本公开涉及电动阀结构技术领域,具体地,涉及一种电动阀的阀芯组件、电动阀、热管理系统及车辆。
电动阀通过驱动件控制阀杆移动以实现控制流路的导通或截断,为限制阀杆的移动范围,在相关技术中通常设置有止转件和用于止挡止转件的抵接部,具体地,驱动件与止转件连接,从而在驱动件带动阀杆运动的过程中带动止转件一同运动,当止转件与抵接部抵顶时,驱动件的运动被限制,从而进而限制阀杆的移动范围。而在止转件与抵接部抵接的过程中,止转件容易因速度过大而与抵接部发生较大冲击,从而产生噪音,使电动阀内部产生异响,影响使用体验。
发明内容
本公开的目的是提供一种电动阀的阀芯组件、电动阀、热管理系统及车辆,以解决上述相关技术中的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本公开第一方面提供一种电动阀的阀芯组件,所述阀芯组件包括阀芯本体和止转件,所述阀芯本体用于供电动阀的阀杆穿过,所述止转件用于与驱动所述阀杆移动的驱动件连接,所述阀芯本体的外周面上形成有螺旋限位槽和抵接部,所述螺旋限位槽与所述止转件导向配合,所述抵接部用于止挡所述止转件;
所述螺旋限位槽包括第一槽段和第二槽段,所述第二槽段的槽宽小于所述第一槽段的槽宽,所述第二槽段位于所述第一槽段与所述抵接部之间。
可选地,所述第二槽段包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分位于所述第一槽段与所述第二部分之间,沿从所述第一槽段到所述第二部分的方向,所述第一部分的槽宽
逐渐减小。
可选地,所述第一槽段具有相对的两个第一侧槽壁,所述第二槽段具有相对的两个第二侧槽壁,所述第二侧槽壁沿所述阀芯本体的径向向外凸出于所述第一侧槽壁。
可选地,两个所述第二侧槽壁远离所述第一槽段的一端连接于所述抵接部。

通过上述技术方案,阀芯组件中的第二槽段能够对止转件起到更紧密的夹持作用,可以降低止转件在第二槽段内移动时的晃动幅度或者串动幅度,从而降低止转件在第二槽段内产生的噪音,提高止转件在第二槽段内移动的稳定性。第二槽段还能够对驱动件的移动起到降速缓冲作用,在止转件朝向于抵接部移动并与其抵接之前,止转件穿过第二槽段并在第二槽段中减速移动以实现缓冲,使得止转件与抵接部发生抵接时具有较小的速度,从而有效降低止转件与抵接部抵接时的碰撞噪音。

在本公开中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上、下、左、右”通常是附图的图面的方向定义的。“内、外”是指相关零部件的内、外。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于区分描述,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本公开的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
相关技术中,电动阀通常是指电动驱动阀芯运动以封堵或者打开阀口的阀结构,例如电磁阀。电动阀通常包括驱动件、阀杆以及与阀杆连接的阀针,驱动件在驱动机构的作用下(例如线圈组件驱动磁转子转动)能够带动阀杆转动,以驱动阀针靠近或者远离阀口,从而实现对阀口的封堵或者打开。在上述过程中,电动阀内通常需要设置止转件以及抵接部以对驱动件或螺杆的行程实现相应的限位,避免其运动超过行程范围而对电动阀的功能性造成影响。相关技术中,电动阀内通常设置有与驱动件连接的止转件,止转件在跟随驱动件移动的行程中能够与抵接部配合,以限制驱动件的进一步运动。然而,在止转件与抵接部抵接的过程中容易与抵接部发生较大撞击,从而产生碰撞噪音,使得电动阀内部产生异响,影响使用体验。
有鉴于此,如图1至图6所示,本公开第一方面提供了一种电动阀100的阀芯组件10,该阀芯组件10包括阀芯本体1和止转件2,阀芯本体1用于供电动阀100的阀杆3穿过,止转件2用于与驱动阀杆3移动的驱动件4连接,阀芯本体1的外周面上形成有螺旋限位槽11和抵接部14,螺旋限位槽11与止转件2导向配合,抵接部14用于止挡止转件2,螺旋限位槽11包括第一槽段12和第二槽段13,第二槽段13的槽宽小于第一槽段12的槽宽,第二槽段13位于第一槽段12与抵接部14之间。
