41处于第四状态下,刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。
具体地,驱动件4提供动力以驱动第三传动组件41转动切换至第三状态,第三传动组件41与刮条31传动配合,驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9接触。驱动件4提供动力以驱动第三传动组件41转动切换至第四状态,第三传动组件41与刮条31之间取消传动配合,允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。这里的,第三传动组件41与刮条31之间取消传动配合指的是,第三传动组件41与刮条31没有驱动力,刮条31移动的驱动力来自于弹性复位件33。
需要说明的是,在刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动的过程中,虽然驱动件4提供动力以驱动第三传动组件41转动,但此时驱动件4并未向刮条31提供驱动力,相较于驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动的过程驱动件4输出的动力大大减小,因而能够减轻驱动件4的工作负担,能够延长驱动件4的使用寿命。
在一实施例中,第三传动组件41包括第二连接部411以及传动部412,第二连接部411与驱动件4传动连接,传动部412凸设于第二连接部411的外周侧。在第三传动组件41处于第三状态下,传动部412的至少部分相对第二连接部411靠近待清洁面9;第四状态下第三传动组件41的传动部412与待清洁面9之间的距离大于第三状态下第三传动组件41的传动部412与待清洁面9之间的距离。
具体地,本实施例第三传动组件41采用凸轮的形式,驱动件4通过第二连接部411驱动传动部412沿第二连接部411的外周转动,使得传动部412间歇性地与刮条31传动配合。在第三传动组件41处于第三状态下,传动部412的至少部分相对第二连接部411靠近待清洁面9,例如传动部412转动至第二连接部411的正下方,此时传动部412驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9接触。在第三传动组件41处于第四状态下,第四状态下传动部412与待清洁面9之间的距离大于第三状态下传动部412与待清洁面9之间的距离,例如传动部412可以转动至与刮条31相互间隔(图17展示了传动部412转动至第二连接部411的左侧),以允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。
当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,第三传动组件41并不局限于上述凸轮的形式,例如第三传动组件41还可以采用杆结构等形式,将在下文进行阐述。
在一实施例中,驱动件4被配置为驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1或第四转动方向C2转动,以驱动第三传动组件41在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换,其中第三转动方向C1与第四转动方向C2相反。
具体地,驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第三状态,第三传动组件41与刮条31传动配合,驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9接触,如图18所示。驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第四转动方向C2转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第四状态,第三传动组件41与刮条31之间取消传动配合,允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙,如图17所示。
通过上述方式,驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1或第四转动方向C2转动,即驱动件4通过驱动第三传动组件41正、反转,使得第三传动组件41在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换。一方面,相较于驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41朝一个方向转动而在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换的方式而言,本实施例避免了第三传动组件41的传动部412从第二连接部411的上方通过的情况,有利于减小驱动件4整体在高度方向(垂直于待清洁面9)上所占据的空间,使得驱动件4的结构紧凑。
另一方面,本实施例第三传动组件41仅需转动较小角度,即可在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换,进一步有利于驱使刮条31快速移动,进一步有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度。举例而言,对于驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41朝一个方向转动而在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换的方式而言,第三传动组件41实现从第四状态切换至第三状态再复原至第四状态的过程需要转动360°;而本实施例以第三传动组件41处于第三状态下传动部412转动至第二连接部411的正下方以及第三传动组件41处于第四状态下传动部412转动至第二连接部411的左侧为例,第三传动组件41实现从第四状态切换至第三状态再复原至第四状态的过程只需要转动180°。
