- the d-axis and q-axis may be collectively referred to as the dq-axis or d-axis-q-axis.
- the d-axis current Id reaches the measurement point after two non-zero voltage commands are applied, while the q-axis current Iq reaches the measurement point after four non-zero voltage commands are applied. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3 , a voltage application wait time occurs on the d-axis.
- the q-axis current Iq reaches the measurement point and actual measurement is performed, the d-axis current Id reaches the value indicated by the open circle ( ⁇ ), which is lower than the value at the actual measurement point indicated by the black circle ( ⁇ ). - the inductance measuring device 10 then applies a first divided voltage vector command V1 * [ n1 ] (step S12). Specifically, the voltage command generating unit 1 sequentially applies one or more first divided voltage vector commands ( V1 * [1], V1 * [2], V1 * [3], ...) generated in step S11 to the power converting unit 2. - UI User Interface
- FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an example of a method for dividing the first voltage vector command V1 * by the voltage command generating unit 1 of the inductance measuring device 10 according to the first embodiment.
- the voltage division standard Vst used in this embodiment is defined as the first voltage division standard.
- the voltage division reference Vst may be set within the range of voltages that the inductance measurement device 10 can output.
- the voltage division reference Vst may be set based on the rated voltage of the power conversion unit 2 or the rated voltage of the AC machine 11.
- the voltage command generator 1 first determines the magnitude of each of the first divided voltage vector commands V1 * [ n1 ] to be generated. If the quotient and remainder obtained by dividing
- [ n1 ] of the first divided voltage vector command V1 * [ n1 ] is expressed by the following equation (4):
- [ n1 ] ⁇ cos ⁇ v1 * and a q-axis voltage command V1q * [ n1 ]
- the voltage command generation unit 1 performs dq-three-phase coordinate transformation on the divided d-axis voltage command V 1d * [n 1 ] and q-axis voltage command V 1q * [n 1 ] based on the reference direction ⁇ e to generate three-phase voltage commands V u * , V v * , and V w * .
- the voltage command generation unit 1 then outputs the generated three-phase voltage commands V u * , V v * , and V w * to the power conversion unit 2.
- the power conversion unit 2 applies a voltage vector V 1 * [n 1 ] to the AC machine 11 in accordance with the three-phase voltage commands V u * , V v * , and V w * .
- the inductance measurement device 10 divides the first voltage vector command V 1 * to generate the d-axis voltage command V 1d * [n 1 ] and the q-axis voltage command V 1q * [n 1 ], and repeatedly executes the d-axis and q-axis voltage commands multiple times to apply a voltage to the AC machine 11.
- the d-axis current I 1d and the q-axis current I 1q change as shown in FIG. 8 and are increased to the measurement points.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an example of the operation of the inductance measurement device 10 according to the first embodiment to apply a voltage to the AC machine 11 and increase the current to the first measurement point.
- FIGS. 7 and 8 show an example in which the inductance measurement device 10 executes the first voltage vector command V 1 * in four parts.
- the inductance measuring device 10 next detects a first current vector I1 (step S13). Specifically, the current detecting unit 3 detects the first current vector I1 .
- the first current vector I1 is a current vector at the time when application of a measurement preparation voltage to the AC machine 11 is completed by executing all d-axis voltage commands V1d * [ n1 ] and q-axis voltage commands V1q * [ n1 ] obtained by dividing the first voltage vector command V1*.
- the inductance measurement device 10 detects a second current vector I2 (step S16).
- steps S14 to S16 are the same as the above-mentioned steps S11 to S13.
- the second voltage vector command V2 * is assumed to be set in advance, similar to the first voltage vector command V1 * .
- the second voltage vector command V2 * simply requires applying a voltage that changes the current I1 at the time of completion of application of the first voltage vector command V1 * by the change amount ⁇ I used for inductance calculation, so its magnitude
- Vst may be set to a value equal to or less than the voltage division standard Vst so that a single voltage application is sufficient.
- Fig. 9 shows an example of a case where the second voltage vector command V2 * corresponding to the second voltage command is divided into two.
- Fig. 9 is a diagram showing an example of an operation in which the inductance measuring device 10 according to the first embodiment applies a voltage to the AC machine 11 to raise the current to the second measurement point.
- the inductance measuring device 10 calculates the inductance of the AC machine 11 (step S17). Specifically, the inductance calculation unit 4 calculates the inductance from the second voltage vector command V2 * and the current change ⁇ I. The calculated inductance is stored, for example, in a storage unit not shown in FIG. 1 so that it can be referenced when necessary, such as when driving the AC machine 11.
- the inductance measuring device 10 may display the inductance calculation result on a display device to notify the outside. Details of the inductance calculation process performed by the inductance calculation unit 4 will be described later.
- the number of divisions of the voltage vector command for each of the d and q axes is the same, so as shown in Figures 7, 8, and 9, non-zero voltages are applied to the d and q axes the same number of times. This makes it possible for the d and q axes to simultaneously reach their target currents when voltage application is complete, preventing the current on one of the axes from dropping after the target current is reached.
- n1 voltage applications do not include a zero voltage command, it is possible to set a measurement point midway through the n1 voltage applications.
- V1 * [ m1 ] is regarded as the first voltage command and V1 * [ m1 +1] as the second voltage command, and then an inductance calculation is performed by regarding V1 * [ m1 +1] as the first voltage command and V1 * [ m1 +2] as the second voltage command, and this process is repeated until the application of V1 * is complete.
- This achieves the effect of simultaneously measuring not only the inductance due to the current vector I1 at a single point at the measurement point, but also the inductance due to the current vectors along the way to I1 .
