背景技术

根据本公开的一个总体技术构思,提供一种包装袋,包括第一片材和第二片材,其中,所述第一片材和所述第二片材的边缘的至少一部分结合在一起,形成所述包装袋的容纳空间,其特征在于,所述第一片材的宽度D和高度H的比值和所述第二片材的宽度D和高度H的比值均在1-1.5的范围内。本公开还提供了一种带有包装的洗涤用产品,包括上述包装袋,所述包装袋中容纳有颗粒状固体。
本文中,术语“颗粒状洗涤剂”是指固体粉末状或颗粒状洗涤剂,优选地自由流动的粉末状或颗粒状洗涤剂,诸如用于织物的多用途洗涤剂或重型洗涤剂,以及洗涤辅剂,诸如漂白活性物质、漂洗助剂、添加剂或预处理产品。
本公开提供的包装袋可用于包装多种固体颗粒状的洗涤用产品。本公开的包装袋能够盛放以下产品:清洁产品、消毒剂、餐具洗涤组合剂、衣物洗涤剂、织物调理剂、织物染料、表面保护剂、头发护理产品、食品、药品、补充剂、汽车用品、航空用品等。
图1示出根据本公开的一个示例性实施例的包装袋的背面结构示意图,其中插底被折叠。图2是根据本公开的一个示例性实施例的包装袋的正面结构示意图,其中插底被对折;以及图3是根据本公开的一个示例性实施例的包装袋的底面结构示意图,其中插底被展开。
如图所示,根据本公开提供的一种包装袋10,主要包括第一片材10a和第二片材10b,其中,所述第一片材10a和所述第二片材10b的上部的边缘相互结合在一起,形成所述包装袋10的上部的容纳空间,其中,所述第一片材10a和所述第二片材10b的边缘的结合在一起的部分形成宽度d为12mm的封边。其中,所述第一片材10a的宽度D和高度H的比值和所述第二片材10b的宽度D和高度H的比值均在1-1.5的范围内。优选地,所述第一片材10a的宽度D和高度H的比值和所述第二片材10b的宽度D和高度H的比值均在1.2-1.5的范围内。上述比值范围确保使得包装袋10在竖立位置时内部容纳的颗粒状固体的整体大致平摊在包装袋10被摆放的平面上,颗粒状固体的重力均匀分散,而不会使包装袋10内的疏松堆放的颗粒被压实而板结。
如图所示,根据本公开的示例实施例提供的包装袋10还包括插底10c,所述第一片材10a的边缘的底边11和所述第二片材10b的边缘的底边11分别与所述插底10c的周缘结合在一起,所述第一片材10a的边缘的其余部分与所述第二片材10b的边缘的其余部分结合在一起,从而形成所述包装袋10的整个的容纳空间,其中,所述第一片材10a的边缘的底边11和所述第二片材10b的边缘的底边11分别与所述插底10c的周缘的结合在一起的部分形成宽度d为12mm的封边。其中,所述插底10c能够被对折并夹在所述第一片材10a和所述第二片材10b之间,使得整个包装袋10形成扁平的形状。
当所述插底10c被对折时,整个包装袋10将颗粒状固体排空,形成扁平的形状。当所述插底10c被展开时,形成平坦的底部,容纳有颗粒状固体的包装袋10能够被稳定地竖立。
具体地,第一片材10a和第二片材10b至少在第一侧边13和第二侧边14处结合在一起,并且第一片材10a、第二片材10b和插底10c在底边11处结合在一起,第一片材10a、第二片材10b和插底10c合围成容纳空间,其中,插底10c能够被对折并夹在第一片材10a和第二片材10b之间。根据本公开示例性实施例,包装袋10由第一片材10a、第二片材10b和插底10c共同构成。在未图示的一些其它实施例中,包装袋10也可以仅由第一片材10a和第二片材10b构成,即不包括插底10c。
在此需要说明的是,根据本公开的示例实施例提供的包装袋10的封边的宽度d并不限于12mm,封边d的宽度在8mm至12mm之间都是可以的。
根据本公开的包装袋的所述第一片材、所述第二片材和所述插底均包括多个复合材料层。具体地,所述第一片材、所述第二片材和所述插底均包括两个复合材料层。所述多个复合材料层中的最外层的材料层为单向拉伸复合材料层,最内层的材料层的密度小于其他层的材料层的密度。其中,所述多个复合材料层中的中间的材料层为双向拉伸复合材料层。
根据本公开,包装袋10的第一片材和/或第二片材和/或插底可由至少一种柔性膜材料层形成,根据本公开,柔性袋体10的第一片材和/或第二片材和/或插底可由至少一种柔性膜材料形成,所述柔性膜材料的柔性系数(弹性模量)在100Mpa(N/mm2)至1500Mpa(N/mm2)的范围内,优选地在400Mpa(N/mm2)至1100Mpa(N/mm2)的范围内,该柔性膜材料的厚度在20micron至250micron的范围内,优选地在100micron至160micron的范围内。
