Abstract
本発明は、優れた氷上性能、雪上性能及びウェット性能を示し、かつ、グリーン強度が優れるタイヤ用ゴム組成物、並びに、上記タイヤ用ゴム組成物を用いて製造されたタイヤを提供することを目的とする。本発明は、変性共役ジエン系ゴムを含むジエン系ゴムと、シリカと、可塑剤とを含有し、変性共役ジエン系ゴムが、特定の式を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムであり、ジエン系ゴム中の変性共役ジエン系ゴムの割合が15質量%を超えて50質量%以下であり、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対するシリカの含有量が30質量部以上90質量部以下であり、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対する可塑剤の含有量が30質量部以上80質量部以下である、タイヤ用ゴム組成物である。
Description
本発明は、タイヤ用ゴム組成物及びタイヤに関する。
従来、性能向上の観点からシリカを配合したタイヤ用ゴム組成物が知られている(例えば、特許文献1)。
昨今、安全性等の観点から、タイヤに対する、氷上性能(ICE制動)、雪上性能(Snow制動)、ウェット性能や、加硫前のゴム組成物のグリーン強度等についてさらなる向上が求められている。
このようななか、本発明者らが特許文献1等に記載の従来のタイヤ用ゴム組成物について検討したところ、タイヤにしたときの氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能や、上記グリーン強度についてさらなる改善が望ましいことが明らかになった。

そこで、本発明は、上記実情を鑑みて、タイヤにしたときに優れた氷上性能、雪上性能及びウェット性能を示し、かつ、グリーン強度が優れるタイヤ用ゴム組成物、並びに、上記タイヤ用ゴム組成物を用いて製造されたタイヤを提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意検討した結果、ゴム成分として特定の変性共役ジエン系ゴムを使用するとともに、シリカや可塑剤の含有量等を最適化することで、上記課題が解決できることを見出し、本発明に至った。
すなわち、本発明者らは、以下の構成により上記課題が解決できることを見出した。

式(1)中のMw10%及びIVw10%については以下のとおりである。
変性共役ジエン系ゴムについて示差屈折率検出器及び粘度検出器を検出器とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー測定を行う。示差屈折率検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均分子量をMw10%とする。また、粘度検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均固有粘度をIVw10%とする。ただし、重量平均固有粘度の単位はdL/gである。
式(2)中、Stは、変性共役ジエン系ゴム全体に対するスチレンに由来する繰り返し単位の割合(質量%)を表し、Vnは、変性共役ジエン系ゴム全体に対する共役ジエンに由来する1,2-ビニル構造の繰り返し単位の割合(質量%)を表す。

以下に示すように、本発明によれば、タイヤにしたときに優れた氷上性能、雪上性能及びウェット性能を示し、かつ、グリーン強度が優れるタイヤ用ゴム組成物、並びに、上記タイヤ用ゴム組成物を用いて製造されたタイヤを提供することができる。
以下に、本発明のタイヤ用ゴム組成物等について説明する。
なお、本明細書において「~」を用いて表される数値範囲は、「~」の前後に記載される数値を下限値及び上限値として含む範囲を意味する。
また、各成分は、1種を単独でも用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。ここで、各成分について2種以上を併用する場合、その成分について含有量とは、特段の断りが無い限り、合計の含有量を指す。
また、各成分は、その製造方法について、特段の断りが無い限り、特に制限されない。例えば従来公知の方法が挙げられる。
また、タイヤ用ゴム組成物について、タイヤにしたときの氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能、加硫前のゴム組成物のグリーン強度をそれぞれ単に「氷上性能」、「雪上性能」、「ウェット性能」、「グリーン強度」とも言う。
また、本明細書において、10のべき乗をEで表すことがある。例えば、E+5は10の5乗を表す。
また、本明細書において、シリカ(B)を単にシリカと称する場合がある。可塑剤(C)等も同様である。
また、本発明において、成分の割合の基準が「ジエン系ゴム中の」である場合、上記ジエン系ゴムは、特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含むジエン系ゴム全体を指す。また、成分の含有量の基準が「ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して」である場合、上記ジエン系ゴム100質量部は、特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含むジエン系ゴム全量が100質量部であることを指す。

上記変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)が、後述する式(1)及び後述する式(2)を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムであり、
上記ジエン系ゴム中の上記変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)の割合が、15質量%を超えて50質量%以下であり、
上記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対する上記シリカ(B)の含有量が、30質量部以上90質量部以下であり、

本発明の組成物はこのような構成をとるために上述した課題を解決できるものと考えられる。その理由は明らかではないが、およそ以下のとおりと考えられる。
一般的に可塑剤を多く含有するゴム組成物は、シート強度が低いため、グリーン強度が必要となる。
一方、本発明の組成物にはゴム成分として、変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)が含まれる。変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)は、後述する式(1)及び後述する式(2)を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(以下、「特定変性基」とも言う)を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムである(以下、変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)を「特定共役ジエン系ゴム」とも言う)。
式(1)は高分子量側の重量平均固有粘度と高分子量側の重量平均分子量との関係を規定するものであり、本発明者らの検討から、式(1)を満たすゴムは、重量平均分子量及び重量平均固有粘度が高いことが、グリーン強度の向上に繋がるものと考えられる。
また、本発明者らの検討から、特定共役ジエン系ゴムが有する特定変性基はシリカと相互作用するものと考えられる。そのため、本発明の組成物において、シリカの分散性は極めて高く、このことは、本発明の組成物が可塑剤(C)を所定の範囲で含有しても、優れた効果(氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能)に繋がるものと考えられる。
一般的に可塑剤を多く含有するゴム組成物は、シート強度が低いため、グリーン強度が必要となる。
一方、本発明の組成物にはゴム成分として、変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)が含まれる。変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)は、後述する式(1)及び後述する式(2)を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(以下、「特定変性基」とも言う)を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムである(以下、変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)を「特定共役ジエン系ゴム」とも言う)。
式(1)は高分子量側の重量平均固有粘度と高分子量側の重量平均分子量との関係を規定するものであり、本発明者らの検討から、式(1)を満たすゴムは、重量平均分子量及び重量平均固有粘度が高いことが、グリーン強度の向上に繋がるものと考えられる。
また、本発明者らの検討から、特定共役ジエン系ゴムが有する特定変性基はシリカと相互作用するものと考えられる。そのため、本発明の組成物において、シリカの分散性は極めて高く、このことは、本発明の組成物が可塑剤(C)を所定の範囲で含有しても、優れた効果(氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能)に繋がるものと考えられる。
以下、本発明の組成物に含有される各成分について説明する。
[1]ゴム成分
本発明の組成物は、ゴム成分として、特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含むジエン系ゴムを含有する。
本発明の組成物は、ゴム成分として、特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外のジエン系ゴム、及び/又は、ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分(非ジエン系ゴム)を更に含んでいてもよい。
本発明において、ゴム成分は、25℃条件下で固体のゴムであることが好ましい態様として挙げられる。
本発明の組成物は、ゴム成分として、特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含むジエン系ゴムを含有する。
本発明の組成物は、ゴム成分として、特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外のジエン系ゴム、及び/又は、ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分(非ジエン系ゴム)を更に含んでいてもよい。
本発明において、ゴム成分は、25℃条件下で固体のゴムであることが好ましい態様として挙げられる。
[特定共役ジエン系ゴム]
特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、後述する式(1)及び後述する式(2)を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(特定変性基)を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムである。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、後述する式(1)及び後述する式(2)を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(特定変性基)を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムである。
〔骨格〕
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格は、共役ジエンに由来する繰り返し単位を有する重合体である。