上述的阀芯组件10应用于电动阀100中,阀芯本体1可以用于供电动阀100的阀杆3穿过,电动阀100的驱动件4连接于阀杆3和止转件2,螺旋限位槽11与止转件2导向配合,驱动件4可以驱动阀杆3移动,并同时带动止转件2沿螺旋限位槽11运动。需要说明的是,止转件2与螺旋限位槽11导向配合,即止转件2可以在螺旋限位槽11的导向作用下沿螺旋限位槽11的延伸方向移动,由于螺旋限位槽11是形成在阀芯本体1的外周面上的螺旋形的槽,止转件2沿螺旋限位槽11的延伸方向移动的同时,止转件2
也围绕阀芯本体1转动。螺旋限位槽11包括第一槽段12和第二槽段13,第二槽段13的槽宽小于第一槽段12的槽宽,需要说明的是,第一槽段12的槽宽是指形成第一槽段12的两个槽壁之间的距离,例如,第一槽段12具有相对的两个第一侧槽壁121,两个第一侧槽壁121之间直线距离即为第一槽段12的槽宽。同理,第二槽段13的槽宽指形成第二槽段13的两个槽壁之间的距离。
由于第二槽段13的槽宽小于第一槽段12的槽宽,当止转件2从第一槽段12移动至第二槽段13内时,第二槽段13能够对止转件2起到更紧密的夹持作用,可以降低止转件2在第二槽段13内移动时的晃动幅度或者串动幅度,从而降低止转件2在第二槽段13内产生的噪音,提高止转件2的移动稳定性。并且,由于第二槽段13的槽宽较小,止转件2在第二槽段13内移动时更容易与第二槽段13的槽壁发生摩擦,因此,止转件2在第二槽段13内移动所受到的阻力大于止转件2在第一槽段12内移动所受到的阻力,第二槽段13能够对止转件2的移动起到降速缓冲作用。而第二槽段13位于第一槽段12与抵接部14之间,在止转件2朝向于抵接部14移动并与抵接部14接触之前,止转件2先穿过第二槽段13,第二槽段13对止转件2起到降速缓冲作用,使得止转件2与抵接部14发生抵接时具有较小的速度,从而有效降低止转件2与抵接部14抵接时的碰撞噪音。
通过上述技术方案,阀芯组件10中的第二槽段13能够对止转件2起到更紧密的夹持作用,可以降低止转件2在第二槽段13内移动时的晃动幅度或者串动幅度,从而降低止转件2在第二槽段13内产生的噪音,提高止转件2在第二槽段13内移动的稳定性。第二槽段13还能够对驱动件4的移动起到降速缓冲作用,在止转件2朝向于抵接部14移动并与其抵接之前,止转件2穿过第二槽段13并在第二槽段13中减速移动以实现缓冲,使得止转件2与抵接部14发生抵接时具有较小的速度,从而有效降低止转件2与抵接部14抵接时的碰撞噪音。
需要说明的是,上述的止转件2与驱动件4连接,指的是止转件2与驱动件4可以通过焊接、粘接或卡接等方式固定连接,或者,上述的止转件2也可以与驱动件4抵接,即,止转件2和驱动件4之间没有固定连接关系,而是通过抵接的方式实现可选择性分离的连接,本公开对于止转件2与驱动件4之间的具体连接方式不做限制。上述的第二槽段13位于第一槽段12与抵接部14之间,具体是指,第一槽段12、第二槽段13与抵接部14在螺旋限位槽11的螺旋延伸方向上依次排列,使得止转件2在螺旋限位槽11导向配合的作用下活动时,能够依次经过第一槽段12和第二槽段13以与抵接部14实现抵
接。
此外,上述的螺旋限位槽11可以形成为连续的螺旋限位槽11,或者,螺旋限位槽11也可以形成为非连续性的螺旋限位槽11,在该实施例中,如图1所示,螺旋限位槽11可以包括沿延伸方向间隔设置的多个槽体部,多个槽体部在阀芯本体1的外周面上呈螺旋方式排列以构成螺旋限位槽11,第一槽段12可以包括该多个槽体部中的一者或多者,或者,第一槽段12可以为槽体部中的一部分,同理,第二槽段13可以包括多个槽体部中的一者或多者,或者,第一槽段12可以为槽体部中的一部分,例如,如图2所示,槽体部的远离抵接部14的一端构成为第一槽段12的部分结构,槽体部的靠近抵接部的一端为第二槽段13。本公开对于螺旋限位槽11的具体构成不做限制。对于螺旋限位槽11为非连续性的螺旋限位槽11的情况而言,可以理解的是,当止转件2在螺旋限位槽11内运动时,可以是部分止转件2在螺旋限位槽11的槽体部内。
上述的抵接部14用于止挡止转件2,抵接部14可以位于螺旋限位槽11在螺旋延伸方向上的端部,抵接部14可以与螺旋限位槽11的端部连接,或者,抵接部14也可以与螺旋限位槽11的端部间隔设置,即,抵接部14可以与螺旋限位槽11的端部之间具有间隙。如图1所示,抵接部14可以为两个,两个抵接部14可以分别位于螺旋限位槽11在螺旋延伸方向上的两端。
