After charging the battery cell at 0.33C to the charging cut-off voltage at 25°C, the constant voltage charging was continued at the charging cut-off voltage until the current reached 0.05C and the charging was cut off (where C represents the rated capacity of the battery cell). After the battery cell was left at rest for 1 hour at 25°C, the battery cell was discharged at 0.33C to the discharge cut-off voltage at 25°C, and the total discharge capacity C0 released by the battery cell was recorded, and the total discharge energy was E0.

- the length, width and height of the battery cell are measured to calculate the volume value M0 of the battery cell.
- Battery energy density battery cell discharge energy E0/battery cell volume M0.
- the voltage calibration method is as follows:
- the cycle test process is as follows:
- Cn/C0 is recorded as the cycle capacity retention rate, which is used as an indicator to evaluate the battery cycle performance.
- the embodiments all include the polymer dispersant shown in Formula I, which can effectively increase the maximum solid content of the slurry, shorten the filtration time, improve the production efficiency and quality of the electrode, and improve the flexibility of the electrode.
- At least one of R 1 and R 3 comprising a poly(ethylene oxide-propylene oxide) polyether segment can more effectively exert the dispersing and softening effect than a polyethylene oxide polyether segment, further improving the maximum solid content of the slurry and the flexibility of the electrode.
- Example 19 From the comparison between Example 19 and Example 7, it can be seen that when both R1 and R3 are polyether segments, the slurry filtration time can be further reduced and the electrode flexibility can be improved compared with only one of the two being a polyether segment.
- the weight average molecular weight of the polymer is 2000-5000, which can further exert the dispersing effect, increase the maximum solid content of the slurry, and shorten the filtration time.
- the end group of the polyether segment includes a phenyl group, which can further improve the dispersibility of the slurry.
- the mass content of the polymer is 0.1%-2.0%, and the slurry has a high maximum solid content, a short filtration time, and high flexibility.
- the mass content of the polymer is 0.2%-1.0% based on the total mass of the dry material of the positive electrode slurry, the processing performance of the pole piece and the energy density of the battery can be further taken into account.
- the positive electrode slurry includes a vinylidene fluoride polymer with a weight average molecular weight of not less than 700,000 as a binder, which can further reduce the amount of binder used and improve the flexibility of the electrode.
- phosphate polymers can more effectively increase the solid content of the slurry, shorten the filtration time, and improve the flexibility of the electrode compared to phosphite polymers; and phosphate polymers have better stability, and can effectively improve the cycle capacity retention rate of the battery on the basis of improving the dispersibility of the slurry.