当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,也可以是驱动件4被配置为驱动第三传动组件41朝一个方向转动而在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换,如此有利于简化驱动件4的控制逻辑,在此不作限定。
在一实施例中,驱动件4可以是舵机、电机等。驱动件4响应于相应的控制信号工作,由于信号的传输存在一定延迟,且驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41转动也存在一定的滞后性,本实施例通过弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得刮条31具有较快的响应速度,即有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度。
举例而言,基体30包括盖部303以及前视窗304。盖部303用以安装于清洁设备的前端,具体是盖部303安装于地刷主体1在预设行进方向X上的前端。盖部303位于清洁件2背离待清洁面9的一侧,盖部303起到遮挡作用,避免清洁件2带起的脏污从清洁件2的上方逸出,同时盖部303避免地刷的内部结构暴露,使得地刷整体的产品外观较为简洁。前视窗304连接于盖部303的前端,且刮条31设置于前视窗304。前视窗304连接于盖部303在预设行进方向X上的前端,且前视窗304位于盖部303前端朝向待清洁面9的一侧。
图19示例性地展示了驱动件4的第三传动组件41设置于盖部303远离待清洁面9的一侧,即驱动件4整体靠近地刷的上侧设置。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,驱动件4也可以设置于盖部303朝向待清洁面9的一侧,即驱动件4设置于盖部303的内侧,在此不作限定。
在一实施例中,弹性复位件33可以为弹簧、弹力橡胶、弹力绳等弹性元件。当需要刮条31刮除待清洁面9上的脏污时,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,同时克服弹性复位件33的弹性回复力使得弹性复位件33发生弹性形变;当需要刮条31远离待清洁面9时,驱动件4与刮条31之间取消传动配合,弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
具体地,弹性复位件33可以为拉簧,弹性复位件33的一端连接于基体30,另一端连接于刮条31。当需要刮条31刮除待清洁面9上的脏污时,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,同时克服弹性复位件33的弹性回复力使得弹性复位件33被拉长;当需要刮条31远离待清洁面9时,驱动件4与刮条31之间取消传动配合,弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。针对上述基体30包括盖部303以及前视窗304的示例,弹性复位件33的一端连接于前视窗304,另一端连接于刮条31,如图19所示。
图17和图18示例性地展示了驱动件4的相对两侧均设置有弹性复位件33。驱动件4的数量少于弹性复位件33,即驱动件4的使用数量较少,有利于降低成本。并且,驱动件4相对两侧的弹性复位件33相互配合,可以平稳地驱使刮条31移动。
请一并参阅图20,图20是图15所示地刷N-N方向的剖面结构示意图。
在一实施例中,刮条31包括第一连接部310以及清洁部311。第一连接部310与驱动件4以及弹性复位件33传动配合。清洁部311连接于第一连接部310,清洁部311用于接触待清洁面9以刮除待清洁面9上的脏污。
通过上述方式,第一连接部310的硬度大于清洁部311的硬度。第一连接部310以及清洁部311可以通过注塑包胶等方式形成一个整体。刮条31通过第一连接部310与驱动件4以及弹性复位件33传动配合,使得刮条31能够响应于驱动件4以及弹性复位件33提供的驱动力而快速地执行相应动作,进一步有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度,并且还有利于保证刮条31与驱动件4以及弹性复位件33传动配合过程的稳定性及可靠性。清洁部311,顾名思义,其质地较软,容易在外力作用下发生形变。刮条31通过清洁部311刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,清洁部311与待清洁面9接触且二者之间保持一定的过盈量,使得清洁部311能够高效地刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,同时清洁部311因其柔软的质地能够降低清洁部311以及待清洁面9磨损的风险。