- the inductance calculation unit 4 calculates the inductance on the d and q axes. If the voltage on one of the d and q axes is v, the current is i, the winding resistance is R, and the armature flux linkage is ⁇ , then the voltage equations for the d and q axes when the AC machine 11 is not rotating are expressed as equations (5) and (6), ignoring terms related to the rotational speed.
- V 2d * and V 2q * are the dq axis voltage commands before division
- I 1d [n 2 ] and I 1q [n 2 ] are the currents when the final voltage vector command is applied.
- equations (13) and (14) are equivalent to applying all of the voltage vector command values before division in a single voltage application, calculations can also be performed as in equations (15) and (16).
- the calculation formulas (11) to (16) can reduce the number of current measurement points.
- the differential inductance L' can be calculated using equations (17) and (18) using the magnetic flux change calculated using any of equations (9) to (16) and the current change ⁇ I during that time.
- L'(I) as a function of current can be calculated as an approximate function using a method such as the least squares method if there are measurement results of L'(I 1 ) for each of a plurality of I 1 .
- are prepared, and L' for multiple I1s is measured according to embodiment 1 using multiple first voltage vector commands V1 * corresponding to the multiple
- inductance measurement by the inductance measuring device 10 since the n1 voltage applications do not include a 0 voltage command, it is possible to set the measurement point midway through the n1 voltage applications. Therefore, if the inductance for each current up to I1 is measured simultaneously, rather than just the inductance at a single point due to I1 at the measurement point, multiple L'(I) can be obtained.
- the application time ts of each voltage vector command can be set to an extremely short time, making it possible to measure the inductance while minimizing the vibration and noise of the AC machine 11.
- the inductance measuring device 10 divides the first voltage vector command V1 * that commands the measurement preparation voltage based on the predetermined voltage division standard Vst to generate the first divided voltage vector command V1 * [ n1 ], and further separates it into a d-axis component and a q-axis component to generate voltage commands for the d-axis and q-axis, respectively.
- Embodiment 2 Next, a description will be given of a second embodiment.
- the configuration of the inductance measuring device according to the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment (see FIG. 1), but part of the inductance measurement operation is different from that of the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the differences from the first embodiment will be described.
- the inductance measuring device 10 differs from the first embodiment in the process of generating the first divided voltage vector command V 1 * [n 1 ] (step S11 in FIG. 6 ) and the process of generating the second divided voltage vector command V 2 * [n 2 ] (step S14 in FIG. 6 ).
- the operations for generating the first divided voltage vector command V 1 * [n 1 ] and the second divided voltage vector command V 2 * [n 2 ] are similar. For this reason, in this embodiment, an example of the process of generating the first divided voltage vector command V 1 * [n 1 ] will be described, and the process of generating the second divided voltage vector command V 2 * [n 2 ] will not be described.
- the voltage command generating unit 1 When generating the first divided voltage vector command V 1 * [n 1 ], the voltage command generating unit 1 first separates the voltage vector command V 1 * into a d-axis component and a q-axis component to obtain a d-axis voltage command V 1d * and a q-axis voltage command V 1q * .
- the voltage division standard V stdq used in this embodiment is defined as a second voltage division standard.
- the voltage division reference V stdq may be set within the range of the d-axis voltages that the inductance measurement device 10 can output. For example, it may be set to 1/ ⁇ 2 ⁇ the rated voltage of the power conversion unit 2 or 1/ ⁇ 2 ⁇ the rated voltage of the AC machine 11. By setting it in this manner, even if the d-axis voltages after division each take on the maximum value V stdq , the magnitude of the combined voltage vector will not exceed the rated voltage.
- the rated voltage here refers to a voltage that takes into account the wiring of the power conversion unit 2 and the AC machine 11, as in the first embodiment.
- the voltage command generator 1 compares n 1d with n 1q , and the case where n 1d ⁇ n 1q will be described as an example.
- the d-axis When voltages are applied using the d-axis divided voltage command V 1dd * [n 1q ] and the q-axis divided voltage command V 1q * [n 1q ], as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the d-axis first applies the missing number of zero voltage commands (V 1dd * [1], V 1dd * [2]), and then applies voltage according to V 1dd * [n 1q ], which corresponds to V 1d * [n 1d ]. This ensures that the timing of voltage application completion is synchronized between the d and q axes, and the target currents are reached simultaneously on the d and q axes at the completion of voltage application. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, this prevents deterioration in inductance measurement accuracy due to the current measurement value on one axis dropping below its intended value.
- Embodiment 3 Next, a description will be given of a third embodiment.
- the configuration of an inductance measuring device according to the third embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment (see FIG. 1). In this embodiment, differences from the first embodiment will be described.
- the voltage command generating unit 1 of embodiment 3 calculates the magnitude
- the voltage command generating unit 1 When calculating the magnitude
- the rated voltage of the AC machine 11 is Vr [Vrms]
- the rated current is Ir [Arms]
- the field is ⁇ f [Wb]
- the rated frequency is fr [Hz]
- a terminal voltage equivalent to the rated voltage is applied, the rated current flows, and the machine is assumed to be driven at the rated frequency, and the effective value ⁇ r of the flux linkage created by the inductance can be calculated as shown in equation (22).
- equation (23) the voltage command generating unit 1 determines the inductance calculated according to equation (23) as the rated inductance Lr .
- the voltage command generating unit 1 calculates the magnitude
- the voltage command generating unit 1 uses this
- of the first voltage vector command may be performed outside the voltage command generation unit 1.
- a voltage command calculation unit may be provided separately, and the voltage command calculation unit may calculate the magnitude
- the inductance is measured using the method described in the first embodiment, but the inductance may also be measured using the method described in the second embodiment.

- FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing an example of the inductance measurement operation of the inductance measurement device 10 according to the fourth embodiment.
- the inductance measuring device 10 first applies a fixing voltage to the d-axis (step S21). Specifically, the voltage command generating unit 1 generates a voltage command instructing application of a fixing voltage to the d-axis and outputs it to the power converting unit 2. In accordance with the voltage command from the voltage command generating unit 1, the power converting unit 2 applies a DC voltage to the AC machine 11 as a fixing voltage in the d-axis direction at sufficiently long time intervals.
- the inductance measuring device 10 then performs a reflux operation on the AC machine 11 (step S22). Specifically, the gate voltage of the power module in the power conversion unit 2 is cut off, and the current flowing through the AC machine 11 is set to zero.

- the inductance measuring device 10 then performs a current return operation on the AC machine 11, similar to step S22, to set the current flowing through the AC machine 11 to zero (step S24).

- the voltage command generating unit 1 generates a voltage vector command that commands a voltage in the opposite direction to that during inductance measurement and outputs it to the power converting unit 2, and the power converting unit 2 applies the commanded voltage to the AC machine 11.
- This process generates a driving force in the opposite direction to that during inductance measurement, thereby further suppressing vibration and noise, even when shaft vibration and noise cannot be sufficiently suppressed even when the current is set to zero during reflux operation.
- the inductance measuring device 10 then performs a reflux operation similar to steps S22 and S24 (step S26).
- step S23 may be selected as appropriate depending on the status of the AC machine 11 and the devices connected to the AC machine 11. For example, if it is clear that the drive unit of the AC machine 11 is fixed before measurement begins, steps S21 and S22 may be omitted. If the AC machine 11 is difficult to drive, for example, if the rotating shaft inertia is large in the case of a rotating machine, or if the mover mass is large in the case of a direct current motor, steps S24 to S26 may be omitted.

- the fifth embodiment a case will be described in which only one of the d-axis inductance and the q-axis inductance is measured when current is applied to both the d-axis and q-axis by any of the methods described in the first to fourth embodiments.

- Embodiment 6 Next, a sixth embodiment will be described.
- the configuration of the inductance measuring device according to the sixth embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment (see FIG. 1). In this embodiment, differences from the first embodiment will be described.
- the magnitude of the first voltage vector command V 1 * generated by the voltage command generating unit 1 is set to
- the phase of the first voltage vector command V 1 * is set to ⁇ v1 * , and multiple phases ranging from 0 to 90 degrees are set to ⁇ v1 * , and inductance measurements are performed for all combinations of

Description
したがって、式(3)よりL’(I)=a・I+(aI+b)=2aI+bとなり、L’(I)に対してL(I)は同じ切片を持ち傾きが1/2となった関数であることが分かる。

n1d=k1d+1である。
n1q=k1q+1である。
Vinv
*=-V1
*-V2

メモリ92の例は、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリー、等の、不揮発性または揮発性の半導体メモリ、磁気ディスク等などである。
専用の処理回路の例は、単一回路、複合回路、プログラム化したプロセッサ、並列プログラム化したプロセッサ、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)などである。