根据本公开,包装袋的第一片材和/或第二片材和/或插底可由多个或两个复合膜层制成。内层与在包装袋中包含的颗粒状洗涤剂接触,而外层形成包装袋的最外表面。举例而言,在一种采用多个复合膜层的实施例中,外层优选地为聚酯,内层优选地为聚乙烯,中间层优选地为尼龙。在另一种采用多个复合膜层的实施例中,外层优选地为单向拉伸聚乙烯,内层优选地为低密度聚乙烯,中间层优选地为双向拉伸聚乙烯材料。在一种采用双层复合膜层的实施例中,外层优选地为聚酯,内层优选地为聚乙烯。在一种采用双层复合膜层的实施例中,外层优选地为尼龙,内层优选地为聚乙烯。当然,在其它实施例中,包装袋的第一片材和/或第二片材和/或插底也可以根据实际需求采用任何适宜的柔性膜层和/或复合膜层制成,本公开在此不做限制。
此外,包装袋的第一片材和/或第二片材和/或插底的一部分、多个部分或全部可以本领域已知的任何方式涂覆或不进行涂覆、处理或不进行处理、加工或不进行加工。用于制造本文所公开的包装袋的柔性膜和/或复合膜材料可以本领域已知的任何方式形成,并可使用本领域已知的任何种类的接合或密封方法接合在一起,包括例如热密封(例如导电密封、脉冲密封、超声密封等)、焊接、卷曲、粘结、粘附等,以及这些中的任一者的组合。
在根据本公开的示例实施例中,所述包装袋10的所述第一片材10a和第二片材10b的宽度D为350mm至420mm,高度H为240mm至300mm,所述插底10c被对折后的高度h为30mm至70mm。
具体地,根据本公开的一个示例实施例,所述第一片材10a和第二片材10b的宽度D为350mm,高度H为260mm,所述插底10c被对折后的高度h为55mm。
具体地,根据本公开的另一个示例实施例,所述第一片材10a和第二片材10b的宽度D为380mm,高度H为280mm,所述插底10c被对折后的高度h为55mm。
具体地,根据本公开的又一个示例实施例,所述第一片材10a和第二片材10b的宽度D为420mm,高度H为320mm,所述插底10c被对折后的高度h为65mm。
如图所示,所述包装袋10的顶部的一角设有朝向包装袋10的顶部中心线倾斜的第一斜边15,所述包装袋10还包括提手,所述提手设置在所述第一斜边15处且所述提手的握持部朝向包装袋10的顶部中心线倾斜。其中,所述提手为刚性的,形状大致为耳形。
具体地,根据本公开实施例,提手30可以包括:周边部31和由周边部31限定的贯穿部32,贯穿部32贯通包装袋10。周边部31朝向贯穿部32的内周边形成有至少两个手指容纳槽33。提手30可以经由周边部31的外周边以热封方式被附接在包装袋10的第一片材10a和第二片材10b之间。在一些可替换实施例中,提手也可以是将包装袋10的一个或多个密封部分切开/刺穿而形成的贯通孔(即,手指和/或拇指可通过其插入的完全开放空间)。
在根据本公开的示例实施例中,所述包装袋10的顶部的另一角设有朝向包装袋10的顶部中心线倾斜的第二斜边16,所述包装袋10还包括嘴部20,所述嘴部20设置在所述第二斜边16处,所述嘴部20的轴线相对于所述包装袋10的顶部倾斜且所述嘴部20的开口朝向背离所述包装袋10的底部方向。所述嘴部20为刚性的,总体形状为圆筒形。嘴部20被构造成将容纳在包装袋10中的内容物(在示例性实施例中为颗粒状衣物洗涤剂)经由嘴部20进行分配。
具体地,在如图1至图3所示的示例性实施例中,包装袋10的顶边12经由第一斜边15连接至第一侧边13,提手30形成在第一斜边15附近。与此同时,包装袋10的顶边12经由第二斜边16连接至第二侧边14,嘴部20附接至第二斜边16,优选地,嘴部20的嘴部轴线A1可以垂直于第二斜边16。
刚性的嘴部20总体为圆筒形,与包装袋10的内部容纳空间连通,并且被构成为从包装袋10的内部容纳空间内分配颗粒状洗涤剂。圆筒形的直径在20mm至50mm的范围内,优选地,圆筒形的开口直径在20mm至30mm、更优选地在21mm至28mm、最优选地在22mm至26mm范围内。经测试发现,开口直径在上述范围内的刚性嘴部尤其适用于分配颗粒状洗涤剂。如果嘴部开口直径低于20mm,例如15mm,则用于分配颗粒状洗涤剂的体积流速太慢并且可能导致给料不足。如果嘴部开口直径大于30mm,例如33mm,则用于分配颗粒状洗涤剂的体积流速太快并且可能导致给料过量。嘴部的长度L在20mm至50mm的范围内、优选地在30mm至40mm、更优选地在32mm至38mm范围内。
