 本発明は、エレベーターに関するものである。
 エレベーターは、昇降路を昇降移動する乗りかごを備えている。そして、エレベーターは、乗りかごを昇降移動させるために、乗りかごの位置の検出を行っている。
 このような、乗りかごの位置を検出する技術としては、例えば、特許文献1に記載されているようなものがある。特許文献1には、かごが昇降する昇降路内部のかごの速度を検出し、かごに取り付けられる速度検出装置が記載されている。そして、特許文献1には、かごの移動経路に沿って昇降路内に対向して敷設される一対のガイドレールの表面状態を画像検出する検出部と、検出部が検出したガイドレール表面の画像差分からかごの速度算出を実行する演算部と、を備えることが記載されている。乗りかごに取り付けたかご位置検出装置からの信号を基に、乗りかごの移動距離を補正することが記載されている。

 しかしながら、特許文献1に記載された技術では、第1センサである速度検出装置の検出面と、第2センサであるかご位置検出装置の検出面が同じ方向を向いていた。そのため、ガイドレールやガイド装置等の経年劣化により摩耗が生じ、乗りかごに傾きが発生した場合、第1センサと第2センサの両方が同時に検出不可となるおそれがあった。その結果、特許文献1に記載された技術では、乗りかごの位置を正確に検出することができず、信頼性が低下する、という問題を有していた。
 本目的は、上記の問題点を考慮し、信頼性の向上を図ることができるエレベーターを提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決し、目的を達成するため、エレベーターは、昇降路を昇降移動する乗りかごと、第1センサと、第2センサと、制御部と、を備えている。第1センサは、乗りかごに設置される。第2センサは、乗りかごに設置され、第1センサの検出面が向く方向とは異なる方向に検出面を向けて配置される。制御部は、第1センサ及び第2センサからの検出信号に基づいて、乗りかごの位置を算出する。
 上記構成のエレベーターによれば、信頼性の向上を図ることができる。

 以下、実施の形態例にかかるエレベーターにいて、図1~図8を参照して説明する。なお、各図において共通の部材には、同一の符号を付している。
1.第1の実施の形態例
1-1.エレベーターの構成
 まず、第1の実施の形態例(以下、「本例」という。)にかかるエレベーターの構成について、図1から図3を参照して説明する。
 図1は、本例のエレベーターの乗りかごを示す斜視図である。図2は、乗りかごを上方から見た平面図、図3は乗りかごを示す正面図である。
 図1に示すように、本例のエレベーター100は、建築構造物内に形成された昇降路内を昇降動作する乗りかご1と、一対のガイドレール2と、ロープ10(図2参照)と、を備えている。一対のガイドレール2は、乗りかご1が昇降移動する上下方向に沿って、昇降路内に立設されている。また、一対のガイドレール2は、乗りかご1における上下方向と直交する幅方向の両側に配置される。そして、一対のガイドレール2は、乗りかご1を昇降移動可能にガイドする。
 図1から図3に示すように、人や荷物を載せる乗りかご1は、中空の略直方体状に形成されている。乗りかご1には、人や荷物が出入りする出入り口が設けられている。乗りかご1は、天井1aと、出入り口が形成された正面部1bと、側面部1cと、背面部1dとを有している。
 天井1aは、乗りかご1の上部に配置される。天井1aの周囲には、正面部1b及び側面部1c、背面部1dが配置される。正面部1bと背面部1dは、上下方向及び幅方向と直交する乗りかご1の前後方向で対向して配置される。側面部1cは、正面部1b及び背面部1dの幅方向の両側に配置される。そのため、側面部1cは、正面部1b及び背面部1dと直交する。また、側面部1cは、ガイドレール2と対向する。
 また、乗りかご1は、ドアマシン3と、かごドア4と、ドアシル5と、エプロン7と、ガイド装置8と、かごプーリ9と、を備えている。さらに、乗りかご1には、2つの第1センサ12と、第2センサ13と、制御部11と、が設けられている。
 ドアマシン3は、乗りかご1の正面部1bにおける上下方向の上端部に配置されている。また、ドアシル5は、乗りかご1の正面部1bにおける上下方向の下端部に配置されている。ドアシル5には、かごドア4を開閉可能にガイドするドア溝が形成されている。ドアマシン3は、かごドア4を開閉させる駆動部を有している。そして、かごドア4は、ドアシル5によって開閉可能に支持されている。
 かごドア4は、乗りかご1の正面部1bに設けた出入り口を開閉可能に覆う。図2に示すように、乗りかご1が乗降階に停止した際、かごドア4は、乗降階の出入り口に設けた建屋側ドア6と対向する。
 図1に示すように、エプロン7は、乗りかご1の正面部1bにおいて上下方向の下端部に設けられている。また、図2に示すように、乗りかご1の上下方向の下部には、かごプーリ9が配置される。かごプーリ9は、乗りかご1の幅方向の両側に配置される。このかごプーリ9には、ロープ10が巻き掛けられる。ロープ10は、不図示の釣合おもりのプーリや巻上機の綱車に巻き掛けられる。そして、巻上機が駆動することで、乗りかご1は、昇降路内を昇降移動する。
