本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备,所述衣物处理设备包括 控制器和存储器,所述存储器适于存储多条程序代码,程序代码适于由所述控制器加载并运行以执行上述技术方案中任一项所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明的衣物处理设备的控制方法包括获取衣物的材质;根据衣物的材质选择性地运行低温除湿模式,其中,低温除湿模式包括向衣物处理筒内输送外部自然界的低温空气。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,当衣物材质为需要特殊护理的材质时,例如,衣物材质为丝绸、羊毛等需要特殊护理的材质时,能够通过自然界的低温空气直接对衣物进行干燥,无需再对空气进行加热,既能够保护衣物防止衣物损伤提高衣物的护理效果,并且还能够节约电能,同时外部空气还能够将衣物上的毛絮等杂物吹出衣物处理筒之外,且水蒸汽也直接吹出衣物处理筒外,也无需再设置冷凝器对循环水蒸气进行冷凝,使得烘干护理模块的成本大幅度降低,整机成本也相应地降低。此外,当用户洗衣后长时间未将衣物取出晾晒可能造成衣物发霉或者滋生细菌,通过向衣物处理筒输送新风,可防止上述问题发生,提高用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合。例如,尽管本申请是结合洗衣机进行描 述的,但这并不是限制性的,本发明的衣物处理设备的控制方法显然还可以应用于其他用于衣物处理的设备,例如,衣物处理设备还可以是洗袜机、洗鞋机、衣物护理机等。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连通”应作广义理解,例如,可以是两个元件内部直接连通,也可以通过中间媒介间接连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
为解决现有洗衣机在烘干羊毛或丝绸等特殊材质的衣物时容易造成损坏的问题,本发明提供一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,其中,衣物处理设备设置成能够向衣物处理筒内输送外界低温空气。具体地,衣物处理设备包括第一风道,第一风道的一端与衣物处理设备的外部连通,第一风道的另一端与衣物处理筒内部连通,第一风道内设置有风机,从而在开启风机后能够将外界空气输送至衣物处理筒内。但是需要说明的是,衣物处理设备也可以不设置第一风道,而是直接通过风机将空气输送至衣物处理筒内,本领域技术人员可根据需要自行对衣物处理设备的结构进行设置,本发明对于衣物处理设备的具体结构不作任何的限制,只要衣物处理设备能够将外界空气输送至衣物处理筒内即可。
具体地,如图1所示,衣物处理设备的控制方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤S100:获取衣物的材质;
步骤S200:根据衣物的材质选择性地运行低温除湿模式。
其中,低温除湿模式包括风机开启,由第一风道向衣物处理筒内输送外部自然界的低温空气,从而当衣物材质为需要特殊护理的材质时,例如,衣物材质为丝绸、羊毛等需要特殊护理的材质时,能够通过自然界的低温空气直接对衣物进行干燥,无需再对空气进行加热,既能够保护衣物防止衣物损伤提高衣物的护理效果,并且还能够节约电能,同时外部空气还能够将衣物上的毛絮等杂物吹出衣物处理筒之外,且水蒸汽也直接吹出衣物处理筒外,无需再设置冷凝器对循环水蒸气进行冷 凝,使得烘干护理模块的成本大幅度降低,整机成本也相应地降低。此外,当用户洗衣后长时间未将衣物取出晾晒可能造成衣物发霉或者滋生细菌,通过向衣物处理筒输送新风,可防止上述问题发生,提高用户的使用体验。
衣物材质可通过在衣物处理筒内设置传感器对衣物进行检测来获得,或者,也可以将衣物材质数据预存储在衣物处理设备内,用户在使用时通过按键或者手机APP等终端对衣物材质进行设定,因此,本发明不对衣物材质的获取方式作任何的限制,本领域技术人员可根据需要自行设定,并均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
如图2所示,下面对本发明的洗衣机的控制方法的一种可能的实施方式进行介绍。
具体地,控制方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S301:接收到洗衣机运行常规衣物处理程序的指令;