根据本公开,刚性的嘴部20还可以包括盖(未图示)。盖可移除地覆盖嘴部20。例如,盖经由内螺纹可移除地接合到刚性嘴部20,该内螺纹与嘴部20外围的对应外螺纹接合,以闭合嘴部并且防止颗粒状洗涤剂的意外泄漏。
与制成包装袋10的第一片材10a和/或第二片材10b和/或插底10c相比,如上文所述的嘴部20具有相对刚性的结构,并且可由任何合适的刚性材料制成,诸如玻璃、金属、聚合物等,但优选地由聚合物制成。具体地,嘴部和/或盖可由相同或不同的材料制成。优选地,它们中的每个独立地由选自由聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)以及它们的组合组成的组制成。
根据本公开的另一方面,还提供了一种带有包装的洗涤用产品,包括上述任一个实施例中所述的包装袋,其中,所述包装袋中容纳有颗粒状固体。
其中,所述包装袋被所述颗粒状的固体填充后的剩余空间的高度H1为9cm至11cm。
根据本公开,容纳在所述包装袋中的颗粒状洗涤剂的颗粒的特征可在于,中值重量粒度(Dw50)在200μm至1000μm之间,优选地在250μm至950μm之间,更优选地在300μm至850μm之间。颗粒状洗涤剂的颗粒的特征还可在于,堆积密度在0.3g/cm3至0.9g/cm3之间、优选地在0.35g/cm3至0.8g/cm3之间。颗粒状洗涤剂的含水量可在2.7-3.0%。
实验显示,当包装袋的所述第一片材的宽度D和高度H的比值和所述第二片材的宽度D和高度H的比值均在1.2-1.5的范围内时,该包装袋容纳上述颗粒状洗涤剂的蓬松度更高,流动性强,易于倒出;相较而言,当包装袋的所述第一片材的宽度D和高度H的比值和所述第二片材的宽度D和高度H的比值不在此范围内时,在包装袋容纳相同容量的颗粒状洗涤剂的条件下,其中的颗粒状洗涤剂堆积密度更高,结块现象严重。
根据本公开的前述各个示例性实施例提供的包装袋,其优点是所述包装袋在容纳颗粒状固体后能够方便地竖立,在长时间竖立后仍然使其内部的颗粒状固体保持疏松,方便倾倒,同时包装袋上设有用于分配颗粒状固体的嘴部和辅助倾倒的部件以使得包装袋内容纳的颗粒状固体能够受控地且平滑地排出和分配。。
本领域的技术人员可以理解,上面所描述的实施例都是示例性的,并且本领域的技术人员可以对其进行改进,各种实施例中所描述的结构在不发生结构或者原理方面的冲突的情况下可以进行自由组合。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种包装袋,包括第一片材和第二片材,其中,所述第一片材和所述第二片材的边缘的至少一部分结合在一起,形成所述包装袋的容纳空间,其特征在于,所述第一片材的宽度和高度的比值和所述第二片材的宽度和高度的比值均在1-1.5的范围内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于,所述第一片材的宽度和高度的比值和所述第二片材的宽度和高度的比值均在1.2-1.5的范围内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其特征在于,所述第一片材和所述第二片材的边缘的至少一部分结合在一起,形成宽度为8mm至12mm的封边。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装袋,其特征在于,还包括插底,所述第一片材的边缘的底边和所述第二片材的边缘的底边分别与所述插底的周缘结合在一起,所述第一片材的边缘的其余部分与所述第二片材的边缘的其余部分结合在一起,从而形成所述包装袋的容纳空间,其中,所述插底能够被对折并夹在所述第一片材和所述第二片材之间,使得整个包装袋形成扁平的形状。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装袋,其特征在于,所述多个复合材料层中的中间的材料层为双向拉伸复合材料层。
  10. 根据权利要求4-5中任一项所述的包装袋,其特征在于,所述包装袋的所述第一片材和第二片材的宽度为350mm至420mm,高度为240mm至300mm,所述插底被对折后的高度为30mm至70mm。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装袋,其特征在于,所述包装袋的顶部的一角设有朝向包装袋的顶部中心线倾斜的第一斜边,所述包装袋还包括提手,所述提手设置在所述第一斜边处且所述提手的握持部朝向包装袋的顶部中心线倾斜。