 図1から図3に示すように、ガイド装置8は、乗りかご1の上下方向の上端部と下端部に配置されている。また、ガイド装置8は、乗りかご1の幅方向の両端部に配置される。なお、乗りかご1の上端部に配置されたガイド装置8は、乗りかご1の天井1aに設けられる。そして、ガイド装置8は、ガイドレール2を摺動する。ガイド装置8がガイドレール2を摺動することで、乗りかご1は、ガイドレール2に沿って昇降移動する。
 2つの第1センサ12A、12B及び第2センサ13、制御部11は、乗りかご1の天井1aに設置されている。2つの第1センサ12A、12Bは、ガイド装置8の上部に配置される。すなわち、2つの第1センサ12A、12Bは、乗りかご1の幅方向の両端部に配置されている。第1センサ12Aは、乗りかご1の幅方向の一端部に配置され、第1センサ12Bは、乗りかご1の幅方向の他端部に配置されている。そして、2つの第1センサ12A、12Bの検出面は、ガイドレール2と対向する。すなわち、第1センサ12A、12Bの検出面が向く方向は、乗りかご1の幅方向を向いている。なお、2つの第1センサ12A、12Bを単に第1センサ12と称する。
 第1センサ12としては、例えば、乗りかご1の移動量を検出する移動量検出センサである。第1センサ12は、画像を取得するための光学系及び撮像素子を備えている。第1センサ12は、ガイドレール2の表面の画像を一定周期ごとに取得する。また、第1センサ12は、不図示の照明装置とレンズおよび撮影素子を備える。
 照明装置に使用する光源は、レンズを介して撮像素子に結像できればよく、例えばLEDやレーザーダイオードなどが適用される。レンズは、反射した照明光を撮像素子に結像するために用いられ、ガイドレール2の表面に存在する傷や付着物を検出する。また、レンズとしては、例えばテレセントリックレンズが適用される。そして、撮像素子は、結像した光を電気信号に変換することができればよく、例えば、CCD素子やCMOS素子などが適用される。
 第1センサ12は、検出面が撮影したガイドレール2の表面の画像情報の差分から乗りかご1の移動量を算出する。すなわち、第1センサ12は、取得した画像情報から特徴点を抽出し、抽出した特徴点のデータを時系列ごとに保存する。そして、第1センサ12は、保存済のデータと新しく取得したデータを比較する。第1センサ12は、比較後に現れた特徴点の移動量から乗りかご1の移動量を算出する。例えば、第1センサ12は、時間tに撮像した範囲の画像の傷を特徴点として検出する。次に、第1センサ12は、時間t+Δtの撮像した画像から同じ傷を特徴点として抽出し、画像を比較して、乗りかご1の移動量を算出する。
 第1センサ12は、算出した乗りかご1の移動量情報を制御部11に出力する。なお、第1センサ12では、ガイドレール2の表面の撮像処理だけおこない、移動量の算出処理は、制御部11で行ってもよい。
 第2センサ13は、乗りかご1の天井1aにおいて、乗りかご1の前後方向の正面側、すなわち乗りかご1の正面部1b側に配置されている。第2センサ13は、例えば、乗りかご1に設けたドアマシン3に設置される。
 そして、第2センサ13の検出面は、第1センサ12A、12Bの検出面とは異なる、乗りかご1の前後方向を向いている。また、第2センサ13は、その検出面が昇降路における乗降階側の出入り口に向けて配置されている。
 第2センサ13は、例えば、乗りかご1の絶対位置を検出するかご絶対位置検出センサである。図2に示すように、第2センサ13は、昇降路内において上下方向に所定の間隔で設置された被検出体14を検出する。そして、第2センサ13は、検出した検出情報を制御部11に出力する。被検出体14は、例えば、昇降路における乗降階側の出入り口の上下方向の上端部に配置される。
 被検出体14は、例えば、乗りかご1が停止する乗降階ごとに配置してもよく、または乗りかご1が停止する最上階と最下階に配置してもよい。なお、被検出体14を設ける位置は、乗降階の壁面に限定されるものではなく、昇降路内であればよい。
 制御部11は、メモリと、演算部とを有している。制御部11のメモリは、第1センサ12が算出した乗りかご1の移動量情報を記憶する。また、演算部は、メモリに記憶された移動量情報を加減算することで、乗りかご1の位置を算出する。さらに、演算部は、メモリに記憶された乗りかご1の移動量情報から乗りかご1の移動速度と、移動距離を算出する。
 乗りかご1の位置情報は、上述したように、制御部11の演算部によって演算される移動距離の加減算(積み重ね)により算出される。すなわち、制御部11は、ある基準位置、例えば最下階からどの程度移動したかによって乗りかご1の位置を算出する。従って、乗りかご1が基準位置から離れるほど演算時の誤差が蓄積され、移動距離の出力誤差が大きくなる。そのため、制御部11は、第2センサ13からの検出情報に基づいて、乗りかご1の移動距離や位置情報を補正する。