第一连接部310与驱动件4以及弹性复位件33传动配合具体表现为:驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第三状态,在此过程中第三传动组件41的传动部412转动至接触第一连接部310,并随传动部412转动至第二连接部411的下方传动部412同步推动第一连接部310朝向待清洁面9移动,实现传动部412驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动;弹性复位件33的一端连接于基体30的前视窗304,另一端连接于刮条31的第一连接部310,驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第四转动方向C2转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第四状态,在此过程中第三传动组件41的传动部412转动至与第一连接部310相互间隔,允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使第一连接部310朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得清洁部311与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。
在一实施例中,清洁部311包括连接子部3111以及清洁子部3112。连接子部3111连接于第一连接部310。清洁子部3112连接于连接子部3111,且清洁子部3112相对连接子部3111靠近待清洁面9。其中,清洁子部3112朝向基体30的前侧(即基体30在预设行进方向X上的前侧)且朝向待清洁面9延伸。
通过上述方式,清洁部311的清洁子部3112向前倾斜延伸。针对墙边、家具边缘等边缘区域的清洁场景,以墙边为例,待清洁设备贴近墙壁后,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,清洁子部3112进一步贴近墙壁,并由清洁子部3112刮除墙边的脏污,进一步能够提升边缘区域的清洁效果。
在一实施例中,基体30具有朝向其前侧的第一前端面301,清洁部311具有朝向基体30前侧的第二前端面3113,第一前端面301的至少部分与第二前端面3113的至少部分平齐。如此一来,清洁部311尽可能地靠近基体30前侧设置,以在清洁设备贴近墙壁后使得清洁部311尽可能贴近墙壁,能够改善清洁部311的贴边效果,有利于进一步提升边缘区域的清洁效果。并且,还可以避免清洁部311过分朝前超出基体30而影响地刷整体的体积。
具体地,第二前端面3113位于清洁部311的连接子部3111,即连接子部3111朝向基体30前侧的端面与基体30的第一前端面301平齐。此时,清洁部311的清洁子部3112相对连接子部3111靠近基体30的前侧,清洁子部3112的体积较小且具有柔性,清洁子部3112不会明显影响地刷整体的体积,并且清洁子部3112能够在清洁设备贴近墙壁后进一步贴近墙壁,改善清洁部311的贴边效果,有利于进一步提升边缘区域的清洁效果。

可选地,对于上述基体30包括盖部303以及前视窗304的示例,导向槽302设置于前视窗304。第一连接部310嵌入导向槽302的部分与驱动件4以及弹性复位件33传动配合。驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第三状态,在此过程中第三传动组件41的传动部412转动至接触导向槽302中的第一连接部310,并随传动部412转动至第二连接部411的下方传动部412同步推动第一连接部310朝向待清洁面9移动,实现传动部412驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动;弹性复位件33的一端连接于基体30的前视窗304,另一端连接于导向槽302中的第一连接部310,驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第四转动方向C2转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第四状态,在此过程中第三传动组件41的传动部412转动至与第一连接部310相互间隔,允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使第一连接部310朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得清洁部311与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。

在一实施例中,刮条31还包括凸条313。凸条313凸设于第一连接部310的表面,凸条313沿预设移动方向Y延伸,且凸条313接触导向槽302的内侧壁。如此一来,本实施例嵌入导向槽302的第一连接部310通过凸条313接触导向槽302的内侧壁,第一连接部310与导向槽302的内侧壁相互间隔,以此减小刮条31与导向槽302的内侧壁之间的接触面积,减小刮条31在移动过程中受到的摩擦阻力,能够降低刮条31和基体30磨损的风险,并且还能够降低对驱动件4的要求,有利于降低驱动件4的成本。
进一步地,凸条313沿预设移动方向Y延伸,即凸条313的延伸方向平行于刮条31的移动方向,如此在保证刮条31与导向槽302的内侧壁之间具有较小接触面积的情况下,使得刮条31的移动更加顺畅,降低刮条31在移动过程中出现卡顿等问题的风险,保证稳定地驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动以与待清洁面9接触以及稳定地驱动刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动以与待清洁面9相互间隔。