步骤S302:控制洗衣机运行洗涤程序;
步骤S303:控制洗衣机运行脱水程序;
步骤S304:获取脱水后的衣物重量;
步骤S305:当衣物重量>第一预设重量时,直接运行新风模式。
洗衣机对衣物进行洗涤、脱水后进行称重,如果湿衣物重量超过第一预设重量,表示衣物较多,超过了低温除湿模式的能够处理衣物重量的阈值,因此用户可将衣物全部取出进行自然晾晒或者分批次进行低温除湿,或者也可以采取其他的烘干方式,且为避免衣物长时间滞留于衣物处理筒内导致滋生细菌,通过运行新风模式,向内筒中输送微量的外部新风,以减少细菌滋生或者发霉。
步骤S306:当衣物重量≤第一预设重量时,获取衣物材质;
步骤S307:当衣物材质为特殊护理材质时,则运行低温除湿模式预设时长;
步骤S308:当衣物材质为常规护理材质时,则运行新风模式预设时长;
步骤S309:当用户将衣物全部取出后,运行低温除湿模式 预设时长。
用户可以通过按压洗衣机按键、或者通过手机APP等终端设备发送洗衣机运行程序指令,洗衣机的洗涤程序具体为向衣物处理筒进水,然后控制衣物处理筒以预设参数进行转动,以对衣物进行洗涤。脱水程序具体为通过衣物处理筒旋转,从而对衣物进行脱水,降低湿度。但是本领域技术人员可根据需要对洗涤程序和脱水程序进行设置,本发明对此不作任何的限制,并均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
接着,如果湿衣物重量小于等于第一预设重量,则说明衣物较少,没有超出低温除湿模式能够处理衣物重量的阈值,接着获取衣物的材质,如果衣物的材质是特殊护理材质,则运行低温除湿模式,如果衣物材质是常规护理材质,例如,棉、涤纶、腈纶等等,用户可将衣物取出晾晒或者采取其他的烘干方式来进行烘干,为避免衣物长时间滞留于衣物处理筒内导致滋生细菌,通过运行新风模式,向内筒中输送微量的外部新风,以减少细菌滋生或者发霉。此外,当用户将衣物全部取出后,继续运行低温除湿模式一段时间,从而能够对衣物处理筒和贮水槽等进行干燥,防止长时间不使用洗衣机使其发霉。当然,特殊护理材质以及常规护理材质本领域技术人员可根据需要自行设定,本发明对于特殊护理材质以及常规护理材质的具体类型不作任何的限制,并均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。
低温除湿模式具体包括:
步骤:控制风机开启;
步骤:控制出风风速为第一预设风速,且衣物处理筒以第一预设转速转动;
新风模式具体包括:
步骤:控制风机开启;
步骤:控制出风风速为第二预设风速,衣物处理筒以第二预设转速转动,第一预设风速大于第二预设风速,第一预设转速大于第二预设转速。
由于新风模式主要是向筒内送入新鲜空气来防止衣物滋生细菌,而低温除湿模式需要干燥衣物,因此为了节约电能,新风模式的 出风风速低于低温除湿模式的出风风速,新风模式的衣物处理筒转速也低于低温除湿模式的衣物处理筒转速,或者新风模式的衣物处理筒的转速也可以为零,即处于静止,从而能够进一步节约能耗。但是需要说明的是,本领域技术人员可根据需要对新风模式和低温除湿模式的具体参数进行设置,本发明对此不作任何的限制。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,控制方法还包括:
步骤S401:接收到洗衣机运行特殊衣物处理程序的指令;
步骤S402:控制洗衣机运行洗涤程序;
步骤S403:控制洗衣机运行脱水程序;
步骤S404:获取脱水后的衣物重量;
步骤S405:当衣物重量>第一预设重量时,运行新风模式;
步骤S406:当衣物重量≤第一预设重量时,运行低温除湿模式。
用户在使用洗衣机时,直接选择运行特殊衣物处理程序,当洗衣机直接开始运行特殊衣物处理程序时,则无需对衣物材质进行检测,而是默认衣物材质为特殊护理材质,特殊衣物处理程序中的洗涤程序和脱水程序可以与常规衣物处理程序相同,也可以不同,比如,特殊衣物处理程序相较于常规衣物处理程序,在洗涤和脱水时衣物处理筒的转速更慢,从而在洗涤、脱水时对衣物的损伤更小,并在湿衣物重量没有超过阈值时,直接运行低温除湿模式,以提高衣物的护理效果,减少衣物损伤。当然,衣物脱水后也可以不检测衣物重量,而是在脱水后直接运行低温除湿模式,本领域技术人员可根据需要自行选择,并均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