 具体的には、下記のようにして行われる。制御部11のメモリには、予め被検出体14が昇降路内のどの位置に設置されているかの情報が記憶されている。そして、制御部11は、第2センサ13が被検出体14を検出した際に、被検出体14が設けられた位置を乗りかご1の現在の位置情報として、乗りかご1の移動量及び位置情報を補正する。これにより、昇降路内における乗りかご1の位置を正確に検出することができる。
 また、制御部11のメモリには、2つの第1センサ12A、12Bの異常判定を行うための閾値が記憶されている。そして、制御部11の演算部は、2つの第1センサ12A、12Bから出力された移動量情報が閾値を超えた際に、2つの第1センサ12A、12Bに異常が発生したと判断する。
 なお、本例では、第1センサ12を移動量検出センサとし、第2センサ13をかご絶対位置検出センサとする例を説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、第1センサ12をかご絶対位置検出センサとし、第2センサ13を移動量検出センサとしてもよく、または第1センサ12及び第2センサ13を乗りかご1の移動量を相対的に検出するセンサであってもよい。さらに、第2センサ13が第1センサ12の検出値を補正する補正センサとしたが、これに限定されるものではなく、第1センサ12が第2センサ13の検出値を補正する補正センサとしてもよい。
 また、上述したように、第1センサ12の検出面が向く方向と、第2センサ13の検出面が向く方向は、互いに異なる方向を向いている。ガイドレール2やガイド装置8の経年劣化により摩耗が生じた場合、乗りかご1が傾き、第1センサ12の検出面とガイドレール2の距離が離れる場合がある。その場合、第1センサ12での検出が不可となるが、第1センサ12の検出面と異なる方向を向く第2センサ13によって乗りかご1の位置を検出することができる。このように、本例のエレベーター100によれば、ガイドレール2やガイド装置8の経年劣化により摩耗が生じた場合でも、第1センサ12及び第2センサ13が同時に検出不可となることを防止できる。その結果、エレベーター100の信頼性の向上を図ることができる。
1-2.乗りかごの位置検出動作
 次に、上述した構成を有するエレベーター100における乗りかご1の位置検出動作について図4を参照して説明する。
 図4は、乗りかご1の位置検出動作を示すフローチャートである。以下の説明において、第1かご位置は、第1センサ12Aからの検出信号で算出された乗りかご1の位置であり、第2かご位置は、第1センサ12Bからの検出信号で算出された乗りかご1の位置である。
 図4に示すように、制御部11は、第2センサ13からの検出信号がOFFからONに変化したか否かを判断する(ステップS101)。ステップS101の処理では、制御部11は、第2センサ13が被検出体14を検出したが否かを判断する。ステップS101の処理において、第2センサ13からの検出信号がONに変化したと制御部11が判断した場合(ステップS101のYES判定)、ステップS102の処理に移行する。
 ステップS102の処理では、制御部11は、メモリに格納されている第1かご位置及び第2かご位置の値を予め登録していた値に変更する。ここで、予め登録していた値とは、昇降路内に設置された被検出体14の位置情報である。この第1かご位置及び第2かご位置が乗りかご1の位置となる。
 また、ステップS101の処理において、第2センサ13からの検出信号がONに変化していないと制御部11が判断した場合(ステップS101のNO判定)、ステップS103の処理に移行する。ステップS103の処理において、制御部11は、メモリに記憶された第1かご位置に第1センサ12Aから受信した移動量を加減算する。次に、制御部11は、メモリに記憶された第2かご位置に第1センサ12Bから受信した移動量を加減算する。そして、この第1かご位置及び第2かご位置が乗りかご1の位置となる。その結果、乗りかご1の位置検出動作が完了する。
1-3.第1センサの異常検出動作
 次に、第1センサ12A、12Bの異常検出動作について図5を参照して説明する。
 図5は、第1センサ12A、12Bの異常検出動作を示すフローチャートである。以下の説明において、第1かご位置は、第1センサ12Aからの検出信号で算出された乗りかご1の位置であり、第2かご位置は、第1センサ12Bからの検出信号で算出された乗りかご1の位置である。
 図5に示すように、制御部11は、第1センサ12Aからの検出信号で算出された第1かご位置と第1センサ12Bからの検出信号で算出された第2かご位置の差が閾値以上であるか否かを判断する(ステップS201)。ステップS201の処理において、差が閾値未満であると制御部11が判断した場合(ステップS201のNO判定)、第1センサ12A、12Bに異常が発生していないと判断する。