本公开提供的阀芯组件10应用于电动阀100,这里的电动阀100可以为电动开关阀或者流量调节阀等,本公开对于电动阀100的具体类型不做限制。电动阀100内的驱动件4可以为磁转子41或者螺纹套筒等任意结构,作为一种示例性实施方式,驱动件4可以为磁转子41,磁转子41可以在线圈组件的驱动下转动,以带动阀杆3转动。而阀芯本体1用于供电动阀100的阀杆3穿过,阀芯本体1可以形成有用于供阀杆3穿过的安装孔,可选地,安装孔的内部至少部分形成有螺纹段,阀杆3的外周面可以形成有外螺纹,阀杆3穿设于安装孔内且与安装孔螺纹连接,在磁转子41驱动阀杆3转动的过程中,阀杆3同时也会相对于阀芯本体1发生轴向的移动。对于电动阀100的运行原理以及具体结构,本领域技术人员可以通过相关技术实现,本公开对此不做具体限定。
在上述实施例中,止转件2在螺旋限位槽11内可移动,即,螺旋限位槽11的槽宽大于止转件2位于螺旋限位槽11内的部分的厚度,这里的螺旋限位槽11的槽宽与止转件2的厚度为同一方向,从而允许止转件2能够实现沿螺旋限位槽11的移动。因此,第一槽段12的槽宽大于止转件2位于第一槽段12内的部分的厚度,第二槽段13的槽宽大
于止转件2位于第二槽段13内的部分的厚度。在一种示例性实施方式中,如图3所示,第二槽段13的槽宽可以为W1所示出的尺寸,止转件2位于第二槽段13内的部分的厚度可以为W2所示出的尺寸。
如图3所示,可选地,第二槽段13的槽宽与止转件2位于第二槽段13内的部分的厚度的差值可以小于或等于0.1mm,第二槽段13的槽宽(参考图3中的W1所示)与止转件2位于第二槽段13内的部分的厚度(参考图3中的W2所示)的方向为同一方向,如图3所示,第二槽段13的槽宽的方向和止转件2位于第二槽段13内的部分的厚度的方向均与阀芯本体1的轴向平行,即W1与W2的差值可以小于或等于0.1mm,在该实施例中,第二槽段13的槽壁与止转件2之间的间隙小,第二槽段13能够对止转件2起到良好而紧密的夹持作用,且止转件2在第二槽段13内移动时更易与第二槽段13的槽壁接触以发生摩擦,止转件2在第二槽段13内移动所受到的阻力大,第二槽段13能够对止转件2的移动起到良好的降速缓冲作用,从而更有效地降低止转件2移动所产生的噪音。
在一种示例性实施方式中,可选地,第二槽段13可以包括第一部分131和第二部分132,第一部分131位于第一槽段12与第二部分132之间,沿从第一槽段12到第二部分132的方向,第一部分131的槽宽逐渐减小,第一部分131能够对止转件2起到导向作用,使得止转件2从第一槽段12进入第二槽段13的过程更加平缓,进一步降低噪音。在该实施例中,可选地,第一部分131与第一槽段12的连接处可以平滑过渡,即,第一部分131靠近第一槽段12的端部的槽宽可以与第一槽段12的槽宽相同。可选地,第二部分132的各个位置的槽宽可以相同,或者,沿从第一槽段12到抵接部14的方向,第二部分132的槽宽可以逐渐减小。
如图2所示,可选地,第一槽段12具有相对的两个第一侧槽壁121,第二槽段13具有相对的两个第二侧槽壁133,第二侧槽壁133可以沿阀芯本体1的径向向外凸出于第一侧槽壁121,由于第二侧槽壁133在阀芯本体1的径向具有更大的面积,两个第二侧槽壁133能够更稳定地夹持在止转件2的两侧,具有良好的限位作用,有利于降低止转件2在第二槽段13中产生晃动、串动或者移位的可能性,从而进一步降低噪音。
在上述实施例中,如图3和图4所示,可选地,两个第二侧槽壁133远离第一槽段12的一端可以连接于抵接部14,即,两个第二侧槽壁133与抵接部14能够构成一个槽状结构,止转件2移动与抵接部14相互抵接的位置时,抵接部14能够限制止转件2的
进一步移动,而两个第二侧槽壁133能够夹持在止转件2的两侧,两个第二侧槽壁133与抵接部14能够共同对止转件2起到良好的限位作用。
可选地,沿阀芯本体1的径向向外远离阀芯本体1的方向,两个第二侧槽壁133朝向于彼此的内表面之间的间距可以逐渐减小,使得两个第二侧槽壁133朝向于彼此的内表面能够对止转件2起到更好的夹持、限位作用,并防止止转件2向外脱出于第二槽段13。