在一实施例中,基体30可拆卸地安装于地刷主体1,即基体30可以通过可拆卸的连接结构安装于地刷主体1。具体是基体30的盖部303可拆卸地安装于地刷主体1。
刮条组件3还包括第一接线端子。第一接线端子设置于基体30,且第一接线端子与驱动件4电性连接。地刷主体1设置有第二接线端子,第二接线端子与电源和/或信号源电性连接。当基体30可拆卸地安装于地刷主体1时,第一接线端子可拆卸地与第二接线端子电性连接,驱动件4与电源和/或信号源电性连接,使得电源能够向驱动件4供电和/或信号源能够向驱动件4传输控制信号以控制驱动件4正常工作。

本实施例弹性复位件33为压簧。弹性复位件33的一端连接于基体30,另一端连接于刮条31。当需要刮条31刮除待清洁面9上的脏污时,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,同时克服弹性复位件33的弹性回复力使得弹性复位件33被压缩,如图25所示;当需要刮条31远离待清洁面9时,驱动件4与刮条31之间取消传动配合,弹性复位件33复原并驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,如图24所示。
具体地,刮条31的第一连接部310背离待清洁面9的一侧凸设有杆部314,杆部314沿预设移动方向Y延伸。杆部314远离待清洁面9的一端连接有梁部315,梁部315沿垂直于预设移动方向Y的方向延伸。弹性复位件33夹设于基体30与梁部315之间。图24和图25所展示的基体30可以是盖部303或者前视窗304的部分结构,在此不作限定。
本申请提供一种清洁系统,包括上述的清洁设备,还包括与清洁设备相适配的基站。可以理解的是,使用与清洁设备相适配的基站时,基站能够为清洁设备提供如供液、排液、自清洁、烘干以及充电等功能。
下面结合具体实施例对本申请实施例提供的技术方案进行说明。
实施例一:
地刷包括地刷主体1、清洁件2、刮条组件3、驱动件4、第一传动组件5和第二传动组件6。地刷主体1包括主体部10、盖设于主体部10上方的第一盖部11以及盖设于第一盖部11上方的第二盖部12。清洁件2转动连接在主体部10的沿预设行进方向X上的前侧。主体部10包括底座101和盖设于底座101上方的底盖102,底座101和底盖102之间形成有容纳腔100。第一传动组件5设置在底盖102和第一盖部11之间,刮条组件3设于第一盖部11上并位于清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧。刮条组件3沿预设移动方向Y滑动连接第一盖部11,第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z滑动连接第一盖部11。第二传动组件6的一端连接驱动件4的驱动端,使驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6绕相交于待清洁面9的轴线转动,第二传动组件6的另一端连接第一传动组件5。驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6转动,即在第一传动组件5和驱动件4之间设置了能够转动的第二传动组件6,第二传动组件6能够将转动产生的沿清洁件2长度方向Z的分力传递至第一传动组件5处,从而实现驱动件4和第一传动组件5之间的动力传递。
地刷主体1沿预设行进方向X移动过程中,清洁件2能够沿预设行进方向X清刷待清洁面9,在后拉地刷主体1前,通过驱动件4驱动第二传动组件6转动,以带动第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z移动,从而带动刮条组件3朝向待清洁面9运动并贴合清洁面。后拉地刷主体1的过程中,刮条组件3即刮除清洁面上的脏污,从而有利于减少清洁面上残留的水渍,提高地刷清洁效果。
此外,刮条组件3设置于清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧,驱动件4的至少部分设于中心截面α在预设行进方向X的后侧,从而避免刮条组件3及驱动其运动的驱动件4同时布置在清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧,以减少对地刷前侧体积的影响,有利于地刷能够顺利进入床榻下方、沙发下方、桌椅下方等低矮区域进行清洁等。此外,驱动件4在地刷主体1中靠后布置,能够降低驱动件4对地刷产品外观的影响。
实施例二:
清洁设备是洗地机,清洁设备包括主机以及转动连接主机的地刷。地刷包括地刷主体1、清洁件2、刮条组件3、驱动件4、第一传动组件5和第二传动组件6。地刷主体1包括主体部10、盖设于主体部10上方的第一盖部11以及盖设于第一盖部11上方的第二盖部12。清洁件2转动连接在主体部10的沿预设行进方向X上的前侧。主体部10包括底座101和盖设于底座101上方的底盖102,底座101和底盖102之间形成有容纳腔100。第一传动组件5设置在底盖102和第一盖部11之间,刮条组件3设于第一盖部11上并位于清洁件2在预设行进方向X的前侧。刮条组件3沿预设移动方向Y滑动连接第一盖部11,第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z滑动连接第一盖部11。第二传动组件6的一端连接驱动件4的驱动端,使驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6绕相交于待清洁面9的轴线转动,第二传动组件6的另一端连接第一传动组件5。驱动件4能够驱动第二传动组件6转动,即在第一传动组件5和驱动件4之间设置了能够转动的第二传动组件6,第二传动组件6能够将转动产生的沿清洁件2长度方向Z的分力传递至第一传动组件5处,从而实现驱动件4和第一传动组件5之间的动力传递。