 これに対して、ステップS201の処理において、差が閾値以上であると制御部11が判断した場合(ステップS201のYES判定)、第1センサ12A、12Bに異常が発生したと判断する(ステップS202)。これにより、第1センサ12A、12Bの異常検出動作が完了する。
 なお、上述した動作において、第1センサ12A、12Bの異常を検出した場合、制御部11は、例えば、乗客や外部の管理センターに対してエレベーター100の異常を発報する。また、制御部11は、第2センサ13からの検出信号に基づいて、乗りかご1の昇降移動を制御する。ここで、上述したように、第2センサ13の検出面は、第1センサ12A、12Bの検出面とは異なる方向を向いている。そのため、第1センサ12A、12Bに異常が発生しても、第2センサ13が検出不可とならないため、第2センサ13からの検出情報に基づいて、乗りかご1を制御することができる。
 例えば、制御部11は、第2センサ13が被検出体14を検出する位置まで乗りかご1を昇降移動させて、乗りかご1を停止する。そして、制御部11は、かごドア4を開放する。これにより、第1センサ12A、12Bに異常が発生した場合でも、乗りかご1を安全な位置まで移動させることができ、乗りかご1内に乗客が閉じ込められることを防ぐことができる。その結果、安全性の高いエレベーター100を提供することができる。
2.第2の実施の形態例
 次に、図6及び図7を参照して第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーターについて説明する。
 図6は、第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーターの乗りかごを示す斜視図、図7は、第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーターの乗りかごを上方から見た平面図である。
 この第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100Bが第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と異なる点は、第2センサを設ける位置である。そのため、ここでは、第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と共通する部分には同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
 図6及び図7に示すように、エレベーター100Bは、乗りかご1を備えている。乗りかご1には、2つの第1センサ12と、第2センサ13とが設けられている。第1センサ12の構成は、上述した第1の実施の形態例にかかる第1センサ12と同様であるため、その説明は省略する。
 第2センサ13は、乗りかご1の上下方向の下端部に配置されている。第2センサ13は、例えば、ドアシル5やエプロン7に設置される。そして、第2センサ13の検出面が向く方向は、第1センサ12の検出面が向く方向と異なる、乗りかご1の前後方向を向いている。
 また、第2センサ13が検出する被検出体14は、例えば、昇降路における乗降階側の出入り口の上下方向の下端部に配置される。
 その他の構成は、上述した第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と同様であるため、それらの説明は省略する。こ第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100Bにおいても、上述した第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と同様の作用及び効果を得ることができる。
 この第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100Bによれば、第2センサ13によって乗りかご1の高さ方向の寸法が大きくなることを抑制することができる。さらに、第2センサ13をドアマシン3に設置しないため、ドアマシン3の重量が重くなることを抑制できる。
 また、2つの第1センサ12も、第2の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100Bの第2センサ13と同様に、乗りかご1の上下方向の下端部に設置してもよい。
3.第3の実施の形態例
 次に、図8を参照して、第3の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーターについて説明する。
 図8は、第3の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーターの乗りかごを上方から見た平面図である。