<共役ジエン>
共役ジエンの具体例としては、ブタジエン(特に1,3-ブタジエン)、イソプレン、クロロプレン等が挙げられる。上記共役ジエンは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ブタジエン(特に1,3-ブタジエン)又はイソプレンであることが好ましく、ブタジエン(特に1,3-ブタジエン)であることがより好ましい。
共役ジエンの具体例としては、ブタジエン(特に1,3-ブタジエン)、イソプレン、クロロプレン等が挙げられる。上記共役ジエンは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ブタジエン(特に1,3-ブタジエン)又はイソプレンであることが好ましく、ブタジエン(特に1,3-ブタジエン)であることがより好ましい。
<その他のモノマー>
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格は、共役ジエンに由来する繰り返し単位以外の繰り返し単位を有していてもよい。そのような繰り返し単位となるモノマー(その他のモノマー)としては、例えば、ビニル系単量体、アルケン(例えば、エチレン、プロピレン、ブテン)等が挙げられる。ビニル系単量体としては、芳香族ビニル(例えば、スチレン)、アクリロニトリル、後述する特定分岐化剤、等が挙げられる。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格は、共役ジエンに由来する繰り返し単位以外の繰り返し単位を有していてもよい。そのような繰り返し単位となるモノマー(その他のモノマー)としては、例えば、ビニル系単量体、アルケン(例えば、エチレン、プロピレン、ブテン)等が挙げられる。ビニル系単量体としては、芳香族ビニル(例えば、スチレン)、アクリロニトリル、後述する特定分岐化剤、等が挙げられる。
<具体例>
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格の具体例としては、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴム、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合ゴム(NBR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム(Br-IIR、Cl-IIR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)などが挙げられる。上記芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴムとしては、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレンイソプレン共重合ゴムなどが挙げられる。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、SBRであることが好ましい。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格の具体例としては、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴム、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合ゴム(NBR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム(Br-IIR、Cl-IIR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)などが挙げられる。上記芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴムとしては、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレンイソプレン共重合ゴムなどが挙げられる。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、SBRであることが好ましい。
〔特定変性基〕
上述のとおり、特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれ(ケイ素原子)に隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(特定変性基)を有する。
特定変性基は、特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格の末端、主鎖、側鎖いずれに有するのでもよい。
特定変性基は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を、アルコキシシリル基として含むのが好ましい。なお、アルコキシシリル基は、-Si(OR1)n(R2)3-n(ここで、R1:アルキル基、R2:水素原子又はアルキル基、n:1~3の整数)で表される基である。
特定変性基は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、窒素原子を、アミノ基(1~3級アミノ基)として含むのが好ましい。
特定変性基は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、後述する特定変性剤に由来する基であることが好ましい。
上述のとおり、特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれ(ケイ素原子)に隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(特定変性基)を有する。
特定変性基は、特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格の末端、主鎖、側鎖いずれに有するのでもよい。
特定変性基は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を、アルコキシシリル基として含むのが好ましい。なお、アルコキシシリル基は、-Si(OR1)n(R2)3-n(ここで、R1:アルキル基、R2:水素原子又はアルキル基、n:1~3の整数)で表される基である。
特定変性基は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、窒素原子を、アミノ基(1~3級アミノ基)として含むのが好ましい。
特定変性基は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、後述する特定変性剤に由来する基であることが好ましい。
〔式(1)〕
特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、下記式(1)を満たす。
式(1)は高分子量側の重量平均固有粘度と高分子量側の重量平均分子量との関係を規定したものであり、分岐を有する等、分子量の割に分子の大きさが小さい重合体が式(1)を満たす傾向にある。なお、高分子量側に限定している理由は、重合体全体の物性に与える影響が大きいためである。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、下記式(1)を満たす。
式(1)は高分子量側の重量平均固有粘度と高分子量側の重量平均分子量との関係を規定したものであり、分岐を有する等、分子量の割に分子の大きさが小さい重合体が式(1)を満たす傾向にある。なお、高分子量側に限定している理由は、重合体全体の物性に与える影響が大きいためである。

式(1)中のMw10%及びIVw10%は以下のようにして求められる。
変性共役ジエン系ゴムについて示差屈折率検出器(RI検出器)及び粘度検出器を検出器とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー測定を行う。示差屈折率検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均分子量をMw10%とする。また、粘度検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均固有粘度をIVw10%とする。ただし、重量平均固有粘度の単位はdL/gである。
変性共役ジエン系ゴムについて示差屈折率検出器(RI検出器)及び粘度検出器を検出器とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー測定を行う。示差屈折率検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均分子量をMw10%とする。また、粘度検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均固有粘度をIVw10%とする。ただし、重量平均固有粘度の単位はdL/gである。
以下、式(1)中のMw10%及びIVw10%について、より具体的に説明する。
上述のとおり、変性共役ジエン系ゴムについて示差屈折率検出器及び粘度検出器を検出器とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)測定を行う。GPC測定の具体的な方法は以下のとおりである。
溶離液として5mmol/Lのトリエチルアミン入りトルエンを使用する。カラムは、ポリスチレンゲルを充填剤としたカラム3本(東ソー社製の商品名「TSKgel G4000HXL」、「TSKgel G5000HXL」、及び「TSKgel G6000HXL」)を連結して使用する。測定用の試料を1mg/mLの濃度となるようにトルエンに溶解して測定溶液とし、測定溶液100μLをGPC測定装置に注入して、オーブン温度40℃、トルエン流量1mL/分の条件で測定する。
示差屈折率検出器によるクロマトグラム(横軸:溶出時間、縦軸:信号強度)のピーク(変性共役ジエン系ゴムに由来するピーク)のうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側(溶出時間が短い方)の部分を用いて、重量平均分子量を求める。得られた重量平均分子量をMw10%とする。
また、粘度検出器によるクロマトグラム(横軸:溶出時間、縦軸:信号強度)のピーク(変性共役ジエン系ゴムに由来するピーク)のうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側(溶出時間が短い方)の部分を用いて、重量平均固有粘度を求める。得られた重量平均固有粘度をIVw10%とする。
なお、重量平均固有粘度とは、分子量Miにおける、分子数をNi、固有粘度をηiとすると、(Σ(ηi×Mi×Ni))/(Σ(Mi×Ni))と定義されるものである。

なお、図1にGPCのクロマトグラム(横軸:溶出時間、縦軸:信号強度)の一例を示す。ピーク全体であるP0の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側(溶出時間が短い方)の部分であるP1を用いてMw10%及びIVw10%を求める。
変性共役ジエン系ゴムが式(1)を満たすようにするための方法としては、例えば、後述する本発明の製造方法において、特定変性剤の種類や使用量、特定分岐化剤の種類や使用量を変更する方法等が挙げられる。
Mw10%は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、100,000~10,000,000であることが好ましく、1,000,000~5,000,000であることがより好ましい。
Mw10%は、本発明の効果(特に、グリーン強度)がより優れる理由から、28,000,000超10,000,000以下であることが好ましく、3,000,000~5,000,000であることがより好ましい。
Mw10%は、本発明の効果(特に、グリーン強度)がより優れる理由から、28,000,000超10,000,000以下であることが好ましく、3,000,000~5,000,000であることがより好ましい。
IVw10%は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、4.7~8であることが好ましく、4.7~6であることがより好ましい。
IVw10%は、本発明の効果(特に、グリーン強度)がより優れる理由から、5.5超8以下であることが好ましい。
IVw10%は、本発明の効果(特に、グリーン強度)がより優れる理由から、5.5超8以下であることが好ましい。
〔式(2)〕

式(2)中、Stは、特定共役ジエン系ゴム全体に対するスチレンに由来する繰り返し単位の割合(質量%)(以下、「スチレン量」とも言う)を表し、Vnは、特定共役ジエン系ゴム全体に対する共役ジエン(例えば、ブタジエン)に由来する1,2-ビニル構造の繰り返し単位の割合(質量%)(以下、「ビニル量」とも言う)を表す。
St+Vnは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、10~45であることが好ましく、25~45であることがより好ましい。
Stは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、5~40であることが好ましく、10~35であることがより好ましく、15~30であることがさらに好ましい。
Vnは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、5~30であることが好ましく、10~20であることがより好ましい。
〔分子量〕
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、100,000~2,000,000であることが好ましく、200,000~1,300,000であることがより好ましい。
なお、特定共役ジエン系ゴムの重量平均分子量(Mw)の測定方法は、ピーク全体を用いる点以外、上述したMw10%と同じである。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、100,000~2,000,000であることが好ましく、200,000~1,300,000であることがより好ましい。
なお、特定共役ジエン系ゴムの重量平均分子量(Mw)の測定方法は、ピーク全体を用いる点以外、上述したMw10%と同じである。
〔ガラス転移温度〕
特定共役ジエン系ゴムのガラス転移温度(Tg)は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、-100℃~-30℃であることが好ましく、-80℃~-45℃であることがより好ましい。
ガラス転移温度は、例えば、スチレン量やビニル量によって調節することができる。
なお、本明細書において、ガラス転移温度(Tg)は、示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて10℃/分の昇温速度で測定し、中点法にて算出したものとする。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムのガラス転移温度(Tg)は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、-100℃~-30℃であることが好ましく、-80℃~-45℃であることがより好ましい。
ガラス転移温度は、例えば、スチレン量やビニル量によって調節することができる。
なお、本明細書において、ガラス転移温度(Tg)は、示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて10℃/分の昇温速度で測定し、中点法にて算出したものとする。
〔好適な態様1〕
特定共役ジエン系ゴムは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、3分岐以上の星形構造を有するのが好ましく、特定変性基を分岐点とする3分岐以上の星形構造を有するのがより好ましく、下記式(A)で表される共役ジエン系ゴムであることがさらに好ましい。