地刷主体1沿预设行进方向X移动过程中,清洁件2能够沿预设行进方向X清刷待清洁面9,在后拉地刷主体1前,通过驱动件4驱动第二传动组件6转动,以带动第一传动组件5沿清洁件2的长度方向Z移动,从而带动刮条组件3朝向待清洁面9运动并贴合清洁面。后拉地刷主体1的过程中,刮条组件3即刮除清洁面上的脏污,从而有利于减少清洁面上残留的水渍,提高地刷清洁效果。
实施例三:
清洁设备是洗地机,该清洁设备可采用如实施例二的地刷及主机结构,所不同的是,地刷上还设有传感器,该传感器可以设于地刷主体1任意位置。该传感器能够感测地刷主体1是否向预设行进方向X的后方移动,对应需要设置控制器接收该运动信号,并使该控制器控制连接驱动件4。当传感器感测到地刷主体1向预设行进方向X的后方移动时,驱动件4驱动刮条组件3朝向待清洁面9移动;当传感器未感测到地刷主体1向预设行进方向X的后方移动时,驱动件4驱使刮条组件3朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
传感器能够快速感测地刷主体1发生后拉运动,从而有利于驱动件4及时驱动刮条组件3抵接待清洁面9,实现刮除待清洁面9上残留的水渍,当地刷主体1无后拉运动时,驱动件4能够使刮条组件3脱离待清洁面9,避免刮条组件3在地刷主体1沿预设行进方向X清洗地面影响清洁效果,有利于提高驱动刮条组件3使用或收起的及时性。
实施例四:
刮条组件3应用于洗地机形式的清洁设备,具体是刮条组件3能够可拆卸地安装于清洁设备的地刷的前端。刮条组件3用于刮除待清洁面9上的脏污。刮条组件3包括基体30,基体30用以安装于清洁设备的前端。刮条组件3还包括刮条31,刮条31设置于基体30的前端,以在基体30安装于清洁设备时使得刮条31位于清洁设备的清洁件2的前侧。刮条组件3还包括驱动件4,驱动件4设置于基体30,且驱动件4与刮条31传动配合,驱动件4用于驱动刮条31沿预设移动方向Y朝向待清洁面9移动;其中预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9相交。刮条组件3还包括弹性复位件33,弹性复位件33设置于基体30,且弹性复位件33与刮条31传动配合,弹性复位件33用于驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
刮条组件3的驱动件4与刮条31传动配合,驱动件4用于驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,以通过刮条31刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,因而能够减少待清洁面9上残留的脏污。尤其是由于在基体30安装于清洁设备时刮条31位于清洁设备的清洁件2的前侧,如此当用户后拉清洁设备进行清洁时,即用户拉动清洁设备沿预设行进方向X的后方移动,刮条31能够刮除待清洁面9上的脏污,解决了现有技术中用户后拉洗地机进行清洁时地面上残留水渍的问题。
通过驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动以及通过弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。在刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动的过程中,驱动件4并未向刮条31提供驱动力以驱动刮条31移动,能够减轻驱动件4的工作负担,因而能够延长驱动件4的使用寿命。
通过弹性复位件33驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。当驱动件4停止向刮条31提供驱动力时,弹性复位件33能够立即驱使刮条31移动,即弹性复位件33驱使刮条31移动的方式具有较快的响应速度,有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度。并且,通过合理选择弹性复位件33的弹性系数,使得弹性复位件33能够向刮条31提供合适的驱动力,以驱使刮条31快速地朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,进一步有利于提高刮条31动作的响应速度。
实施例五:
清洁设备具体是洗地机。清洁设备包括设备主体,设备主体能够在待清洁面9上沿预设行进方向X移动。清洁设备还包括清洁件2,清洁件2设置于设备主体。清洁设备还包括刮条组件3,刮条组件3安装于设备主体在预设行进方向X上的前端,刮条组件3用于刮除待清洁面9上的脏污。刮条组件3包括基体30,基体30用以安装于清洁设备的前端。刮条组件3还包括刮条31,刮条31设置于基体30的前端,以在基体30安装于清洁设备时使得刮条31位于清洁设备的清洁件2的前侧。刮条组件3还包括驱动件4,驱动件4设置于基体30,且驱动件4与刮条31传动配合,驱动件4用于驱动刮条31沿预设移动方向Y朝向待清洁面9移动;其中预设移动方向Y与待清洁面9相交。刮条组件3还包括弹性复位件33,弹性复位件33设置于基体30,且弹性复位件33与刮条31传动配合,弹性复位件33用于驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。