 この第3の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100Cが第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と異なる点は、第2センサを設ける位置である。そのため、ここでは、第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と共通する部分には同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。
 図8に示すように、エレベーター100Cは、乗りかご1を備えている。乗りかご1には、2つの第1センサ12と、第2センサ13とが設けられている。第1センサ12の構成は、上述した第1の実施の形態例にかかる第1センサ12と同様であるため、その説明は省略する。
 第2センサ13は、乗りかご1の上下方向の上端部又は下端部に配置されている。第2センサ13は、乗りかご1の前後方向の背面側、すなわち乗りかご1の背面部1d側に配置されている。
 そして、第2センサ13の検出面は、第1センサ12A、12Bの検出面とは異なる、乗りかご1の前後方向を向いている。また、第2センサ13は、その検出面が昇降路における出入り口と対向する背面側の内壁面に向けて配置される。そして、第2センサ13が検出する被検出体14は、昇降路における出入り口と対向する背面側の内壁面に配置される。
 その他の構成は、上述した第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と同様であるため、それらの説明は省略する。こ第3の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100Cにおいても、上述した第1の実施の形態例にかかるエレベーター100と同様の作用及び効果を得ることができる。
 なお、本発明は、上述し、かつ図面に示した実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、請求の範囲に記載した発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々の変形実施が可能である。
 また、上述した実施の形態例では、新規のエレベーターに第1センサ12及び第2センサ13を設置する例を説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。例えば、既設のエレベーターのリニューアル作業時において、第1センサ12及び第2センサ13を乗りかご1に新たに設置してもよい。そして、昇降路内には、第2センサ13が検出する被検出体14が設置される。
 さらに、エレベーター100の構成としては、図1から図3に示す2:1ローピングのエレベーターに限定されるものではなく、1:1ローピングのエレベーターや油圧式のエレベーター等その他各種のエレベーターが適用できるものである。また、機械室を有するエレベーターや機械室レスエレベーターにも適用可能である。
 なお、本明細書において、「平行」及び「直交」等の単語を使用したが、これらは厳密な「平行」及び「直交」のみを意味するものではなく、「平行」及び「直交」を含み、さらにその機能を発揮し得る範囲にある、「略平行」や「略直交」の状態であってもよい。

Claims (8)

  1.  昇降路を昇降移動する乗りかごと、
     前記乗りかごに設置される第1センサと、
     前記乗りかごに設置され、前記第1センサの検出面が向く方向とは異なる方向に検出面を向けて配置される第2センサと、
     前記第1センサ及び前記第2センサからの検出信号に基づいて、前記乗りかごの位置を算出する制御部と、
     を備えたエレベーター。
  2.  前記第1センサは、前記乗りかごの移動量を検出する移動量検出センサであり、
     前記第2センサは、前記昇降路に設置された被検出体を検出することで前記乗りかごの絶対位置を検出するかご絶対位置検出センサである
     請求項1に記載のエレベーター。
  3.  前記制御部は、
     前記第1センサからの検出信号に基づいて、前記乗りかごの位置を算出し、
     前記第2センサからの検出信号に基づいて、前記乗りかごの位置を補正する
     請求項2に記載のエレベーター。
  4.  前記第1センサは、複数配置され、
     前記制御部は、複数の前記第1センサが検出した信号により算出された位置情報の差から前記第1センサの異常を判定する
     請求項3に記載のエレベーター。
  5.  前記乗りかごを昇降移動可能にガイドする一対のガイドレールを備え、
     前記第1センサは、その検出面が前記ガイドレールに向けて配置される
     請求項4に記載のエレベーター。
  6.  前記第2センサは、前記乗りかごにおける乗降階に設けた出入り口と対向する正面部側に配置され、
     前記第2センサの検出面は、前記乗降階の出入り口に向けて配置される
     請求項1に記載のエレベーター。
  7.  前記乗りかごには、かごドアを開放可能に駆動させるドアマシンが設置され、
     前記第2センサは、前記ドアマシンに配置される