〔好適な態様2〕
特定共役ジエン系ゴムが3分岐以上の星形構造を有する場合、上記星形構造の少なくとも1つの分岐鎖(共役ジエン系重合体鎖)は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、後述する特定分岐化剤に由来する部分を有し、上記部分において、さらなる主鎖分岐構造を有するのが好ましい。
なお、主鎖分岐構造とは、分岐鎖(共役ジエン系重合体鎖)がアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含むビニル系単量体に由来する部分で分岐点を形成し、さらにその分岐点から高分子鎖(例えば、別の共役ジエン系重合体鎖)が伸長している構造をいう。
特定共役ジエン系ゴムが3分岐以上の星形構造を有する場合、上記星形構造の少なくとも1つの分岐鎖(共役ジエン系重合体鎖)は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、後述する特定分岐化剤に由来する部分を有し、上記部分において、さらなる主鎖分岐構造を有するのが好ましい。
なお、主鎖分岐構造とは、分岐鎖(共役ジエン系重合体鎖)がアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含むビニル系単量体に由来する部分で分岐点を形成し、さらにその分岐点から高分子鎖(例えば、別の共役ジエン系重合体鎖)が伸長している構造をいう。
〔特定共役ジエン系ゴムの割合〕
本発明において、ジエン系ゴム中の特定共役ジエン系ゴムの割合は、15質量%を超えて50質量%以下である。
上記割合は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、20質量%以上50質量%以下であることが好ましく、25質量%以上40質量%以下であることがより好ましい。
本発明において、ジエン系ゴム中の特定共役ジエン系ゴムの割合は、15質量%を超えて50質量%以下である。
上記割合は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、20質量%以上50質量%以下であることが好ましく、25質量%以上40質量%以下であることがより好ましい。
[その他のゴム成分]
ゴム成分は、特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分(その他のゴム成分)を更に含有してもよい。

(その他のジエン系ゴム)
本発明の組成物が更に含有することができる、ジエン系ゴム中の特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外のジエン系ゴム(その他のジエン系ゴム)としては、例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴム(例えば、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレンイソプレン共重合ゴムなど)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合ゴム(NBR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム(Br-IIR、Cl-IIR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)などが挙げられる。
ゴム成分が更に含有することができるその他のジエン系ゴムは、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、天然ゴム(NR)及び/又はブタジエンゴム(BR)を含むことが好ましく、天然ゴム(NR)及びブタジエンゴム(BR)を含むことが好ましい。
その他のジエン系ゴムの割合は、100質量%から上記の特定共役ジエン系ゴムの割合の範囲を除いた残部とできる。
本発明の組成物が更に含有することができる、ジエン系ゴム中の特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外のジエン系ゴム(その他のジエン系ゴム)としては、例えば、天然ゴム(NR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、芳香族ビニル-共役ジエン共重合ゴム(例えば、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレンイソプレン共重合ゴムなど)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン共重合ゴム(NBR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム(Br-IIR、Cl-IIR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)などが挙げられる。
ゴム成分が更に含有することができるその他のジエン系ゴムは、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、天然ゴム(NR)及び/又はブタジエンゴム(BR)を含むことが好ましく、天然ゴム(NR)及びブタジエンゴム(BR)を含むことが好ましい。
その他のジエン系ゴムの割合は、100質量%から上記の特定共役ジエン系ゴムの割合の範囲を除いた残部とできる。
(非ジエン系ゴム)
ゴム成分が、その他のゴム成分として、ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分(非ジエン系ゴム)を更に含有する場合、非ジエン系ゴムとしては、例えば、エピクロルヒドリンゴム等が挙げられる。
ゴム成分が、その他のゴム成分として、ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分(非ジエン系ゴム)を更に含有する場合、非ジエン系ゴムとしては、例えば、エピクロルヒドリンゴム等が挙げられる。
(エピクロルヒドリンゴム)
ゴム成分が更に非ジエン系ゴムを含有する場合、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、非ジエン系ゴムは、エピクロルヒドリンゴムを含むことが好ましい。
ゴム成分が更に非ジエン系ゴムを含有する場合、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、非ジエン系ゴムは、エピクロルヒドリンゴムを含むことが好ましい。
ゴム成分が更にエピクロルヒドリンゴムを含有する場合、エピクロルヒドリンゴムは、ジエン系ゴムと非相溶であることから加硫後の硬化物中にドメインを形成し、表面粗さを上げるとともに適度な柔軟性を提供し、氷上性能をより向上させることができる。またエピクロルヒドリンゴムに含まれる塩素は、その極性の高さからシリカと相互作用し、ウェット性能を維持又はより向上させることができる。
エピクロルヒドリンゴムとしては、例えばエピクロルヒドリン単独重合体、エピクロルヒドリン-エチレンオキサイド共重合体、エピクロルヒドリン-プロピレンオキサイド共重合体、エピクロルヒドリン-アリルグリシジルエーテル共重合体、エピクロルヒドリン-エチレンオキサイド-アリルグリシジルエーテル共重合体、エピクロルヒドリン-プロピレンオキサイド-アリルグリシジルエーテル共重合体、エビクロルヒドリン-エチレンオキサイド-プロピレンオキサイド-アリルグリシジルエーテル共重合体等の1種または2種以上が挙げられる。
ゴム成分が更にエピクロルヒドリンゴムを含有する場合、エピクロルヒドリンゴムは、本発明の効果(特に氷上性能)がより優れるという観点から、エピクロルヒドリンとエチレンオキサイドとの共重合体を含むことが好ましい。
ゴム成分が更にエピクロルヒドリンゴムを含有する場合、エピクロルヒドリンゴムは、本発明の効果がより優れ、耐摩耗性に優れるという観点から、100℃におけるムーニー粘度が65~100であることが好ましい。100℃におけるムーニー粘度は、JIS K6300-1:2013に従い測定することができる。
ゴム成分が更にエピクロルヒドリンゴムを含有する場合、エピクロルヒドリンゴムの含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れるという観点から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部以上25質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以上15質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
なお、本明細書において、特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外のゴム成分、後述する液状ポリマー等の重量平均分子量(Mw)及び数平均分子量(Mn)は、以下の条件のゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)測定により得られる標準ポリスチレン換算値とすることができる。

[特定共役ジエン系ゴムの製造方法]
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの製造方法は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、下記(1)~(2)の工程を備える方法(以下、「本発明の製造方法」とも言う)が好ましい。
(1)共役ジエンを含むモノマーをアニオン重合によって重合することで、共役ジエン系重合体を得る、重合工程
(2)重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体と、窒素原子とアルコキシシリル基とを含む化合物(以下、「特定変性剤」とも言う)とを反応させることで、特定変性基を有する共役ジエン系ゴムを得る、変性工程
特定共役ジエン系ゴムの製造方法は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、下記(1)~(2)の工程を備える方法(以下、「本発明の製造方法」とも言う)が好ましい。
(1)共役ジエンを含むモノマーをアニオン重合によって重合することで、共役ジエン系重合体を得る、重合工程
(2)重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体と、窒素原子とアルコキシシリル基とを含む化合物(以下、「特定変性剤」とも言う)とを反応させることで、特定変性基を有する共役ジエン系ゴムを得る、変性工程
〔重合工程〕
重合工程は、共役ジエンを含むモノマーをアニオン重合によって重合することで、共役ジエン系重合体を得る工程である。

有機リチウム化合物は特に制限されないが、その具体例としては、n-ブチルリチウム(n-BuLi)、sec-ブチルリチウム、tert-ブチルリチウム、n-プロピルリチウム、iso-プロピルリチウム、ベンジルリチウム等のモノ有機リチウム化合物;1,4-ジリチオブタン、1,5-ジリチオペンタン、1,6-ジリチオヘキサン、1,10-ジリチオデカン、1,1-ジリチオジフェニレン、ジリチオポリブタジエン、ジリチオポリイソプレン、1,4-ジリチオベンゼン、1,2-ジリチオ-1,2-ジフェニルエタン、1,4-ジリチオ-2-エチルシクロヘキサン、1,3,5-トリリチオベンゼン、1,3,5-トリリチオ-2,4,6-トリエチルベンゼン等の多官能性有機リチウム化合物が挙げられる。なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、n-ブチルリチウム、sec-ブチルリチウム、tert-ブチルリチウムのモノ有機リチウム化合物が好ましく、n-ブチルリチウムがより好ましい。
有機リチウム化合物の使用量は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、モノマーに対して、0.001~10モル%であることが好ましい。
<モノマー>
重合工程で用いられる共役ジエンを含むモノマーの具体例及び好適な態様は、上述した特定共役ジエン系ゴムの骨格の共役ジエン及びその他のモノマーと同じである。