驱动件4被配置为驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1或第四转动方向C2转动,以驱动第三传动组件41在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换,其中第三转动方向C1与第四转动方向C2相反。具体地,驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第三转动方向C1转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第三状态,第三传动组件41与刮条31传动配合,驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9接触。驱动件4驱动第三传动组件41以第四转动方向C2转动,使得第三传动组件41转动切换至第四状态,第三传动组件41与刮条31之间取消传动配合,允许弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动,使得刮条31与待清洁面9之间存在间隙。
实施例十:
弹性复位件33为拉簧,弹性复位件33的一端连接于基体30,另一端连接于刮条31。当需要刮条31刮除待清洁面9上的脏污时,驱动件4驱动刮条31朝向待清洁面9移动,同时克服弹性复位件33的弹性回复力使得弹性复位件33被拉长;当需要刮条31远离待清洁面9时,驱动件4与刮条31之间取消传动配合,弹性复位件33提供的弹性回复力驱使刮条31朝远离待清洁面9的方向移动。
驱动件4的相对两侧均设置有弹性复位件33。驱动件4的数量少于弹性复位件33,即驱动件4的使用数量较少,有利于降低成本。并且,驱动件4相对两侧的弹性复位件33相互配合,可以平稳地驱使刮条31移动。
实施例十一:
清洁系统包括清洁设备和基站,清洁设备是洗地机,该清洁设备可采用如实施例二或实施例三的地刷及主机结构,对应的,基站能够为该清洁设备提供如供液、排液、自清洁、烘干以及充电等功能。
在使用清洁设备前,通过基站为清洁设备补充水源及充电,使用清洁设备清洁完成后,通过基站为清洁设备的清洁件实现自清洁、排放清洁后的污液以及充电等。

Claims (37)

  1. 一种地刷,其特征在于,包括:
    地刷主体,能够在待清洁面上沿预设行进方向移动;
    清洁件,设于所述地刷主体,所述清洁件用于清刷所述待清洁面,所述清洁件具有中心轴线以及中心截面,所述中心轴线位于所述中心截面上,且所述中心截面垂直于所述预设行进方向;
    刮条组件,设于所述清洁件在所述预设行进方向上的前侧,所述刮条组件用于刮除所述待清洁面上的脏污;
    驱动件,设于所述地刷主体内,所述驱动件的至少部分位于所述中心截面在所述预设行进方向上的后侧;其中,
    所述驱动件与所述刮条组件传动连接,所述驱动件至少用于驱动所述刮条组件沿预设移动方向朝向或背离所述待清洁面移动,所述预设移动方向与所述待清洁面相交。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述驱动件位于所述清洁件在预设行进方向上背离所述刮条组件的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷还包括:
    第一传动组件,可活动设于所述地刷主体内,且所述第一传动组件传动连接所述刮条组件和所述驱动件;其中,
    所述驱动件用于驱动所述第一传动组件沿所述清洁件的长度方向移动,以使所述第一传动组件驱动所述刮条组件沿预设移动方向朝向或背离所述待清洁面移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述刮条组件沿所述预设移动方向滑动连接所述地刷主体,所述第一传动组件沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动连接所述地刷主体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第一传动组件在第一状态和第二状态之间滑动切换;
    所述第一传动组件处于所述第一状态时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面接触;
    所述第一传动组件处于所述第二状态时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述刮条组件包括:
    基体,沿所述预设移动方向滑动连接所述地刷主体;
    刮条,设于所述基体,且所述刮条位于所述清洁件在所述预设行进方向上的前侧,所述刮条用于接触所述待清洁面;
    所述第一传动组件包括:
    移动部,沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动连接所述地刷主体;
    第一传动部,连接所述移动部并传动连接所述驱动件;
    其中,所述基体和所述移动部中的一者设有第一导槽,另一者设有第一导块,所述第一导块可滑动设于所述第一导槽,所述第一导槽的至少部分的延伸方向和所述清洁件的长度方向形成有夹角,以使所述移动部能够通过所述第一导块和所述第一导槽驱动所述基体沿所述预设移动方向滑动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述第一导槽在自身延伸方向具有相对设置的第一端和第二端;
    所述第一导块位于所述第一端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面接触;