为了便于止转件2与螺旋限位槽11配合,止转件2可以形成为环形结构。如图2至图5所示,可选地,止转件2可以包括环状主体部21和连接部22,环状主体部21可移动地设置在螺旋限位槽11内,连接部22的一端连接于环状主体部21,连接部22的另一端向外伸出于螺旋限位槽11并用于与驱动件4连接,至少部分连接部22能够在止转件2与抵接部14抵顶时位于第二槽段13内。如图2所示,环状主体部21可以套接在阀芯本体1的外侧并设置在螺旋限位槽11内,连接部22连接在环状主体部21和驱动件4之间,由于驱动件4通过止转件2的连接部22带动止转件2整体移动,连接部22上受到的驱动力相比于环状主体部21更大,也更容易产生晃动或者移位,而在止转件2与抵接部14抵顶时,至少部分连接部22能够位于第二槽段13内,保证连接部22能够受到第二槽段13的缓冲限位作用,降低连接部22在受力过程中产生的晃动或者移位的幅度,从而有效降低止转件2产生的噪音。
在上述实施例中,连接部22可以连接于环状主体部21的端部,或者,连接部22也可以连接于环状主体部21的中部。此外,连接部22可以为一个或者多个,作为一种示例性实施例,连接部22可以为两个并分别连接于环状主体部21的两个端部。在连接部22连接于环状主体部21的端部的实施例中,如图5所示,可选地,连接部22可以包括弧形过渡段221和延伸段222,弧形过渡段221的一端与环状主体部21靠近抵接部14的端部连接,延伸段222从弧形过渡段221的另一端朝向远离螺旋限位槽11的方向延伸,至少部分弧形过渡段221能够在连接部22与抵接部14抵顶时位于第二槽段13内,连接部22通过弧形过渡段221能够与环状主体部21平滑连接,弧形过渡段221能够具有良好的传力性能,弧形过渡段221受到第二槽段13的限位作用,能够为环状主体部21与延伸段222均提供限位的作用力,从而保证止转件2具有良好的稳定性。
可选地,抵接部14包括抵接件和缓冲件,在止转件2与抵接部14抵接时,缓冲件可以位于抵接件和止转件2之间,例如,缓冲件可以为垫片或者弹片等。缓冲件位于抵
接件和止转件2之间,可以对止转件2朝向于抵接件运动的冲击力进行缓冲,从而降低止转件2与抵接部14抵接时产生的噪音。
可选地,抵接部14可以包括设置在螺旋限位槽11的一端的第一抵接部141和设置在螺旋限位槽11的另一端的第二抵接部142。其中,第二槽段13可以位于第一抵接部141与第一槽段12之间,或者,第二槽段13可以位于第二抵接部142与第一槽段12之间,或者,第一抵接部141与第一槽段12之间以及第二抵接部142与第一槽段12之间分别设置有一个第二槽段13。
作为一种示例性实施方式,可选地,抵接部14可以包括设置在螺旋限位槽11的第一端的第一抵接部141和设置在螺旋限位槽11的第二端的第二抵接部142,螺旋限位槽11包括两个第二槽段13,两个第二槽段13中的一个第二槽段13位于第一抵接部141与第一槽段12的第一端之间,以降低止转件2与第一抵接部141抵接时产生的噪音,两个第二槽段13中的另一个第二槽段13位于第二抵接部142和第一槽段12的第二端之间,以降低止转件2与第二抵接部142抵接时产生的噪音。
作为另一种示例性实施方式,可选地,止转件2可以为弹性材料制成,例如弹片或者弹簧等,即止转件2可以通过自身的弹性形变对受到的外力进行缓冲。在该实施例中,作为一种示例性实施方式,第二槽段13可以位于第一槽段12的一端与第一抵接部141之间,第二抵接部142位于第一槽段12的另一端,即第二抵接部142直接连接于第一槽段12。在上述实施例中,如图1至图3所示,当止转件2朝向于第一抵接部141移动时,止转件2能够受到第二槽段13的夹持和缓冲作用,能够降低止转件2与第一抵接部141接触所产生的异响。如图4所示,当止转件2抵接于第二抵接部142时,由于止转件2由弹性材料制成,止转件2产生弹性形变的过程中能够缓冲撞击过程中产生的噪音,从而降低止转件2与第二抵接部142接触所产生的异响。
如图6所示,本公开第二方面提供了一种电动阀100,该电动阀100包括阀杆3、驱动件4和上述的电动阀100的阀芯组件10,阀杆3穿过阀芯组件10的阀芯本体1,驱动件4与阀杆3连接并用于驱动阀杆3移动,止转件2连接于驱动件4。
在上述的电动阀100中,阀芯组件10中的第二槽段13能够对止转件2起到夹持作用,降低止转件2在第二槽段13内移动时的晃动幅度或者串动幅度,从而降低止转件2在第二槽段13内产生的噪音。第二槽段13还能够对驱动件4的移动起到降速缓冲作用,使得止转件2与抵接部14发生抵接时具有较小的速度,从而有效降低止转件2与抵接部
14抵接时的碰撞噪音。由此可见,上述的电动阀100在使用过程中的噪音更小,具有更良好的用户体验。