(特定分岐化剤)
モノマーは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含むビニル系単量体(以下、「特定分岐化剤」とも言う)を含むのが好ましい。
特定分岐化剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含む芳香族ビニル(特にスチレン)であることが好ましく、アルコキシシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルであることがより好ましく、トリアルコキシシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルであることがさらに好ましい。
モノマーは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含むビニル系単量体(以下、「特定分岐化剤」とも言う)を含むのが好ましい。
特定分岐化剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含む芳香族ビニル(特にスチレン)であることが好ましく、アルコキシシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルであることがより好ましく、トリアルコキシシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルであることがさらに好ましい。
(1)具体例
アルコキシシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルの具体例としては、1-(トリメトキシシリル)-4-ビニルベンゼン、1,1-ビス(4-トリメトキシシリルフェニル)エチレン等が挙げられる。
また、ハロシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルとしては、トリクロロ(4-ビニルフェニル)シラン、1,1-ビス(4-トリクロロシリルフェニル)エチレン等が挙げられる。
アルコキシシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルの具体例としては、1-(トリメトキシシリル)-4-ビニルベンゼン、1,1-ビス(4-トリメトキシシリルフェニル)エチレン等が挙げられる。
また、ハロシリル基を含む芳香族ビニルとしては、トリクロロ(4-ビニルフェニル)シラン、1,1-ビス(4-トリクロロシリルフェニル)エチレン等が挙げられる。
(2)使用量
特定分岐化剤の使用量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、共役ジエンに対して、0.001~0.1質量%であることが好ましく、0.005~0.05質量%であることがより好ましい。

<極性化合物>
重合工程においては、極性化合物を添加してもよい。これにより、モノマーをランダムに共重合させることができる。また、極性化合物は、共役ジエンのミクロ構造を制御するためのビニル化剤としても用いることができる傾向にある。また、重合反応の促進等にも効果がある傾向にある。

極性化合物としては、例えば、テトラヒドロフラン、ジエチルエーテル、ジオキサン、ジメトキシベンゼン、2,2-ビス(2-オキソラニル)プロパン等のエーテル類;テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、ジピペリジノエタン、トリメチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、ピリジン、キヌクリジン等の第3級アミン化合物;カリウム-tert-アミラート、ナトリウム-tert-ブチラート等のアルカリ金属アルコキシド化合物;トリフェニルホスフィン等のホスフィン化合物等を用いることができる。
これらの極性化合物は、1種単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上を併用してもよい。

〔変性工程〕
変性工程は、重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体と、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性剤(特定変性剤)とを反応させることで、特定変性基を有する共役ジエン系ゴムを得る工程である。
変性工程は、重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体と、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性剤(特定変性剤)とを反応させることで、特定変性基を有する共役ジエン系ゴムを得る工程である。
変性工程では、重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体の活性末端が特定変性剤のケイ素原子に結合するものと考えられる。例えば、特定変性剤がアルコキシシリル基を含む場合、上記活性末端はアルコキシシリル基のケイ素原子に結合し、アルコキシ基が脱離すると考えられる。
また、重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体が特定分岐化剤に由来する部分を有する場合、上述した活性末端に加えて、上記部分のアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基も特定変性剤(例えば、アルコキシシリル基)と反応するものと考えられる。また、上記部分のアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基は、別の共役ジエン系重合体の活性末端とも反応するものと考えられる。結果として、特定分岐化剤に由来する部分を有する共役ジエン系重合体は、上記部分において、主鎖分岐構造(別の共役ジエン系重合体鎖)を有することになる。
また、重合工程で得られた共役ジエン系重合体が特定分岐化剤に由来する部分を有する場合、上述した活性末端に加えて、上記部分のアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基も特定変性剤(例えば、アルコキシシリル基)と反応するものと考えられる。また、上記部分のアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基は、別の共役ジエン系重合体の活性末端とも反応するものと考えられる。結果として、特定分岐化剤に由来する部分を有する共役ジエン系重合体は、上記部分において、主鎖分岐構造(別の共役ジエン系重合体鎖)を有することになる。
<特定変性剤>
特定変性剤は、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む化合物である。
特定変性剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を、アルコキシシリル基(特に、トリアルコキシシリル基)、又は、シラザン構造(特に環状シラザン構造)を含む基であってシラザン構造のケイ素原子にアルコキシ基が結合した基として含むのが好ましい。ここで、シラザン構造とは、ケイ素原子と窒素原子とが直接結合した構造(Si-N結合を有する構造)を意図する。
特定変性剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、窒素原子を、アミノ基(1~3級アミノ基)、又は、シラザン構造(特に環状シラザン構造)を含む基として含むのが好ましい。
特定変性剤は、アルコキシシリル基等の活性末端と反応し得る部位を2以上(好ましくは3以上)有するのが好ましい。特定変性剤が上記部位を複数有する場合、特定変性剤は共役ジエン系重合体同士を繋ぐカップリング剤として機能する。
特定変性剤は、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む化合物である。
特定変性剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を、アルコキシシリル基(特に、トリアルコキシシリル基)、又は、シラザン構造(特に環状シラザン構造)を含む基であってシラザン構造のケイ素原子にアルコキシ基が結合した基として含むのが好ましい。ここで、シラザン構造とは、ケイ素原子と窒素原子とが直接結合した構造(Si-N結合を有する構造)を意図する。
特定変性剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、窒素原子を、アミノ基(1~3級アミノ基)、又は、シラザン構造(特に環状シラザン構造)を含む基として含むのが好ましい。
特定変性剤は、アルコキシシリル基等の活性末端と反応し得る部位を2以上(好ましくは3以上)有するのが好ましい。特定変性剤が上記部位を複数有する場合、特定変性剤は共役ジエン系重合体同士を繋ぐカップリング剤として機能する。

[平均Tg]
ゴム成分全体のガラス転移温度(以下、「平均Tg」とも言う)は、特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、-90℃超-45℃以下であることが好ましく、-85℃以上-50℃以下がより好ましい。
なお、ゴム成分の平均Tgとは、各ゴム成分のガラス転移温度(Tg)に各ゴム成分の質量分率を乗じた合計(ガラス転移温度の加重平均値)である。
ゴム成分全体のガラス転移温度(以下、「平均Tg」とも言う)は、特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、-90℃超-45℃以下であることが好ましく、-85℃以上-50℃以下がより好ましい。

[分子量]
ゴム成分の重量平均分子量(Mw)の好適な態様は、上述した特定共役ジエン系ゴムと同じである。

[2]シリカ
本発明の組成物はシリカ[シリカ(B)]を含有する。
シリカは特に制限されず、従来公知の任意のシリカを用いることができる。
シリカとしては、例えば、湿式シリカ、乾式シリカ、ヒュームドシリカ、珪藻土などが挙げられる。もみ殻等、バイオマス由来のシリカを使用してもよい。上記シリカは、1種のシリカを単独で用いても、2種以上のシリカを併用してもよい。
本発明の組成物はシリカ[シリカ(B)]を含有する。
シリカは特に制限されず、従来公知の任意のシリカを用いることができる。

ここで、CTAB吸着比表面積は、JIS K6430:2008 附属書Gに従って測定した値である。

[含有量]
本発明の組成物において、シリカの含有量は、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、30質量部以上90質量部以下である。
シリカの含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、50質量部以上80質量部未満であることが好ましく、60質量部以上75質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
本発明の組成物において、シリカの含有量は、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、30質量部以上90質量部以下である。
シリカの含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、50質量部以上80質量部未満であることが好ましく、60質量部以上75質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
[3]可塑剤
本発明の組成物は可塑剤[可塑剤(C)]を含有する。
本発明において、可塑剤は、ゴム成分を可塑化又は軟化させうる化合物であれば特に制限されない。本発明において、可塑剤は上述のゴム成分に該当しない。