    所述第一导块位于所述第二端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述第一导槽和所述第一导块分别设有多个,多个所述第一导块沿所述清洁件的长度方向分布,且所述第一导槽和所述第一导块一一对应。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷还包括:
    第二传动组件,设于所述地刷主体,且所述第二传动组件传动连接所述驱动件和所述第一传动组件;
    所述驱动件用于驱动所述第二传动组件绕相交于所述待清洁面的轴线转动,以使所述第二传动组件驱动所述第一传动组件在所述第一状态和所述第二状态之间滑动切换。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第二传动组件以第一转动方向或第二转动方向转动,所述第一转动方向与所述第二转动方向相反;
    所述第一传动组件由所述第一状态切换至所述第二状态过程中,所述第二传动组件以所述第一转动方向转动。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述第二传动组件可拆卸连接所述第一传动组件;
    和/或,所述第二传动组件可拆卸连接所述驱动件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述第一传动组件包括:
    移动部,沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动连接所述地刷主体,且所述移动部传动连接所述刮条组件;
    第一传动部,连接所述移动部并朝向所述驱动件的一侧延伸;
    所述第二传动组件包括:
    第二传动部,连接所述驱动件的驱动端并朝向所述第一传动部的一侧延伸;
    第二导块,连接所述第二传动部;
    其中,所述第一传动部开设有对接孔,所述第二导块的至少部分嵌设于所述对接孔,所述对接孔被配置为供所述第二导块沿所述清洁件的长度方向推抵自身孔壁,以驱动所述移动部沿所述清洁件的长度方向滑动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷还包括:
    导向壳,连接所述地刷主体,所述导向壳设于所述第二传动部和所述第一传动部之间,所述导向壳开设有第二导槽,所述第二导槽绕所述第二传动部的转动中心延伸,且所述第二导块由所述第二导槽贯穿所述导向壳并连接所述第一传动部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述第二导槽在自身延伸方向具有相对设置的第三端和第四端;
    所述第二导块位于所述第三端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面接触;
    所述第二导块位于所述第四端时,所述刮条组件与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
  15. 根据权利要求6所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述刮条包括:
    第一连接部,连接于所述基体;
    清洁部,连接于所述第一连接部,所述清洁部相对所述第一连接部靠近所述待清洁面,且所述清洁部朝向所述地刷主体的前侧且朝向所述待清洁面延伸。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述刮条组件包括:
    基体,用以安装于所述地刷主体的前端;
    刮条,设置于所述基体,且所述刮条位于所述清洁件在所述预设行进方向上的前侧;
    所述驱动件,设置于所述基体,且所述驱动件与所述刮条传动配合,所述驱动件用于驱动所述刮条沿预设移动方向朝向所述待清洁面移动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述刮条组件还包括:
    弹性复位件,设置于所述基体,且所述弹性复位件与所述刮条传动配合,所述弹性复位件用于驱使所述刮条朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动;
    当所述弹性复位件驱使所述刮条朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动时所述驱动件与所述刮条之间取消传动配合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的地刷,其特征在于,包括:
    第三传动组件,与所述驱动件传动连接,所述驱动件通过驱动所述第三传动组件转动以与所述刮条传动配合。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第三传动组件在第三状态和第四状态之间转动切换;
    在所述第三传动组件处于所述第三状态下,所述刮条与所述待清洁面接触;
    在所述第三传动组件处于所述第四状态下,所述刮条与所述待清洁面之间存在间隙。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述第三传动组件包括第二连接部以及传动部,所述第二连接部与所述驱动件传动连接,所述传动部凸设于所述第二连接部的外周侧;
    在所述第三传动组件处于所述第三状态下,所述传动部的至少部分相对所述第二连接部靠近所述待清洁面;
    所述第四状态下所述第三传动组件的所述传动部与所述待清洁面之间的距离大于所述第三状态下所述第三传动组件的所述传动部与所述待清洁面之间的距离。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述驱动件被配置为驱动所述第三传动组件以第三转动方向或第四转动方向转动,以驱动所述第三传动组件在所述第三状态和所述第四状态之间转动切换,其中所述第三转动方向与所述第四转动方向相反。