此外,衣物重量的获取方式可以是在衣物处理筒上设置传感器,通过测量传感器的电信号来获得衣物重量,还可以是通过称重器来获取衣物重量,但是需要说明的是衣物重量的获取方式本领域技术人员可根据需要自行设定,本发明对于衣物重量的获取方式不作任何的限制,只要能够准确的获得衣物重量即可,并均应落入本发明的保护范围之内。
在另一种可能的实施方式中,洗衣机还设置成能够向衣物处理筒内输入干热空气。具体地,洗衣机还包括第二风道,第二风道内设 置有暖风机,第二风道与衣物处理筒连通,以使洗衣机具备高温除湿模式,高温除湿模式具体包括:开启暖风机,并控制衣物处理筒以预设转速进行转动,但是高温除湿模式的具体步骤本领域技术人员可根据需要自行设定,本发明对此不作任何的限制,只要高温除湿模式能够向衣物处理筒内输送干热空气即可。
控制方法还包括:
步骤:衣物脱水后,如果衣物材质为常规护理材质,或者衣物材质为特殊护理材质且衣物重量>第一预设重量,则运行高温除湿模式;
步骤:获取衣物湿度;
步骤:当衣物湿度≤第一预设湿度时,关闭高温除湿模式,运行低温除湿模式;
步骤:当衣物湿度≤第二预设湿度时,关闭低温除湿模式,运行新风模式。
其中,第二预设湿度小于第一预设湿度。
当用户急于穿着衣物时,可通过高温除湿模式来加快衣物干燥速度。具体地,当衣物材质为常规护理材质时,其对烘干温度的要求不高,可通过高温除湿功能来进行除湿,即开启暖风机,通过向衣物处理筒内输入干热空气来对衣物进行烘干,从而能够提高衣物的烘干效率,当衣物处理筒内的衣物湿度降低至低于第一预设湿度时,表示衣物处于半湿半干的状态,此时如果继续高温除湿对衣物的损伤较大,因此,关闭高温除湿模式运行低温除湿模式,即向衣物处理筒内输入外界的低温空气,低温空气能够在无损伤的基础上对衣物进行干燥,由于低温除湿模式无需对空气进行加热因此能够节约电能。在低温除湿一段时间后,当衣物达到目标干燥度时,即衣物湿度低于第二预设湿度时,关闭低温除湿模式,运行新风模式,从而防止用户忘记将衣物取出而长时间滞留在衣物处理筒内滋生细菌的问题。
此外,当衣物材质为特殊护理材质且衣物的重量大于第一预设重量时也可以运行高温除湿模式,由于衣物较多,前期高温除湿时干热空气迅速将衣物上的水分蒸发,从而使衣物的温度升高速度较慢,进 而既能够提高衣物烘干效率的同时对衣物损伤较小,但是随着衣物湿度降低衣物的温度逐渐升高,因此,在衣物较多时,前期衣物湿度较大时运行高温除湿模式,在衣物湿度降低一些后,再运行低温除湿模式对衣物进行低温干燥,直至衣物湿度达到目标湿度后再运行新风模式,高温除湿和低温除湿的结合能够在用户急于穿着衣物时使衣物以最小的损伤以及最小的能耗达到最大的干燥效率。
综上所述,本发明通过获取衣物的材质,当衣物的材质为特殊护理材质时,运行低温除湿模式为衣物进行烘干从而能够节约电能,还能够避免高温对衣物的损伤。进一步地,在衣物为常规护理材质或者衣物较多时,可以前期湿度高时通过高温除湿模式进行烘干,后期湿度较低时通过低温除湿模式进行烘干,从而既能够提高烘干效率又能够防止衣物损伤降低能耗。此外,本发明还可以通过新风模式来防止衣物长时间滞留于衣物处理筒内滋生细菌,还可以在洗衣机处理衣物完成后用户将衣物取出,对衣物处理筒低温除湿一段时间,从而使其内部快速干燥,防止出现异味发霉等情况,提高用户的使用体验。
如本节第一段所述,上述实施方式仅仅用来阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在与限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员能够对上述结构进行调整,以便本发明能够应用于更加具体的应用场景。
此外,本发明还提供了一种衣物处理设备,衣物处理设备包括控制器和存储器,存储器适于存储多条程序代码,程序代码适于由所述控制器加载并运行以执行上述任一实施方式中的衣物处理设备的控制方法。