可塑剤は、25℃条件下で液状であること、又は、25℃条件下で固体である場合は軟化点が160℃以下であることが好ましい態様として挙げられる。

可塑剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、オイル、液状ポリマー及び熱可塑性樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
また、可塑剤は、本発明の効果(特に、氷上性能、雪上性能等)がより優れる理由から、液状ポリマー及び植物系オイルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
可塑剤は、本発明の効果(特に、ウェット性能、グリーン性能)がより優れる理由から、熱可塑性樹脂を含むことが好ましい。
〔オイル〕
オイルとしては、例えば、アロマオイル、ナフテンオイル、パラフィンオイル、植物系オイルが挙げられる。
オイルは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アロマオイル及び/又は植物系オイルを含むことが好ましい。
アロマオイルは、ゴム組成物に一般的に使用され得るアロマオイルであれば特に制限されない。植物系オイルは、植物由来のオイルであれば特に制限されない。いずれも例えば従来公知のアロマオイル、植物系オイルが挙げられる。
オイルとしては、例えば、アロマオイル、ナフテンオイル、パラフィンオイル、植物系オイルが挙げられる。
オイルは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アロマオイル及び/又は植物系オイルを含むことが好ましい。
アロマオイルは、ゴム組成物に一般的に使用され得るアロマオイルであれば特に制限されない。植物系オイルは、植物由来のオイルであれば特に制限されない。いずれも例えば従来公知のアロマオイル、植物系オイルが挙げられる。
〔液状ポリマー〕
液状ポリマーとしては、例えば、液状ブチルゴム、液状イソプレンゴム、液状ブタジエンゴム、液状スチレン-ブタジエンゴム等が挙げられる。
液状ポリマーは変性された液状ポリマー(変性液状ポリマー)であってもよく、変性液状ポリマーとしては、例えば、エポキシ変性液状ポリマー、カルボキシ変性液状ポリマー、アミン変性液状ポリマー、アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマー、水酸基変性液状ポリマー、シロキサン変性液状ポリマー、メルカプト基変性液状ポリマーが挙げられる。
液状ポリマーが変性液状ポリマーである場合、変性液状ポリマーが有する変性基としては、例えば、エポキシ基、カルボキシ基、アミノ基(-NH2)、イミノ基(-NH-)、アルコキシシリル基、トリアルキルシリル基、水酸基、ポリシロキサン基、メルカプト基、これらの組合せが挙げられる。
液状ポリマーとしては、例えば、液状ブチルゴム、液状イソプレンゴム、液状ブタジエンゴム、液状スチレン-ブタジエンゴム等が挙げられる。
液状ポリマーは変性された液状ポリマー(変性液状ポリマー)であってもよく、変性液状ポリマーとしては、例えば、エポキシ変性液状ポリマー、カルボキシ変性液状ポリマー、アミン変性液状ポリマー、アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマー、水酸基変性液状ポリマー、シロキサン変性液状ポリマー、メルカプト基変性液状ポリマーが挙げられる。
液状ポリマーが変性液状ポリマーである場合、変性液状ポリマーが有する変性基としては、例えば、エポキシ基、カルボキシ基、アミノ基(-NH2)、イミノ基(-NH-)、アルコキシシリル基、トリアルキルシリル基、水酸基、ポリシロキサン基、メルカプト基、これらの組合せが挙げられる。
液状ポリマーは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーを含むことが好ましい。
アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーは、アルコキシシリル基を有する、液状のポリマーである。上記アルコキシシリル基におけるアルコキシ基としては、例えば、メトキシ基、エトキシ基が挙げられる。アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーにおけるアルコキシシリル基は、アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーの主鎖と直接又は2価の連結基を介して結合することができる。上記2価の連結基は特に制限されない。
アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーが有するアルコキシシリル基は、トリアルコキシシリル基、ジアルコキシシリル基、モノアルコキシシリル基のいずれであってもよい。
アルコキシシリル基がジアルコキシシリル基又はモノアルコキシシリル基である場合、ジアルコキシシリル基等は、更に式:*-R-Xで表される変性基を有することができる。
上記変性基におけるXは、例えば、アミノ基、メルカプト基、エポキシ基、カルボキシ基、水酸基、N-トリアルキルシリル-イミノ基のような官能基を表す。Xは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アミノ基、又は、N-トリアルキルシリル-イミノ基であることが好ましい。N-トリアルキルシリル-イミノ基のケイ素原子に結合するアルキル基は特に制限されない。例えば、メチル基、エチル基のような炭素数1~10のアルキル基が挙げられる。
上記変性基におけるRは、2価の炭化水素基を表す。上記2価の炭化水素基としては、例えば、炭素数1~6のアルキレン基が挙げられる。
上記変性基における「*」は、結合位置を表す。上記式で表される変性基は、ジアルコキシシリル基等におけるケイ素原子と直接又は2価の連結基を介して結合することができる。上記2価の連結基は特に制限されない。
液状ポリマーは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、式:*-R-Xで表される変性基を有するジアルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーを含むことが好ましく、式:*-R-NH2又は*-R-NH-Si(アルキル)3で表される変性基を有するジアルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーを含むことがより好ましく、式:*-R-NH2又は*-R-NH-Si(アルキル)3で表される変性基を有するジアルコキシシリル変性液状ブタジエンゴムを含むことが更に好ましい。
アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーは、アルコキシシリル基を有する、液状のポリマーである。上記アルコキシシリル基におけるアルコキシ基としては、例えば、メトキシ基、エトキシ基が挙げられる。アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーにおけるアルコキシシリル基は、アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーの主鎖と直接又は2価の連結基を介して結合することができる。上記2価の連結基は特に制限されない。
アルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーが有するアルコキシシリル基は、トリアルコキシシリル基、ジアルコキシシリル基、モノアルコキシシリル基のいずれであってもよい。
アルコキシシリル基がジアルコキシシリル基又はモノアルコキシシリル基である場合、ジアルコキシシリル基等は、更に式:*-R-Xで表される変性基を有することができる。

液状ポリマーは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、式:*-R-Xで表される変性基を有するジアルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーを含むことが好ましく、式:*-R-NH2又は*-R-NH-Si(アルキル)3で表される変性基を有するジアルコキシシリル変性液状ポリマーを含むことがより好ましく、式:*-R-NH2又は*-R-NH-Si(アルキル)3で表される変性基を有するジアルコキシシリル変性液状ブタジエンゴムを含むことが更に好ましい。
液状ポリマーは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、液状ブタジエンゴムを含むことが好ましい。液状ブタジエンゴムは未変性の液状ブタジエンゴム又は変性された液状ブタジエンゴムのいずれであっても良く、両方を含んでもよい。
上記液状ポリマーの重量平均分子量(Mw)は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、3,000以上100,000未満であることが好ましく、5,000以上80,000未満であることがより好ましい。
〔熱可塑性樹脂〕
熱可塑性樹脂としては、例えば、クマロン系樹脂(例えば、クマロン樹脂、クマロン・インデン樹脂、クマロン・インデン・スチレン樹脂)、フェノール系樹脂(例えば、フェノール樹脂、フェノール・アセチレン樹脂、フェノール・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂)、キシレン系樹脂(例えば、キシレン樹脂、キシレン・アセチレン樹脂、キシレン・ホルムアルデヒド樹脂)、ロジン系樹脂(例えば、ロジン、ロジンエステル、水素添加ロジン誘導体)、テルペン系樹脂(例えば、テルペン樹脂、変性テルペン樹脂(芳香族変性テルペン樹脂等)、テルペンフェノール樹脂、水添テルペン樹脂、α-ピネン樹脂、β-ピネン樹脂、リモネン樹脂、水添リモネン樹脂、ジペンテン樹脂、テルペンスチレン樹脂)、スチレン系樹脂、石油系樹脂(例えば、C5/C9系樹脂、C9系樹脂、DCPD(ジシクロペンタジエン)系樹脂、DCPD/C9系樹脂、水添C5/C9系樹脂、水添C9系樹脂、水添DCPD系樹脂、水添DCPD/C9系樹脂)、脂肪族飽和炭化水素系樹脂等が挙げられる。

熱可塑性樹脂は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、テルペン系樹脂、C5/C9系樹脂、C9系樹脂、DCPD系樹脂、DCPD/C9系樹脂、水添C5/C9系樹脂、水添C9系樹脂、水添DCPD系樹脂、及び、水添DCPD/C9系樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むのが好ましい。
熱可塑性樹脂の軟化点は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、60~160℃であることが好ましい。軟化点は、JIS K6220-1:2015に準拠して測定できる。
〔好適な態様3〕
上述のゴム成分としてのジエン系ゴムは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、更に、SBR(スチレンブタジエンゴム)及び/又はBR(ブタジエンゴム)と液状ポリマーとの混合物を含むことが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
つまり、上述のゴム成分としてのジエン系ゴムが更にSBR及び/又はBRを含み、可塑剤が液状ポリマーを含む場合、上述のゴム成分としてのジエン系ゴムは、SBRの少なくとも一部もしくは全部、及び/又は、BRの少なくとも一部もしくは全部と、液状ポリマーの少なくとも一部もしくは全部とを予め混合した混合物を含むことが好ましく、
BRの全部と、液状ポリマーの少なくとも一部もしくは全部とを予め混合して得た混合物を含むことがより好ましい。
上記混合物は、25℃条件下で、固体状又は液状のいずれであってもよい。
上記混合物を得る方法は特に制限されない。例えば従来公知の混合方法が挙げられる。
上述のゴム成分としてのジエン系ゴムは、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、更に、SBR(スチレンブタジエンゴム)及び/又はBR(ブタジエンゴム)と液状ポリマーとの混合物を含むことが好ましい態様の1つとして挙げられる。
つまり、上述のゴム成分としてのジエン系ゴムが更にSBR及び/又はBRを含み、可塑剤が液状ポリマーを含む場合、上述のゴム成分としてのジエン系ゴムは、SBRの少なくとも一部もしくは全部、及び/又は、BRの少なくとも一部もしくは全部と、液状ポリマーの少なくとも一部もしくは全部とを予め混合した混合物を含むことが好ましく、
BRの全部と、液状ポリマーの少なくとも一部もしくは全部とを予め混合して得た混合物を含むことがより好ましい。
上記混合物は、25℃条件下で、固体状又は液状のいずれであってもよい。