  22. 根据权利要求17所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述弹性复位件为弹簧。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述弹性复位件为拉簧;
    所述弹性复位件的一端连接于所述基体,另一端连接于所述刮条。
  24. 根据权利要求17至23中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述刮条包括:
    第一连接部,与所述驱动件以及所述弹性复位件传动配合,所述第一连接部为硬质连接部;以及
    清洁部,连接于所述第一连接部,所述清洁部用于接触所述待清洁面以刮除所述待清洁面上的脏污,所述清洁部为柔性清洁部。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述清洁部包括:
    连接子部,连接于所述第一连接部;以及
    清洁子部,连接于所述连接子部,且所述清洁子部相对所述连接子部靠近所述待清洁面,其中所述清洁子部朝向所述基体的前侧且朝向所述待清洁面延伸。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述基体具有朝向其前侧的第一前端面,所述清洁部具有朝向所述基体前侧的第二前端面,所述第一前端面的至少部分与所述第二前端面的至少部分平齐。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述基体设置有沿所述预设移动方向延伸的导向槽,所述第一连接部可移动地嵌设于所述导向槽。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述刮条还包括:
    凸条,凸设于所述第一连接部的表面,所述凸条沿所述预设移动方向延伸,且所述凸条接触所述导向槽的内侧壁。
  29. 根据权利要求16至23中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述基体包括:
    盖部,安装于所述地刷主体的前端;以及
    前视窗,连接于所述盖部在所述预设行进方向上的前端,且所述刮条设置于所述前视窗。
  30. 根据权利要求16至23中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述刮条组件还包括:
    第一接线端子,设置于所述基体,且所述第一接线端子与所述驱动件电性连接;
    所述地刷主体设置有第二接线端子,所述第二接线端子与电源和/或信号源电性连接,所述第一接线端子可拆卸地与所述第二接线端子电性连接。
  31. 根据权利要求16至23中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述基体可拆卸地安装于所述地刷主体。
  32. 根据权利要求1至23中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述预设移动方向与所述待清洁面的法向的夹角为θ,满足:0°≤θ≤10°。
  33. 根据权利要求3至15中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述地刷主体包括:
    主体部,具有容纳腔,所述驱动件设于所述容纳腔,且所述清洁件转动连接在所述主体部的前端;
    第一盖部,可拆卸连接所述主体部,所述第一盖部的至少部分盖设于所述清洁件背离所述待清洁面的一侧,所述第一盖部开设有供所述刮条组件沿所述预设移动方向滑动的第一滑槽,且所述第一盖部开设有供所述第一传动组件沿所述清洁件的长度方向移动的第二滑槽。
  34. 根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,所述地刷还包括:
    第一传感器,设于所述地刷主体,所述第一传感器用于感测所述地刷主体是否向所述预设行进方向的后方移动;
    当所述第一传感器感测到所述地刷主体向所述预设行进方向的后方移动时,所述驱动件驱动所述刮条组件朝向所述待清洁面移动;
    当所述第一传感器未感测到所述地刷主体向所述预设行进方向的后方移动时,所述驱动件驱使所述刮条组件朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动。
  35. 根据权利要求17至23中任一项所述的地刷,其特征在于,
    所述地刷还包括:
    第二传感器,设置于所述地刷主体和/或所述基体,所述第二传感器用于感测所述地刷是否向所述预设行进方向的后方移动;
    当所述第二传感器感测到所述地刷向所述预设行进方向的后方移动时,所述驱动件驱动所述刮条朝向所述待清洁面移动;
    当所述第二传感器未感测到所述地刷向所述预设行进方向的后方移动时,所述弹性复位件驱使所述刮条朝远离所述待清洁面的方向移动。
  36. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,包括:
    主机,以及如权利要求1至35中任一项所述的地刷,所述地刷与所述主机转动连接。
  37. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求36所述的清洁设备,还包括与所述清洁设备相适配的基站。