可选地,阀芯本体1与阀杆3之间螺纹配合,这样,当驱动件4可以驱动阀杆3转动,由于阀芯本体1与阀杆3之间螺纹配合,当阀杆3转动时会沿着阀芯本体1的轴向移动。
对于上述的电动阀100的运行原理以及具体结构,本领域技术人员可以通过相关技术实现,本公开对此不做具体限定。作为一种示例性实施方式,如图6和图7所示,可选地,驱动件4可以包括磁转子41,磁转子41套设在阀芯本体1的外部并能够相对于阀芯本体1转动,磁转子41的内顶壁或者内侧壁形成有凸出部411,凸出部411与止转件2连接,以带动止转件2在螺旋限位槽11内运动。
在上述实施例中,电动阀100还可以包括线圈组件,线圈组件可以套设在磁转子41的外侧并驱动磁转子41转动。作为一种示例性实施方式,阀芯本体1连接于阀座6,阀芯本体1可以形成有用于供阀杆3穿过的安装孔,安装孔的内部至少部分形成有螺纹段,阀杆3的外周面可以形成有外螺纹,阀杆3穿设于安装孔内且与安装孔螺纹连接,在磁转子41驱动阀杆3转动的过程中,阀杆3同时也会相对于阀芯本体1发生轴向的移动。阀杆3位于阀芯本体1内的端部可以连接于阀针5,阀针5与阀座6上形成的阀口61配合,阀杆3发生轴向的移动的同时会驱动阀针5靠近或者远离阀口61,以封堵或者打开阀口61,实现电动阀100控制流路开关或者控制流量的功能。
本公开第三方面提供一种热管理系统,包括上述的电动阀100。该热管理系统可以为设备换热系统、空调系统、车辆的空调热管理系统、电池热管理系统或者电机电控热管理系统等,本公开对于热管理系统的类型和应用场景不做具体限制。上述的电动阀100应用于热管理系统内,电动阀100可以用于调节制冷剂或者冷却液的通流、断流或者用于调节流道内的液体流量等,本公开对于电动阀100在热管理系统中所布置的具体位置和功能不做限制。
本公开第四方面提供一种车辆,包括上述的热管理系统。这里的车辆可以为燃油车辆、电动车辆或者混合动力车辆等,本公开对于车辆的具体类型不做限制。上述的热管理系统为车辆的空调热管理系统、电池热管理系统或者电机电控热管理系统等,本公开对于热管理系统在车辆中的应用位置和功能均不做限制。
以上结合附图详细描述了本公开的优选实施方式,但是,本公开并不限于上述实施
方式中的具体细节,在本公开的技术构思范围内,可以对本公开的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本公开的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本公开对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本公开的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本公开的思想,其同样应当视为本公开所公开的内容。
Claims (15)
- 一种电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,包括:阀芯本体(1),用于供电动阀(100)的阀杆(3)穿过,所述阀芯本体(1)的外周面上形成有螺旋限位槽(11)和抵接部(14);和止转件(2),用于与驱动所述阀杆(3)移动的驱动件(4)连接,所述螺旋限位槽(11)与所述止转件(2)导向配合,所述抵接部(14)用于止挡所述止转件(2);其中,所述螺旋限位槽(11)包括第一槽段(12)和第二槽段(13),所述第二槽段(13)的槽宽小于所述第一槽段(12)的槽宽,所述第二槽段(13)位于所述第一槽段(12)与所述抵接部(14)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述第二槽段(13)包括第一部分(131)和第二部分(132),所述第一部分(131)位于所述第一槽段(12)与所述第二部分(132)之间,沿从所述第一槽段(12)到所述第二部分(132)的方向,所述第一部分(131)的槽宽逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述第一槽段(12)具有相对的两个第一侧槽壁(121),所述第二槽段(13)具有相对的两个第二侧槽壁(133),所述第二侧槽壁(133)沿所述阀芯本体(1)的径向向外凸出于所述第一侧槽壁(121)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,两个所述第二侧槽壁(133)远离所述第一槽段(12)的一端连接于所述抵接部(14)。