可塑剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アロマオイル、ナフテンオイル及びパラフィンオイルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のオイルと、植物油、液状ポリマー及び熱可塑性樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種とを含むことが好ましく、
可塑剤が、アロマオイルと、植物油と、液状ポリマーと、熱可塑性樹脂とを含むことがより好ましく、

可塑剤が、変性液状ポリマーを含む場合(変性液状ポリマーが上記のように混合物になっている場合も含む)、変性液状ポリマーの含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、5質量部以上20質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以上15質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
可塑剤が、未変性の液状ポリマーを含む場合、未変性の液状ポリマーの含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、5質量部以上20質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以上15質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
可塑剤が、変性液状ポリマーを含む場合(変性液状ポリマーが上記のように混合物になっている場合も含む)、変性液状ポリマーの含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、5質量部以上20質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以上15質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
可塑剤が熱可塑性樹脂を含む場合、熱可塑性樹脂の含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部以上20質量部以下であることが好ましく、5質量部以上15質量部以下であることがより好ましい。
[4]任意成分
本発明の組成物は、必要に応じて、上述した成分以外の成分(任意成分)を含有してもよい。
そのような成分としては、例えば、シリカ以外の充填剤(好ましくは、カーボンブラック)、熱膨張性マイクロカプセル、シランカップリング剤、ステアリン酸、酸化亜鉛(亜鉛華)、老化防止剤、ワックス、加工助剤、熱硬化性樹脂、加硫剤(例えば、硫黄)、加硫促進剤(促進剤)、加硫活性剤などのゴム組成物に一般的に使用される各種添加剤などが挙げられる。
本発明の組成物は、必要に応じて、上述した成分以外の成分(任意成分)を含有してもよい。
そのような成分としては、例えば、シリカ以外の充填剤(好ましくは、カーボンブラック)、熱膨張性マイクロカプセル、シランカップリング剤、ステアリン酸、酸化亜鉛(亜鉛華)、老化防止剤、ワックス、加工助剤、熱硬化性樹脂、加硫剤(例えば、硫黄)、加硫促進剤(促進剤)、加硫活性剤などのゴム組成物に一般的に使用される各種添加剤などが挙げられる。
[シランカップリング剤]
本発明の組成物は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、シランカップリング剤を更に含有するのが好ましい。

シランカップリング剤は、加水分解性基および有機官能基を有するシラン化合物であれば特に制限されない。
上記加水分解性基は特に制限されないが、例えば、アルコキシ基、フェノキシ基、カルボキシル基、アルケニルオキシ基などが挙げられる。なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシ基であることが好ましい。加水分解性基がアルコキシ基である場合、アルコキシ基の炭素数は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、1~16であることが好ましく、1~4であることがより好ましい。炭素数1~4のアルコキシ基としては、例えば、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、プロポキシ基などが挙げられる。
上記加水分解性基は特に制限されないが、例えば、アルコキシ基、フェノキシ基、カルボキシル基、アルケニルオキシ基などが挙げられる。なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、アルコキシ基であることが好ましい。加水分解性基がアルコキシ基である場合、アルコキシ基の炭素数は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、1~16であることが好ましく、1~4であることがより好ましい。炭素数1~4のアルコキシ基としては、例えば、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、プロポキシ基などが挙げられる。
上記有機官能基は特に制限されないが、有機化合物と化学結合を形成し得る基であることが好ましく、例えば、エポキシ基、ビニル基、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基、アミノ基、スルフィド基、メルカプト基、ブロックメルカプト基(保護メルカプト基)(例えば、オクタノイルチオ基)などが挙げられ、なかでも、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、スルフィド基(特に、ジスルフィド基、テトラスルフィド基)、メルカプト基、ブロックメルカプト基が好ましい。
シランカップリング剤は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。

上記シランカップリング剤は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、硫黄含有シランカップリング剤であることが好ましい。
上記シランカップリング剤の具体例としては、ビス(3-トリエトキシシリルプロピル)テトラスルフィド、ビス(3-トリメトキシシリルプロピル)テトラスルフィド、ビス(3-トリエトキシシリルプロピル)ジスルフィド、メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-トリメトキシシリルプロピル-N,N-ジメチルチオカルバモイル-テトラスルフィド、トリメトキシシリルプロピル-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールテトラスルフィド、トリエトキシシリルプロピル-メタクリレート-モノスルフィド、ジメトキシメチルシリルプロピル-N,N-ジメチルチオカルバモイル-テトラスルフィド、3-オクタノイルチオ-1-プロピルトリエトキシシラン等が挙げられ、これらのうち1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を併用してもよい。
〔含有量〕
本発明の組成物において、シランカップリング剤の含有量は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、2~20質量部であることが好ましい。
本発明の組成物において、シランカップリング剤の含有量は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、2~20質量部であることが好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物において、シランカップリング剤の含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したシリカの含有量に対して、1~20質量%であることが好ましく、5~15質量%であることがより好ましい。
[カーボンブラック]
本発明の組成物は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、カーボンブラックを更に含有するのが好ましい。上記カーボンブラックは、1種のカーボンブラックを単独で用いても、2種以上のカーボンブラックを併用してもよい。
上記カーボンブラックは特に限定されず、例えば、SAF-HS、SAF、ISAF-HS、ISAF、ISAF-LS、IISAF-HS、HAF-HS、HAF、HAF-LS、FEF、GPF、SRF等の各種グレードのものを使用することができる。
本発明の組成物は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、カーボンブラックを更に含有するのが好ましい。上記カーボンブラックは、1種のカーボンブラックを単独で用いても、2種以上のカーボンブラックを併用してもよい。
上記カーボンブラックは特に限定されず、例えば、SAF-HS、SAF、ISAF-HS、ISAF、ISAF-LS、IISAF-HS、HAF-HS、HAF、HAF-LS、FEF、GPF、SRF等の各種グレードのものを使用することができる。
〔N2SA〕
上記カーボンブラックの窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、50~200m2/gであることが好ましく、70~150m2/gであることがより好ましい。
ここで、窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)は、カーボンブラック表面への窒素吸着量をJIS K6217-2:2001「第2部:比表面積の求め方-窒素吸着法-単点法」にしたがって測定した値である。
上記カーボンブラックの窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、50~200m2/gであることが好ましく、70~150m2/gであることがより好ましい。
ここで、窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)は、カーボンブラック表面への窒素吸着量をJIS K6217-2:2001「第2部:比表面積の求め方-窒素吸着法-単点法」にしたがって測定した値である。
〔含有量〕
本発明の組成物において、カーボンブラックの含有量は特に制限されないが、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~100質量部であることが好ましく、2~30質量部であることがより好ましい。

[加硫促進剤]
本発明の組成物は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、加硫促進剤を更に含有するのが好ましい。
加硫促進剤としては、例えば、スルフェンアミド系、チウラム系、グアニジン系等が挙げられる。
本発明の組成物は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、加硫促進剤を更に含有するのが好ましい。
加硫促進剤としては、例えば、スルフェンアミド系、チウラム系、グアニジン系等が挙げられる。
〔含有量〕
本発明の組成物において、加硫促進剤の含有量は、本発明の効果がより優れる理由から、上述したジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、1~10質量部であることが好ましく、2~8質量部であることがより好ましく、3~6質量部であることがさらに好ましい。

[5]タイヤ用ゴム組成物の調製方法
本発明の組成物の製造方法は特に限定されず、その具体例としては、例えば、上述した各成分を、公知の方法、装置(例えば、バンバリーミキサー、ニーダー、ロールなど)を用いて、混練する方法などが挙げられる。本発明の組成物が硫黄又は加硫促進剤を含有する場合は、硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の成分を先に高温(好ましくは100~160℃)で混合し、冷却してから、硫黄又は加硫促進剤を混合するのが好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物は、従来公知の加硫または架橋条件で加硫または架橋することができる。
本発明の組成物の製造方法は特に限定されず、その具体例としては、例えば、上述した各成分を、公知の方法、装置(例えば、バンバリーミキサー、ニーダー、ロールなど)を用いて、混練する方法などが挙げられる。本発明の組成物が硫黄又は加硫促進剤を含有する場合は、硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の成分を先に高温(好ましくは100~160℃)で混合し、冷却してから、硫黄又は加硫促進剤を混合するのが好ましい。
また、本発明の組成物は、従来公知の加硫または架橋条件で加硫または架橋することができる。
[II]タイヤ
本発明のタイヤは、上述した本発明の組成物を用いて製造されたタイヤである。本発明のタイヤは、空気入りタイヤであることが好ましく、空気、窒素等の不活性ガス及びその他の気体を充填することができる。