本领域技术人员可以理解,上述衣物处理设备还包括一些其他公知结构,例如处理器、控制器、存储器等,其中,存储器包括但不限于随机存储器、闪存、只读存储器、可编程只读存储器、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器、串行存储器、并行存储器或寄存器等,处理器包括但不限于CPLD/FPGA、DSP、ARM处理器、MIPS处理器等。为了不必要地模糊本公开的实施例,这些公知的结构未在附图中示出。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明实现上述实施例的方法中的全部或部分 流程,也可以通过计算机程序指令相关的硬件来完成,计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。计算机可读存储介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器、随机存取存储器、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读存储介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读存储介质不包括电载波信号和电信信号。
进一步,应该理解的是,由于控制模块的设定仅仅是为了说明本发明的系统的功能单元,因此控制模块对应的物理器件可以是处理器本身,或者处理器中软件的一部分,硬件的一部分,或者软件和硬件结合的一部分。因此,控制模块的数量可以根据需要进行配置。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,可以对控制模块进行适应性地拆分。对控制模块的具体拆分并不会导致技术方案偏离本发明的原理,因此,拆分之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围内。上述实施例中虽然将各个步骤按照上述先后次序的方式进行了描述,但是本领域技术人员可以理解,为了实现本实施例的效果,不同的步骤之间不必按照这样的次序执行,其可以同时(并行)执行或以颠倒的次序执行。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备设置成能够将外界低温空气输送至衣物处理筒内;
    所述控制方法包括:
    获取所述衣物处理筒内的衣物材质;
    根据所述衣物材质选择性地运行低温除湿模式;其中,所述低温除湿模式包括将外界低温空气输送至所述衣物处理筒内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述衣物材质选择性地运行低温除湿模式”的步骤进一步包括:
    当所述衣物材质为特殊护理材质时,运行低温除湿模式预设时长。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,“获取衣物处理筒内的衣物材质”的步骤之前,所述控制方法包括:
    获取衣物重量;
    当衣物重量>第一预设重量时,运行新风模式预设时长。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,“获取所述衣物处理筒内的衣物材质”的步骤进一步包括:
    当衣物重量≤第一预设重量时,获取衣物处理筒内的衣物材质。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,“获取衣物重量”的步骤之前,所述控制方法包括:
    所述衣物处理设备运行常规衣物处理程序。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述低温除湿模式进一步包括:
    控制出风风速为第一预设风速,所述衣物处理筒以第一预设转速转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述新风模式进一步包括:
    控制出风风速为第二预设风速,所述衣物处理筒以第二预设转速转动;其中,第一预设转速大于第二预设转速,第一预设风速大于第二预设风速。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述衣物材质选择性地运行低温除湿模式”的步骤进一步包括:
    当所述衣物材质为常规护理材质时,则运行新风模式。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法还包括:
    所述衣物处理设备运行特殊衣物处理程序;
    当衣物脱水后直接运行低温除湿模式。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括控制器和存储器,所述存储器适于存储多条程序代码,程序代码适于由所述控制器加载并运行以执行上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物处理设备的控制方法。