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,沿所述阀芯本体(1)的径向向外远离所述阀芯本体(1)的方向,两个所述第二侧槽壁(133)朝向于彼此的内表面之间的间距逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述止转件(2)包括环状主体部(21)和连接部(22),所述环状主体部(21)可移动地设置在所述螺旋限位槽(11)内,所述连接部(22)的一端连接于所述环状主体部(21), 所述连接部(22)的另一端向外伸出于所述螺旋限位槽(11)并用于与所述驱动件(4)连接,至少部分所述连接部(22)能够在所述止转件(2)与所述抵接部(14)抵顶时位于所述第二槽段(13)内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述连接部(22)还包括弧形过渡段(221)和延伸段(222),所述弧形过渡段(221)的一端与所述环状主体部(21)靠近所述抵接部(14)的端部连接,所述延伸段(222)从所述弧形过渡段(221)的另一端朝向远离所述螺旋限位槽(11)的方向延伸,至少部分所述弧形过渡段(221)能够在所述连接部(22)与所述抵接部(14)抵顶时位于所述第二槽段(13)内。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述抵接部(14)包括抵接件和缓冲件,在所述止转件(2)与抵接部(14)抵接时,所述缓冲件位于所述抵接件和所述止转件(2)之间。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述止转件(2)由弹性材料制成,所述抵接部(14)包括设置在所述螺旋限位槽(11)的一端的第一抵接部(141)和设置在所述螺旋限位槽(11)的另一端的第二抵接部(142),所述第二槽段(13)位于所述第一槽段(12)的一端与所述第一抵接部(141)之间,所述第二抵接部(142)位于所述第一槽段(12)的另一端。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在于,所述抵接部(14)包括设置在所述螺旋限位槽(11)的第一端的第一抵接部(141)和设置在所述螺旋限位槽(11)的第二端的第二抵接部(142),所述螺旋限位槽(11)包括两个所述第二槽段(13),两个所述第二槽段(13)中的一个所述第二槽段(13)位于所述第一抵接部(141)与所述第一槽段(12)的第一端之间,两个所述第二槽段(13)中的另一个所述第二槽段(13)位于所述第二抵接部(142)和所述第一槽段(12)的第二端之间。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),其特征在 于,所述第二槽段(13)的槽宽与所述止转件(2)位于所述第二槽段(13)内的部分的厚度的差值小于或等于0.1mm。
- 一种电动阀(100),其特征在于,包括阀杆(3)、驱动件(4)和权利要求1-11中任一项所述的电动阀(100)的阀芯组件(10),所述阀杆(3)穿过所述阀芯组件(10)的阀芯本体(1),所述驱动件(4)与所述阀杆(3)连接并用于驱动所述阀杆(3)移动,所述止转件(2)连接于所述驱动件(4)。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电动阀(100),其特征在于,所述驱动件(4)包括磁转子(41),所述磁转子(41)套设在所述阀芯本体(1)的外部并能够相对于所述阀芯本体(1)转动;所述磁转子(41)的内顶壁或者内侧壁形成有凸出部(411),所述凸出部(411)与所述止转件(2)连接,以带动所述止转件(2)在所述螺旋限位槽(11)内运动。
- 一种热管理系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求12或13所述的电动阀(100)。
- 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求14所述的热管理系统。