図2に、本発明のタイヤの実施態様の一例を表すタイヤの部分断面概略図を示す。ただし、本発明のタイヤは図2に示す態様に限定されるものではない。
図2において、符号1はビード部を表し、符号2はサイドウォール部を表し、符号3はタイヤトレッド部を表す。
また、左右一対のビード部1間においては、繊維コードが埋設されたカーカス層4が装架されており、このカーカス層4の端部はビードコア5及びビードフィラー6の廻りにタイヤ内側から外側に折り返されて巻き上げられている。
また、タイヤトレッド部3においては、カーカス層4の外側に、ベルト層7がタイヤ1周に亘って配置されている。
また、ビード部1においては、リムに接する部分にリムクッション8が配置されている。
なお、符号2~3、5~6及び8の少なくともいずれか(好ましくは符号3)は上述した本発明の組成物により形成されている。
また、左右一対のビード部1間においては、繊維コードが埋設されたカーカス層4が装架されており、このカーカス層4の端部はビードコア5及びビードフィラー6の廻りにタイヤ内側から外側に折り返されて巻き上げられている。

本発明のタイヤは、例えば、従来公知の方法に従って製造することができる。また、タイヤに充填する気体としては、通常のまたは酸素分圧を調整した空気の他、窒素、アルゴン、ヘリウムなどの不活性ガスを用いることができる。
以下、実施例により、本発明についてさらに詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
[共役ジエン系ゴムの合成]
以下のとおり、各共役ジエン系ゴムを合成した。

〔共役ジエン系ゴム4〕
<重合工程>
攪拌機付きオートクレーブに、窒素雰囲気下、シクロヘキサン1000g/h(時間)、テトラメチルエチレンジアミン0.023g/h、1,3-ブタジエン176.4g/h、1-ブテン0.406g/h、及びスチレン23.6g/hで仕込んだ後、n-ブチルリチウムを1.43mmol/hで連続的に加え、70℃で重合を開始した。重合が十分に安定したところで、1-(トリメトキシシリル)-4-ビニルベンゼン(分岐化剤)を0.02g/hで添加し、撹拌して反応させた。なお、分岐化剤は上述した特定分岐化剤に該当する。
<重合工程>
攪拌機付きオートクレーブに、窒素雰囲気下、シクロヘキサン1000g/h(時間)、テトラメチルエチレンジアミン0.023g/h、1,3-ブタジエン176.4g/h、1-ブテン0.406g/h、及びスチレン23.6g/hで仕込んだ後、n-ブチルリチウムを1.43mmol/hで連続的に加え、70℃で重合を開始した。重合が十分に安定したところで、1-(トリメトキシシリル)-4-ビニルベンゼン(分岐化剤)を0.02g/hで添加し、撹拌して反応させた。なお、分岐化剤は上述した特定分岐化剤に該当する。
<変性工程>
反応器出口から流出した溶液に、ビス(3-トリメトキシシリルプロピル)-[3-(2,2-ジメトキシ-1-アザ-2-シラシクロペンタン)プロピル]アミン(変性剤)を0.08g/hで添加し、撹拌して反応させた。
反応器出口から流出した溶液に、ビス(3-トリメトキシシリルプロピル)-[3-(2,2-ジメトキシ-1-アザ-2-シラシクロペンタン)プロピル]アミン(変性剤)を0.08g/hで添加し、撹拌して反応させた。
その後、重合停止剤として、メタノールを添加して、共役ジエン系ゴムを含有する溶液を得た。
得られた溶液に、老化防止剤として、イルガノックス1520L(BASF社製)を、共役ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1.14質量部添加した後、スチームストリッピングにより溶媒を除去し、60℃で24時間真空乾燥して、固形状の共役ジエン系ゴムを得た。得られた共役ジエン系ゴムを共役ジエン系ゴム4とも言う。
共役ジエン系ゴム4は、ブタジエンとスチレンと分岐化剤との共重合体である共役ジエン系重合体と変性剤との反応物であり、変性剤に由来する、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基(特定変性基)を有する変性共役ジエン系ゴムである。

〔重量平均分子量、重量平均固有粘度、スチレン量、ビニル量、ガラス転移温度〕
上述のとおり合成した共役ジエン系ゴム(共役ジエン系ゴム4、5、共役ジエン系ゴム(比較)2、3)について、Mw、Mw10%、IVw、IVw10%、St、Vn、St+Vnを表2に示す。また、共役ジエン系ゴム1(比較)として使用されたNS612(これについては後述する)についても同様に表2に示す。
なお、表2中、式(1)の「右辺」は、式(1)の右辺である「3.1×10-6×Mw10%-2.77」の値を表す。式(1)の「左辺」は「4.7」となる。

表2に示されるとおり、共役ジエン系ゴム1、2(比較)は式(2)を満たすものの式(1)を満たさないため、上述した特定共役ジエン系ゴムに該当しない。
共役ジエン系ゴム3(比較)は式(1)を満たすものの式(2)を満たさないため、上述した特定共役ジエン系ゴムに該当しない。
なお、上述のとおり、共役ジエン系ゴム2、3(比較)は特定変性基を有する変性共役ジエン系ゴムである。
表2に示されるとおり、共役ジエン系ゴム1、2(比較)は式(2)を満たすものの式(1)を満たさないため、上述した特定共役ジエン系ゴムに該当しない。
共役ジエン系ゴム3(比較)は式(1)を満たすものの式(2)を満たさないため、上述した特定共役ジエン系ゴムに該当しない。
なお、上述のとおり、共役ジエン系ゴム2、3(比較)は特定変性基を有する変性共役ジエン系ゴムである。
[タイヤ用ゴム組成物の調製]
下記表3~4の各成分を同表に示す組成(質量部)で混合した。
具体的には、まず、表3~4中の硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の成分を1.8Lの密閉型混合機で160℃以下の条件下で5分間混合し、マスターバッチを放出した。その後、上記マスターバッチに硫黄及び加硫促進剤を加えてオープンロールを用いて100℃以下の条件下で混合して、各タイヤ用ゴム組成物を製造した。
下記表3~4の各成分を同表に示す組成(質量部)で混合した。
具体的には、まず、表3~4中の硫黄及び加硫促進剤以外の成分を1.8Lの密閉型混合機で160℃以下の条件下で5分間混合し、マスターバッチを放出した。その後、上記マスターバッチに硫黄及び加硫促進剤を加えてオープンロールを用いて100℃以下の条件下で混合して、各タイヤ用ゴム組成物を製造した。
[タイヤの作製]
得られた各タイヤ用ゴム組成物をタイヤのトレッド部に用いて、タイヤサイズ245/40R19で各試験タイヤを作製した。

[評価]
得られた各タイヤ用ゴム組成物、各試験タイヤについて以下の評価を行った。

〔氷上性能〕
氷上路面のテストコースを走向し、専門のテストドライバーが制駆動性能やレーンチェンジ性能、コーナリング性能などに関してフィーリング評価を行う。この評価は、標準例を基準(100)とした指数評価が行われる。この評価は、指数が高いほど氷上性能が優れていることを示している。

〔ウェット性能〕
ウェット制動試験は、撒水したアスファルト路面上で初速度100km/hからの制動距離を測定した。なお、距離の逆数を標準例を100として指数化して表3~4に示した。
本発明においては、指数が100超であった場合、ウェット性能が優れるものとする。数値がより大きいもの程ウェット性能がより優れることを示す。

〔グリーン強度〕
得られた各ゴム組成物(未加硫)を用い、JIS K6251:2017に準拠し、JIS3号ダンベル型試験片(厚さ2mm)を打ち抜き、温度20℃、引張り速度500mm/分の条件で300%モジュラスを測定した。なお、300%モジュラスを標準例を100として指数化して表3~4に示した。
本発明においては、指数が100超であった場合、グリーン強度が優れるものとする。数値がより大きいもの程グリーン強度がより優れることを示す。
得られた各ゴム組成物(未加硫)を用い、JIS K6251:2017に準拠し、JIS3号ダンベル型試験片(厚さ2mm)を打ち抜き、温度20℃、引張り速度500mm/分の条件で300%モジュラスを測定した。なお、300%モジュラスを標準例を100として指数化して表3~4に示した。
本発明においては、指数が100超であった場合、グリーン強度が優れるものとする。数値がより大きいもの程グリーン強度がより優れることを示す。

可塑剤含有BR2は、25℃条件下で固体状のBR(商品名NIPOL BR 1220、日本ゼオン社製)100質量部に対し、25℃条件下で液状(低分子量)であり、かつ、アミノプロピルジメトキシシリル基で変性されたBRを40質量部で混合することによって製造された。
アミノプロピルジメトキシシリル基で変性された液状BRの製造方法は以下のとおりである。
十分に乾燥した5Lオートクレーブを窒素置換し、ヘキサン4,100g及びn-ブチルリチウム(1.60mol/Lヘキサン溶液)92mL、2,2-ジ(2-テトラヒドロフリル)プロパン0.25mLを仕込み、攪拌条件下、ブタジエン762gを逐次添加して、室温で1時間重合した。その後N-トリメチルシリル-1,1-ジメトキシ-2-アザシラシクロペンタンを59g添加して重合反応を停止させ、重合体溶液を得た。得られた溶液を取り出し、減圧下で濃縮した。その濃縮溶液をメタノール(5.0L)に流し込み、メタノール不溶成分を分離することで変性液状ポリマーを得た。得られた変性ポリマーの重量平均分子量は9,500であった。得られた変性液状ポリマーは、アミノプロピルジメトキシシリル基としてのN-トリメチルシリル-3-イミノプロピルジメトキシシリル基を有し、かつ、25℃条件下で液状であるBRである。
・可塑剤含有BR2:アミノプロピルジメトキシシリル基で変性された液状BRで伸展されたBR。

表3~4から分かるように、特定の量の特定共役ジエン系ゴムと特定の量のシリカと特定の量の可塑剤(C)とを含有する実施例1~10はいずれも、優れた、氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
実施例1~2の対比(ゴム成分の種類のみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、実施例1は、実施例2よりも、より優れた、氷上性能及び雪上性能を示した。IVw10%及びMw10%がより高い特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含む実施例2は、実施例1よりも、より優れたグリーン強度を示した。
また、実施例1と実施例3、4、7との対比(可塑剤(C)の種類のみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、可塑剤(C)が液状ポリマー又は植物系オイルを含有する実施例3、4は、実施例1よりも、より優れた、氷上性能及び雪上性能を示した。実施例3は、より優れたグリーン強度も示した。可塑剤(C)が熱可塑性樹脂を含有する実施例7は、実施例1よりも、より優れた、ウェット性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
また、本発明の組成物がその他のゴム成分としてBRを含有する場合、実施例1と実施例5、8との対比(BRが液状ポリマーとの混合物であるか否かのみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、BRが液状ポリマーとの混合物である実施例5、8は、より優れた、氷上性能、雪上性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
また、実施例3と実施例9との対比(液状ポリマーが未変性か変性されているかが異なる態様同士の対比)から、変性された液状ポリマーを含有する実施例9は、より優れた氷上性能を示した。
また、本発明の組成物がその他のジエン系ゴムとしてBRを含有し、上記BRが液状ポリマーとの混合物である場合、実施例5と実施例8との対比(液状ポリマーが未変性か変性されているかが異なる態様同士の対比)から、変性された液状ポリマーを含有する実施例8は、より優れた、氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
また、実施例1と実施例6との対比(エピクロルヒドリンのみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、エピクロルヒドリンを更に含有する実施例6は、より優れた氷上性能を示した。
また、実施例1~10のなかで、可塑剤として植物油、熱可塑性樹脂を含み、その他のジエン系ゴムとしてBRを含有し、上記BRが変性液状ポリマーとの混合物である実施例10が、氷上性能、雪上性能、及びグリーン強度が最も優れた。
実施例1~2の対比(ゴム成分の種類のみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、実施例1は、実施例2よりも、より優れた、氷上性能及び雪上性能を示した。IVw10%及びMw10%がより高い特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含む実施例2は、実施例1よりも、より優れたグリーン強度を示した。
また、実施例1と実施例3、4、7との対比(可塑剤(C)の種類のみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、可塑剤(C)が液状ポリマー又は植物系オイルを含有する実施例3、4は、実施例1よりも、より優れた、氷上性能及び雪上性能を示した。実施例3は、より優れたグリーン強度も示した。可塑剤(C)が熱可塑性樹脂を含有する実施例7は、実施例1よりも、より優れた、ウェット性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
また、本発明の組成物がその他のゴム成分としてBRを含有する場合、実施例1と実施例5、8との対比(BRが液状ポリマーとの混合物であるか否かのみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、BRが液状ポリマーとの混合物である実施例5、8は、より優れた、氷上性能、雪上性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
また、実施例3と実施例9との対比(液状ポリマーが未変性か変性されているかが異なる態様同士の対比)から、変性された液状ポリマーを含有する実施例9は、より優れた氷上性能を示した。
また、本発明の組成物がその他のジエン系ゴムとしてBRを含有し、上記BRが液状ポリマーとの混合物である場合、実施例5と実施例8との対比(液状ポリマーが未変性か変性されているかが異なる態様同士の対比)から、変性された液状ポリマーを含有する実施例8は、より優れた、氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能及びグリーン強度を示した。
また、実施例1と実施例6との対比(エピクロルヒドリンのみが異なる態様同士の対比)から、エピクロルヒドリンを更に含有する実施例6は、より優れた氷上性能を示した。
また、実施例1~10のなかで、可塑剤として植物油、熱可塑性樹脂を含み、その他のジエン系ゴムとしてBRを含有し、上記BRが変性液状ポリマーとの混合物である実施例10が、氷上性能、雪上性能、及びグリーン強度が最も優れた。
一方、特定共役ジエン系ゴムの代わりに共役ジエン系ゴム1(比較)を含む標準例、特定共役ジエン系ゴムの代わりに特定共役ジエン系ゴム以外の変性ジエン系ゴムである共役ジエン系ゴム2又は3(比較)を含む比較例1、2、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対する可塑剤(C)の含有量が30質量部に満たない比較例3、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対する可塑剤(C)の含有量が80質量部を超える比較例4、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対するシリカの含有量が30質量部に満たない比較例5、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対するシリカの含有量が90質量部を超える比較例6、特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含有するもののジエン系ゴム中のその含有量が15質量%以下である比較例7、及び、特定共役ジエン系ゴムを含有するもののジエン系ゴム中のその含有量が50質量%を超える比較例8は、氷上性能、雪上性能、ウェット性能及びグリーン強度のうち少なくとも1つが不十分であった。

Claims (9)
- 変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)を含むジエン系ゴムと、シリカ(B)と、可塑剤(C)とを含有し、
前記変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)が、下記式(1)及び下記式(2)を満たし、且つ、窒素原子、ケイ素原子及びそれに隣接する酸素原子を含む変性基を有する、共役ジエン系ゴムであり、
前記ジエン系ゴム中の前記変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)の割合が、15質量%を超えて50質量%以下であり、
前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対する前記シリカ(B)の含有量が、30質量部以上90質量部以下であり、
前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対する前記可塑剤(C)の含有量が、30質量部以上80質量部以下である、タイヤ用ゴム組成物。

式(1)中のMw10%及びIVw10%については以下のとおりである。
変性共役ジエン系ゴムについて示差屈折率検出器及び粘度検出器を検出器とするゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー測定を行う。示差屈折率検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均分子量をMw10%とする。また、粘度検出器によるクロマトグラムのピークのうち、ピーク全体の面積の10%の面積となる高分子量側の部分を用いて求められた重量平均固有粘度をIVw10%とする。ただし、重量平均固有粘度の単位はdL/gである。
式(2)中、Stは、変性共役ジエン系ゴム全体に対するスチレンに由来する繰り返し単位の割合(質量%)を表し、Vnは、変性共役ジエン系ゴム全体に対する共役ジエンに由来する1,2-ビニル構造の繰り返し単位の割合(質量%)を表す。 - 前記変性共役ジエン系ゴム(A1)が、
3分岐以上の星形構造を有し、前記星形構造の少なくとも1つの分岐鎖がアルコキシシリル基又はハロシリル基を含むビニル系単量体に由来する部分を有し、
前記部分において、さらなる主鎖分岐構造を有する、請求項1に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。 - 前記可塑剤(C)が、オイル、液状ポリマー及び熱可塑性樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記可塑剤(C)が、液状ポリマー及び植物系オイルからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部以上含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ジエン系ゴムは、更に、SBR及び/又はBRと液状ポリマーとの混合物を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記混合物に含まれる前記液状ポリマーは、変性された液状ポリマーを含む、請求項5に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 更にエピクロルヒドリンゴムを含有し、上記エピクロルヒドリンゴムの含有量が前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部以上25質量部以下である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記可塑剤(C)が熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記熱可塑性樹脂の含有量が前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して1質量部以上20質量部以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物を用いて製造された、タイヤ。
